The commissioners did not respond to yesterday's email question. Today's question to the county commissioners:

Dear Commissioners,

How will the County Commissioners restore visible neutrality and equal treatment under the law when ethics enforcement, investigations, and public participation are increasingly shaped by political considerations?

All three commissioners can be reached by contacting the Clerk of the Board at loni.gores@clallamcountywa.gov

I am going off topic today as it is important that we know how screwed up our

City and County are. The construction in our area has been corrupted by the

idiots that make decisions. I have several examples like this one I am exposing.

The Public Safety Bldg went through a bidding process and a GC

from Redmond was low by $1m. The Electrical conytactor that was

low was from Seattle. He bid $2.9 for the project leaving a portion of

out of his bid worth about $1 m. If this job is awarded to them they will have

to recoup that money in change orders. Local contractors that bid

job were all (3) about the same with Olympic Electric cheaper than

the low bidder if everything was included at bid time. Why do we allow

these outside companies come into our tax base and STEAL this

income. I have several incidents that I can document USCG Neah Bay

PA School Stevens, PBH condos, and others all fit this pattern

When are we going to wake up. I needed to spill the beans on

this even though I am inviting some retaliation from the robbers.

Robert James's avatar

It's called grift and graft and it is all corruption...the way of the world!

Can it be changed?

Not without a LOT of chaos...and chaos is being implemented anyway, by NWO.

Brace for impact!😜

No One Important's avatar

Are they pushing for an armed revolt? What is their perceived goal/trajectory for the chaos?

Robert James's avatar

That is one objective. They can send in the blue-helmets (transnational military arm of the U.N.) and 'restore order' once they have created disorder. If humanity would 'just comply' then they wouldn't need to provide martial law, but they know many will not comply and they are ready to apply it whenever necessary. Hegelian Dialectic: Problem, Reaction, Solution...Create problem, get reaction, provide solution...it's been around awhile but never before rolled out globally like now.🤓

No One Important's avatar

I would hope the purpose of the 2nd Amendment would come into play and that patriots would successfully repel them if that happened. But, with drones and other modern military technology, it would be a tough fight.

Jennifer's avatar

jedj, I literally caught myself grinding my teeth reading the corruption you are so bravely exposing. We NEED to support our local businesses! Your revelations ARE waking people up. I would have never know this unless you told me. For sure you will get retaliation because you are doing a Full Monty, "I'll show you mine, if you show me yours".....

jedjennings50's avatar

There is way more than I have told already but I have to be

careful of my relations with customers. Smart business decisions are

not being made.

Robert James's avatar

Thank You for whatever you can share!😎

Jennifer's avatar

jedj, I'm sure you have to bite your tongue so hard you could almost file for assault!

Robert James's avatar

🤣Sexual harassment!🤣

jedjennings50's avatar

When you get 72 the mention of anything sexual is harrassment

Jennifer's avatar

jedj, that is one of the funniest senior citizens comments I've heard. I'm 72 and my husband is 83, we both had a laugh over it. Thank you!

Jennifer's avatar

Jeff, I'll send them your questions on Next Door, someone there will forward it. In the meantime, try sending smoke signals ; )

Jeff Tozzer's avatar

Maybe I can ask Bonnie Bless Boenish, and she can signal to Susan Fisch, who can then ask the commissioners for me.

No One Important's avatar

Careful, she might inhale.

Robert James's avatar

Mandatory drug testing for all public employees...that'd clear out a lot real quick!🤪

Robert James's avatar

So many SIGNS and SIGHNS!

Let's all just start random signaling each other end the kommissars...make our own 'psyops' to disrupt their insane agendas!🥸

No One Important's avatar

Ah, and I thought all the smoke was what they were blowing up our butts.

Jennifer's avatar

NOI is there a safe way to send smoke signals via boofing? We will need an out of town study on that. Can they be sold in the smoke shops?

No One Important's avatar

The commissioners are experts at blowing smoke and boofing.

Jennifer's avatar

NOI, I'm relieve they have an expertise.

Susan C Bonallo's avatar

I start at Kitsap County.

jedjennings50's avatar

The shit they smoke ain’t sold in stores

Susan C Bonallo's avatar

Has NextDoor changed?

Here’s an example of controversy in the past.

Hey there’s a crested titmouse. No that’s is a male crowned sparrow! But my Bird ID book says the crested titmouse migrates south.

And I would interject with, it’s a female finch. And be thrown off the site for inciting or attempting to incite violence.

I wish I was kidding but it took so little to be dismissed. After some time, Everything I wrote was hidden. They can’t handle the truth or a good conversation. Any subject that could represent to opinions was off limits. What a terrible example of not -so -social media!

Glen Parker's avatar

I loved the cocoa for coo coo puffs...I shared Brian's picture with Karen for her personal safety...thanks again!

Jeff Tozzer's avatar

That was on accident, but it came off as intentional. My life story!

4 reasonable development's avatar

Same mode of operation always….all by accident. These guys must have been bullied when they were children, or maybe they were the bullies and never grew up? Something ain’t right though.

Robert James's avatar

Probably both/and/and molested as well.

So put them in charge of 80,000 people so they can get even!😎

Glen Parker's avatar

Crazy ... ain't it!

Robert James's avatar

Serendipitous!😎

4 reasonable development's avatar

Highly Recommend everyone do the same, seriously. Pictures come in handy, never know when the next police report will happen.

Robert James's avatar

Narcan for boof-boof butts! Mandatory drug testing for all county office holders.

We can use the (soon to be) old P.U.D. building at the airport for a homeless shelter with the kommissars doing shift-work there every week!

Kommissars must self administer boofing kits so we can see how our tax dollars are being spent...and I do mean SPENT! As in finished....DONE...Caput!

The black hole of communism must be stopped in its tracks or we will be living in Orwellian 'reality' for decades!

They must be run out of office with no ability to lobby our government from any other positions.

These are 'infiltraitors' and usurpers...there is no truth in them.😱

Denise Lapio's avatar

100 points on the bullseye, Jeff! Many of us have witnessed the actions and reactions of these "saviors of democracy." What is their definition of democracy? I believe they violate every point of their definition. If Ozias has political aspirations, he'd be wise to cut ties with Stoffer as he is a liability. So much to say and not enough space here. I really appreciate all that you do for everyone, Jeff. Thank you!

Robert James's avatar

Democracy, as a reality is 'mob rule'...When 51% can determine what the other 49% have to abide by, that IS NOT JUSTICE, it's TRAVESTY and CORRUPTION.

The 'vote', beyond being technically compromised by mail-in and computer tally and biased chain-of-custody, only has to be 'managed' and. 'manipulated' by 1% to make the 'majority'.

Democracy DOES NOT REPRESENT THE MAJORITY of the public...it does represent the majority of the radical activists...apathy is rampant and things have to get worse to wake enough up to tip the scales in the direction of sanity.

We do our best!😎

Glen Parker's avatar

Too sad but so true... what's it going to take?

We deal with the liars that just thirst for the power!

I'll keep fighting the corruption as hard as I can.

Robert James's avatar

Well, we can't just do nothing... but corruption is more profitable than honesty and accountability...the god of this world, and all that!🤔

No One Important's avatar

Maybe we should plant a million MAGA and TRUMP/VANCE signs everywhere, to dive out the radial activists and restore sanity to our county.

John Worthington's avatar

Great rundown on the globalist roster spots Jeff.

He pointed to me and said "that thread." Just as Tozzer deranged a person could be.

These are the people that think America and Clallam County should be run by the world.

They are the globalist elite that got tired of just looking down their nose at the public, now they want to point at you and chase you down the hall to be singled out and charged with crimes against the people, only this time in their American version they are trying to charge us with crimes against the world.

They will lie to live their lie.

They will point,

They will sneak

They will betray

They have pushed moderate Democrats out into Independents,

Their biggest weakness is their strength comes from Soros and the Tribes and both trails are finding their way through the courts.

The globalists are on the line for crimes against humanity and the walls are closing in.

Glen Parker's avatar

I hope you are correct ...they are guilty to the core!

Robert James's avatar

My friend out in Forks, almost 80 and still active had 'county representatives' out on his rural acreage telling him he couldn't build a 'forest access' road on his own property with gravel from his own property...he invited them to leave...not known if a neighbor complained or they used the high-tech drones to see what was going on on his PRIVATE PROPERTY... 1984 is alive and well in CC. Demonic Surveillance State!😎

No One Important's avatar

He should have demanded "on what grounds", then turned it over to Pacific Legal Foundation, or similar property rights legal firm, to fight them over it.

Jennifer's avatar

NOI, it sounds good, but in actuality none of the systems work. Nobody does anything unless you pay for it. Who has the money for lawyers? $3500 is the upfront cost. That's gone in no time! Jake Seegers will need not only monetary support. I won't send in my money until 2026 (for tax purposes) but he's the only thing I will give to or support (besides my family)

Susan C Bonallo's avatar

Yes, I have committed a donation to the Seeger campaign. A year or so of CCWatchdog makes you realize you can be active or sit in judgement. Hearing Susan Fisck just pushed me over the edge. A real to life piece of work. She’s a snake, the pit and all! Yikes. Jeff has been so brave. I wouldn’t have lasted two meetings with her.

No One Important's avatar

And there may be other organizations to offer free legal help to mistreated property owners. I agree that fighting them out of pocket is too expensive, but if you can get free legal help....

No One Important's avatar

Are you sure? Pacific Legal Foundation works for free, if they'd take on the project. Admittedly, they turned me down when I sought help from injustice by the California Coastal Commission, which makes our Commissioners look like angels. But, they take on other, high-profile injustices. It would be worth an effort.

Jennifer's avatar

NOI, I'm not sure of anything, I just know "free legal" ain't there anymore, unless, as you said, it's a "high profile injustice" and somehow they can profit from news worthy advertisement. We are just dust in the wind. ; (

Robert's avatar

In my humble experience, people like this silence dissent in no small part simply because they are afraid that their ideas and base philosophies of government and society cannot withstand neither scrutiny nor open debate. They wave signs and try and shout others down with regurgitated slogans written for them by someone else, or when they hold governmental positions, simply stack the deck so that they can impose their will by whatever means necessary. By hook or by crook, as grandpa used to say. Thank you, Jeff, for exposing them and leading the charge to try and right the ship.

MK's avatar

Of interesting note is CRC Richards always demonstrates 100% support for the people's voices to be heard.

Mimi Smith-Dvorak's avatar

Ron Richards is an intelligent, thinking man. I may not agree with him. He may not agree with me -- but we both listen. That is what makes a civilized society.

Jennifer's avatar

Mimi, what happens when you can't be heard?

Mimi Smith-Dvorak's avatar

Keep speaking, loudly.

MK's avatar

I think that you'd need to define what you mean by being heard. As an example, if I speak in the comments portion of a public meeting I'm sure that I've been heard. What those have heard me do with what I said is out of my control. Maybe I need to rethink my point and find another way to approach the subject if a decision didn't go my way, but we all know in politics someone likely won't get what they wanted. That's how I see it at least.

Robert James's avatar

That's how it's supposed to work!😊

Kristin's avatar

Robert excellent comment you pretty well nailed it.

What an impactful article Jeff. In a court of law I find these handful of people guilty of controlling the entire population of Clallam County residents for their own agenda.

Every one of them acting with impunity. It's wrong.

I realized that this article did miss a solution for the Clallam County Fair to adjudicate the issue with respect to the loud mouth. Ask the Kitsap County Fair commission to handle the matter.

Jeff Tozzer's avatar

Of course! There's the solution, plain as day :)

Let’s see now….history lesson

Brian has had the police called on him probably more than we know? At least once he threatened a ballot box watcher while she was sitting in her car, yelling, cussing and hitting her car & window with his fists, have pictures of him while in action. Brian also showed up with his tall shadow & wife at a “resist” local rally to surround the few opposing sign carriers and debate what was going to happen because Trump was elected as President. Brian is all about supporting illegals and baby killing…..

Brian’s tall shadow (approximately 6’2” hunched over) who you usually see wherever Brian goes has a police record too. The shadow came to a sign carrying event for Mike Pence who was running for Sequim City Council and purposely shoved Mike Pence for no reason while Mike was standing on the sidewalk. Of course Mike shoved back and “the shadow” immediately was surrounded and held back by others and people stepped in between Mike to provide a buffer between the two. As the shadow walked away he told the crowd to not come any closer because “I have a gun and I’m not afraid to use it.” The police were called, they showed up and made a report. Pictures were taken. These two characters will do & say anything to cause chaos & disrupt any meaningful conversation or action. These incidents were not incited by others, they were incited by Brian & his shadow just like what was allowed to happened at the last Charter Review Committee. All of these characters know each other very well and work together to get their agendas accomplished. Just an FYI, sharing for a friend.

I do not know Brian Grad, but I have already learned whatever he promotes or endorses should be aggressively avoided. The Trump Is A Pedophile hat says it all. Trump, being a high end developer, lived a constant quest for investors. Jeffrey Epstein's social circle was a target rich environment for a developer. So in the deranged world of Mr. Grad, Trump's rubbing elbows with money makes him a pedophile. That logic makes Mr. Grad a communist, fascist or whatever negative association can be made with his Lemming anti-thought, also known as Trump derangement syndrome. In particular it is the derangement that suitably defines Mr. Grad. When one accepts a public position they are appropriately subject to public scrutiny. Oversight, scrutiny, observations, comments and especially criticism are part and parcel to being a servant of the public and particularly important in providing transparency and honesty in that public service. The CCW / Jeff are one of, but a welcome component, of that oversight and honesty. Criticism is more about do your job than it is about impeachment.

Kristin's avatar

Excellent one today. So mortifying to see such a few have so much control to shut others down.

MK's avatar

And the others who look the other way.

John Morton's avatar

In today’s report, one line stood out, “Commissioner Mike French saw the federal grant program as a way to fund the tribes so they could hire and train grant writers. Is it equal use of the federal grant program. No. Why? There are many grant/fund programs that are open to counties, communities and tribes, but then there are grants that exclude non-tribal entities and only open to Tribes. There are no grants that exclude Tribal entities and only open to non-tribal entities. The Tribes have access for funding to hire and train grant writer in all the categories, or “double dipping” opportunities. There is no way to trace where the monies go once it enters the “black hole” of a sovereign nation. The glaring difference in the Tribal economy vs Port Angeles economy starts with the drive through Blyn, especially this time of year with all the Xmas lights. You actually can feel the wealth.

Contrast it with Jeff’s article https://www.ccwatchdog.com/p/two-economies-one-county

“One of the largest blows came with the closure of the McKinley Paper Mill, resulting in the elimination of nearly 200 family-wage jobs. The retail sector also faced challenges, with longtime businesses such as Rite Aid, Big Lots, and Joann Fabrics announcing their closures...one corporation on the North Olympic Peninsula thrived. The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe released its 2024 Report to Tribal Citizens”

Ask yourself, is it not what you can do for the Tribe, but rather what could the Tribe do for you?

Eric Fehrmann's avatar

I have noticed that most bullies suffer from low self esteem and resort to demeaning others to boost their own ego. It is disgusting to watch or be on the receiving side of the bullying. If only they could see how they diminish themselves through their actions. How can one be respected for demeaning another.

MK's avatar

I don't dislike him for any position he takes, rather his methods. Since when does anyone think that being that way gets anyone to change or see your side?

Ken's avatar

“Wrapped around the axle”. These so called meetings of the Charter Review Commission sound like complete waste of time for a handful of power-hungry’s. They seem to get stuck on points of order, “object your honor”, agenda priorities, “sustain” and partisan back stabbing (“over ruled”). Count me as disengaged from these confabs.
