I really appreciate these updates and snippets of information, Jeff. So much going on that it's easy to forget what happened only yesterday. I attribute low voter turnout to not just apathy, but also confusion. Too many voters don't know the people running for all the positions. So instead of voting for an unknown, they don't vote. However, the levy lid lift issue on this ballot should have been enough to get everyone to vote. And like other concerned citizens who do vote regularly: I am tired of carrying your (non-voters) burden! This November is General Election. It is everyone's duty, right, and privilege to cast their ballot. If you want the change you seek, you must take action. VOTE!
For anyone attending Rep. Bernbaum's community gathering here's a good question for him that has to do whether he supports this latest move by the Washington House to allow emails deemed to be "transitory" to be deleted, thusly hidden from public view. This has been an ongoing cause that WASHCOG (https://www.washcog.org/) has been fighting for years. It's more erosion of the rights of the citizens to know that there elected representatives are doing.

“We” can show up in troves to turn the head of the snake, yes?
- Hey Mr. Tozzer, would you “Post”
ALL the local Sequim City Council meetings, The Commissioner meeting, The Clallam County Economic Development council (CCEDC) every Wednesday 8am… & Port Angeles City council meetings at the end of ALL your podcasts, posts and Potpourri’s?
This is a TALL order.. 💥🙏🏼
However i am certain, if you paste all this info HERE, in our

There is not ONE gov't agency untouched by infiltration and corruption and virtually NO private agencies either.
I IS a tall order but it's either stand up...or lay down..or some of each strategically done...show up however we can and challenge/insist for change...NO PETITIONING.(that's asking permission from your superiors) and or 'laying down' and withholding tax flow until we get honest fair governance! It's possible! If we go down in flames at least we'd go down making a difference!😎
Also, inferentially, corrupt Kommissars controlling county purse strings and threatening defunding cultural icons and cutbacks on other fundings, the EDC is tangentially corrupt if not defacto corrupt...I'm not pointing to specific individuals, I'm talking organization wise...why, if our wise leaders in EDC and elsewhere have such vision for the economic betterment of the county, has NO significant progress been made in DECADES?
We have Mega-yacht builders, logging, tourism and retail and a smattering of small businesses going for us...does anyone understand how fragile tourism is? It relies Entirely on excess funds and/or revolving credit to function!
The biggest cash cows are government and medical, both of which are disastrous to us...the benefits are being outweighed by the corruption.
So, when I say ALL agencies are infiltrated and corrupted I mean that directly or tangentially they are ALL compromised. There are no white-knights of gov't going to save us!
Klaus Schwab, W.E.F., says that they have 'successfully infiltrated ALL govt's down to the local level'...and the evidence supports his claim...reach beyond the microcosm and it becomes self-evident.
Are there good, well intentioned people in gov't? Absolutely! Are the agencies compromised? Absolutely!
So the examples are the fruits produced by the 'trees' and 'vines' and 'shrubs' and 'weeds' of (human?) governance!
Also, if you want to know who controls the 'economy' study "The Creature From Jekyll Island".
Local economic development is steered and controlled by forces far outside our county.
The 'free market' is anything but FREE! When 20% of the beings own and control 80% of the wealth through the 'free market' system that should be enough to indicate the truth of the situation and I'm sure those numbers are conservative.
It should be called the 'FEE Market'...if you pay enough to the right entities they will let you in on a little of the largesse, but beware, they can take it back with the push of a button!
So, our local administrators, even if they are on the up and up are dealing with all kinds of incentives and restrictions imposed on them by 'other agencies'.
So, again, corrupt or compromised, either way, the results are pretty much the same!
I will stay with corrupt for now, as I am confident more will be revealed as time 'wears on'!😇
Ah, the Tribal and governmental BS flows faster than the dry salmon streams under freeway overpasses. Jeff, you may have to expand your reach as the BS flow doesn't end at the Clallam County borders but becomes a torrent by the time it reaches the state capital. Our local rep's coffee talk is great, but is is one voice in a sea of Democrat sharks in Olympia, looking for more blood in the water.
Yes, the 3.5 pallets of water for a town of 20,000 amounts to less than 1 cup per resident. Well, at least that could have a cup of coffee. How nice. My stomach literally knots up when I read about what is, vs what should be.
As the stats show one of our biggest problems is people not taking a few minutes to vote, these people can be the deciding factor determining a positive outcome for clallam county. The way things are going at current levels which are not acceptable by many will get much worse at all levels.
Even though we've only lived in Sequim for a couple of years, I care deeply about it's future. I would be happy to help organize and facilitate a get out and vote group.
I have often wondered how many registered voters in Sequim, that reside in care facilities actually vote, and are unaware of their ballot being cast due to medications or mental incapacitation. These facilities are potential political exchanges waiting to be mined.
We need just one vote confirmation process where the Republicans or anyone else agrees to take their ballot to be recorded, so it can be matched against the County result.
My feeling is they have so many redundant positions and non-profits, the Democrats have 13,000 votes in the bag.
Yes, that makes me cringe with embarrassment and reminds me that "we get the government we deserve". What incredible apathy! I would have thought the conservative voter turnout would be 90+%, but this is an embarrassment.
Because all those leftist voters get their information from the leftist media or their liberal friends....who get it from the leftist media. Until Jeff's circulation of CCWD reaches numbers comparable to CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, PDN, SG, ST, etc, the trend will continue. Actually, Jeff needn't compete with the aforementioned media, except for PDN and SG, to ensure that MOST Clallam County voters are aware of the truth.
Also what about the majority who snow bird. We have an upcoming election in November but I'm under the understanding that most who spend winter elsewhere are already gone by then.
I'm curious how many ballots are going out to the older community who are now in nursing homes. My mother has dementia now and although she lives with me and I ask her if she will be voting, she often declines. Still she gets a ballot every election but can't comprehend what she would be voting on. Even when we try to explain her options she just doesn't care. I wonder how many of these ballots fall into these type of situations in sequim.
I was not aware of that. I wonder if people are taking time to help these people who may not be as lucid as they once were understand and correctly fill out ballots or I also wonder if these people's votes are being swayed in any direction by the help they recieve?????
I try very hard to do my research of all different viewpoints before voting. It was difficult this last time with the 3 options concerning the hospital. I know the little snippet in the voters pamphlet about the people us only surface deep. Upon trying to find the best option I found that the one gentleman had already dropped out but was included in the ballot anyhow. I guess if people didn't know who to vote for in that aspect they could have tossed thier vote towards him just to still be able to participate in the tax vote.
I have many friends who don't participate in voting at all because they don't want to take the time to do the research yet they hold strong grievances towards the way the county has gone. I will be prompting them to attend this November vote and sharing what research I find with them.
So true SC! Chaos and confusion is another control mechanism...so many outsiders in gov't, we don't know anything about these people...Mielke is 'through' Spokane which is completely corrupt...it was 25 years ago when I lived there...so we really don't know anything about the candidates but their names and even our VP Vance has apparently changed his name 4 or 5 times and, well 'Michael O'Bummer' and other well known celebs just seem to make themselves up from whim and scratch! Anyone notice that the Macrons' dropped their suit against Candace Owens when they were ordered to provide a DNA test for 'Brigitte' in order to move the case forward...must be a teeny bit of justice left in the world!🤪
So very difficult to discern except to say the god(s) of this world are very clever and devious beings and it is what it is...still good to make an effort to enlighten, bring awareness...I am cynical...but anything IS possible!😎
Tim Eyman created a referendum to cap vehicle license fees to $30. The voters passed it. The state Supreme Court decided what we voters were confused and didn't understand what we were voting for, and negated it.
With corruption like that, at the top, it will take federal involvement to stop it. SCOWS is not an elected body, I don't think.
The state only honors referendums for two years. Then we have to pass another one or the law reverts. It costs a fortune to run these petitions too. Washington government is certainly against it's citizens. It's all based on how much money they can squeeze out of us.
Thank you again for opening the discussion on the most important topics for our community and keeping folks better informed about what is going on. You really do an excellent job~! I just finished writing a relatively short article for an International Humanitarian group that I think may be a good fit for The Watchdog if you would like to read it~? I don't have any problem if you decline the article whatsoever, but I think that you will find it interesting and something that your readers will benefit from if you choose to post it. Is there a specific way that I can get a copy of my article to you for review~? I could just drop it off at your place sometime or hand it to you at the fair next week if you prefer~? No worries either way... Have a great evening and thanks again for all of your hard work for this great community~!
You missed about how OMC’s board has hired Gregson as its new CEO, even over a groundswell of support for CPO Dr. Chen … and how the board secretively added an agenda item at the last minute to sign a letter of interest with UW, a healthcare organization with no to little footprint on this side of Puget Sound. Here’s hoping the new CEO leads OMC to a complete management takeover by UW, which would be better than things remaining the same.
Can anyone say Fascism? Corporate takeover of our hospital by UW, which is a corporation, same as 'our' gov'ts...corporations = 'dead' entities controlled by amoral and immoral and evil entities!
Let’s see 7+ Million $$$ per year for 20 years not including property taxes already going to education! I don’t even have children in the system here. Most people don’t. This small school district is guaranteed 7+MILLION A YEAR FOR 20 YEARS……hard to believe, really hard to believe. A lot of lined pockets, people standing in line for their share of the waterfall……if it’s this easy then we are that stupid!
Its not only taking the time to vote and getting clear grasp of the issue its also who's voting.
I watched this 30 minute video last night from Citizen Journalist Glen Morgan. It succinctly spills the beans on the lack of election integrity in our state. How it works from no requirement to prove citizenship to laws that don't allow you to delete non citizens that have been registered to vote. A showdown is coming as Washington Legislators have passed laws that conflict with the proposed Federal SAVE ACT. Hopefully the US Senate will pass this Act and force Washington to clean up its voter rolls. 1 in 7 active Washington voters have no Social Security Number on file.
Take 30 minutes this weekend. Watch Glen's video so you can see the subterfuge our legislators have imposed on our election integrity.
In the last 25 years I've only been on the winning side a couple times and then the results were nullified by the Washington St Supreme Court.
Thank you Jeff. Your little substack isn't so little anymore. Its becoming a festering boil on the butt of Clallam Crony Politics.
I'm taking my 5 year old grandson to the Unity of Effort Festival at noon. Let him see fire trucks, helicopters and military vehicles and support our First Responders and Military. Hope to see a good turnout. 10 to 8 today with live music a big stage and Freedom minded folks.
Supreme Court of corruption, collusion and cons(piracy)! Maritime law, which we are under, is basically piracy at its best! Look it up...all the legal and court terms have to do with maritime law....court, dock, bar, bench, etc. The law of the land is what we should be under but it has been perverted and subverted and converted into oblivion!
When the 'highest' seats in the land (and sea) are corrupt, you know you're done!😎
I have this crazy idea racking around in my head. It would be a newspaper called " The Bird"
It would take community commentary and viewpoints from both sides of the political spectrum and try to brainstorm ways of working together. When it is time to vote it would include more information and breakdown of what we are actually voting on and the domino effect it will cause.
There are many like me who fall someplace in the middle yet lean a little to the right or the left. I think if there was some information more available for those in that category that can look at both sides from a stoic sense than maybe more voting would happen in the community. Just a thought though.
I’ve not considered myself to be mentally “slow” before but I got lost while tapping on links having to do with the CRC meetings and issues re: public comments. Can anyone tell me “in a nutshell” what the problem is there?
Well, I just realized that my comment and question don’t even apply to this issue of the CcWD. I got tangled up in links to different subjects somehow, and yes, from your article above, this (speaking of the CRC) is it in a nutshell:
“Instead of tackling high-priority issues or delivering meaningful reforms, much of its time has been spent managing personality conflicts, silencing dissent, and now, exploring ways to insulate itself from public frustration that it helped create.” (Sigh!)
Understand that THIS kind of dysfunctional group antics is exactly why more regular citizens (like myself) don’t volunteer for government committees, much less run for office.
Becky and Judith have me blocked on Facebook so I can't see any of their statements. It's very convenient for them because they can attack me but I can't see it.
Bloggers usually do not have to be held accountable for what they write.
Peninsula Daily News, May 23, 2025 "From March 2024 to March 2025, Clallam County dropped from having the second highest overdose fatality rate to the 11th highest, Sharp said."
Sequim Gazette Apr 23, 2025 · "While we don’t yet have causational data, and while there are certainly multiple reasons we’re seeing improvement, last year Clallam County realized a 33% reduction in overdose deaths as compared to 2023."
Despite this information being available at the time, a well-known Clallam County blogger made these statements in his blog and claimed overdose deaths in Clallam County increased in 2024 from 2023.
July 18, 2025 "Clallam County now has one of the highest overdose rates in the state."
June 8, 2025 "The county saw 27 overdose deaths in the first half of 2024 alone, putting it on track to break or match the previous year’s grim record."
Washington rate is under reported due to incomplete data. The county put out their report of "downward trends" 7 months after the coroner report Jeff references knowing the data was incomplete. Toxicology reports in WA often take over a year. Notably, none of these reports reference the large number of folks with hypoxic brain damage post survived overdose. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/drug-overdose-data.htm
state tracks OD data June to June as did former CC coroner. 2024 corner report tracks 2024 calendar year. (https://www.clallamcountywa.gov/478/Coroner-Statistics page 15-16 are informative) CCHHS put out their "ODs are down" report less than a year after the former coroner reported the grim truth using a different data period and incomplete data set knowing toxicogy in WA is on huge delays. It's a shell game with data that fails to acknowledge the hypoxic brain damaged folks roaming the streets. We should want more for our fellow humans than just keeping them barely alive on the sloppy street hospice that keeps NGOs flush with $. Accountability save lives. CCHHS lacks accountabilty for the long term impacts of their agenda. The current path of so called harm reduction will only increase the numbers of those permanently dependent due to brain damage from repeat OD
The PDN sticker - where are these "homeless encampments" in downtown PA? Or they just imaginary? As for the gripe about fish passages - we broke it, we fix it. Logging is a sunset industry anyway. And does anybody but RightBros still use "virtue signaling?"
Nope. And the fish passages are plenty big when forests grow around them. Even Scatter Creek is being repaired. Japan preserves its forests because we don't. Washington State takes care of its debts and taxes; we're not Arkansas. I don't have kids, because I wouldn't do that to a child.
I opted out of the child-thing too, so we agree on that... and I believe we do need to take better care of our world, but there are MASSIVE forces at work to continue to exploit EVERYTHING of use on the planet...full steam ahead for development...unless the NWO team wins and they manage to:
1) Drastically reduce population globally.
2) Move (all but the elite) into highly densified 15 minute cities where you will have to meet certain 'social credit score' levels to earn permission to (occasionally) leave your 'zone'.
3) Universal Basic Income where you will receive enough to survive and maybe have a few luxuries if 'the system' determines you are worthy.
4) Euthanasia for all who don't 'measure up'!
So, this is the system that is rolling out under the false flags of DEI, BLM, NWO controlled societies.
5) In the mean time, 'they' are in an all-out assault on the mineral reserves in order to 'electrify' and 'AI' EVERYTHING which is going to require doubling or tripling of electricity output...so the entire landscape will be taken up with solar and wind farms and new 'nuke' plants EVERYWHERE, along with new coal-fired and natural gas plants AND more freaking fracking all over the planet....looks like a suicide mission to me but I wish you well and I hope that one day, humanity will wake up and settle down and nurture each other and nature....in the mean time.....😱
We may not see it totally play out but we ARE seeing it roll out, in real time, with all the control mechanisms being placed with money, property, etc.
CA is seizing the Palisades to redevelop into high density housing.
Ever heard of 'Build Back Better'?
First you have to destroy the old...these fires and floods are not entirely natural...they are created and/or enhanced with technology by beings with our well-being way down on their list of priorities.
Maybe nature does need saving from us but I'm glad it's not up to me to make those choices..my 'inner-nazi' wouldn't have any problem with it, though!
encampments in PA? at Vetern's park, tree park, Rayonier site, DNR beach east of Rayonier, Ediz Hook, Valley Creek Estuary, at 4th and Laurel, Goodwill/Rite Aid Parking and surrounding block, at znd of dead end residential streets, in back of vacant businesses on 8th st, I vacant abandoned buildings on Front/First street, Under Tumwater st ramp, and last but not least the Saturday morning hangarounds from Fri harm reduction clustered under tarps in the health dept parking lot passing their fentanyl foil around

So how's this approach aligned with or suppoet the Clallam funded EDC (Economic Development Council's) 5 year plan????

Nobody hires the EDC as the construction manager.
The EDC is the de-construction manager!

They won't turn off the tv...they are captured just like the rest of the sheeple!
One has to choose to wake up and smell the rot!
People are fooled by believing lies, or not believing truth!😎
Because even if every one of them votes, the liberal registration numbers are too great in Clallam. They know that.
And virtually all the new influx is leftist oriented and programmed to ACT!
So roughly 1/6 of CC residents are determining what ALL have to abide!
Yowzah!😱
Because all those leftist voters get their information from the leftist media or their liberal friends....who get it from the leftist media. How bad do things have to be before non voters wake up.
It's way past 'voting' our way out of this!😎
Sadly, that's why we're leaving.
And guess which party most of the 'show-ers' belong to...we are handing it to them on a silver platter!😎
Also what about the majority who snow bird. We have an upcoming election in November but I'm under the understanding that most who spend winter elsewhere are already gone by then.
They get their ballot in the mail wherever they are and mail it back...they don't have to be in Washington state to vote.
Thank you for the clarification I wasn't sure how that worked. 🙂
Good point.😊
I'm curious how many ballots are going out to the older community who are now in nursing homes. We have a certain group of people going to nursing homes and "harvesting" the votes.
we have a certain group of people registering voters when they apply for benefits through their NGOs
I was not aware of that. I wonder if people are taking time to help these people who may not be as lucid as they once were understand and correctly fill out ballots or I also wonder if these people's votes are being swayed in any direction by the help they recieve?????
Perhaps a new avenue for Mr. Tozzer to explore. 🙂
Good question!
None of us can comprehend what we're voting on/for...so much lying and obfuscation and skullduggery!😱
I try very hard to do my research of all different viewpoints before voting. It was difficult this last time with the 3 options concerning the hospital. Yep!🥸

Is there a specific way that I can get a copy of my article to you for review~? I could just drop it off at your place sometime or hand it to you at the fair next week if you prefer~? No worries either way... Have a great evening and thanks again for all of your hard work for this great community~!
Cheers~!
Mike
The god(s) of this world are very active!
Pray them down!😎
Let’s see 7+ Million $$$ per year for 20 years not including property taxes already going to education!

Does this article explain it a little better? https://www.ccwatchdog.com/p/wasting-time-earning-contempt
You have summed it up perfectly!
It's by design!😎
Infiltration by marxist, socialist, communist conditioned and university trained agents with NWO agendas. Is that 'nutshell' enough?
'By their fruits ye shall know them!'😎
Your mention of overdose deaths in the county is being countered. You need to provide a comeback or a retraction!
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1G4Ymhh2b4/
Becky and Judith have me blocked on Facebook so I can't see any of their statements. It's very convenient for them because they can attack me but I can't see it.
From Judith:
Hmmm, this is from less than a year ago and this is where I got my information: https://www.myclallamcounty.com/2024/08/22/clallam-county-has-third-highest-overdose-rate-in-washington/ If we have dropped drastically, I'd be curious if there are unreturned toxicology reports or if they are measuring things differently.
My guess would be the increase in distribution of the anti OD drugs.
Link doesn't work for me
The PDN sticker - where are these "homeless encampments" in downtown PA? Or they just imaginary? As for the gripe about fish passages - we broke it, we fix it. Logging is a sunset industry anyway. And does anybody but RightBros still use "virtue signaling?"
Are you Bill Barr's relative?😱🤣
Logging is going full-tilt and exploding in expansion in our region.
What are you even talking about?
Most of these fish passages cannot and will not support any fish, large or small!
It's a grand scam...on your great grandchildren's debt load!
WE aren't even paying the interest on the debt which is 'funding' these 'projects'!
Our entire culture/society is a sunset scenario!
Boy are you in for a rude awakening! 😊
And I know where 'it' would start!😱😎
You were doing pretty well until you started to blame brown people.
And where was that exactly, Donna?😊
encampments in PA? at Vetern's park, tree park, Rayonier site, DNR beach east of Rayonier, Ediz Hook, Valley Creek Estuary, at 4th and Laurel, Goodwill/Rite Aid Parking and surrounding block, at znd of dead end residential streets, in back of vacant businesses on 8th st, I vacant abandoned buildings on Front/First street, Under Tumwater st ramp, and last but not least the Saturday morning hangarounds from Fri harm reduction clustered under tarps in the health dept parking lot passing their fentanyl foil around
Thank you! Now tell us how you'll solve that.
