This entire scenario of arbitrarily deciding to re-route the Dungeness River (let's call it what it is), without consideration of natural facts and basic common sense is another component of "fundamentally transforming" our governance and every other component of liberty and justice for all. It is more than apparent to anyone involved in water science, treatment and distribution, that without aeration, mixing, bank (which is required to be a 1:3 slope) erosion control/maintenance, even with a liner, in any static water storage pond, lagoon, or reservoir, are not even being addressed prior to this power grab, or at least not publicly. Water stored in a reservoir being released into the Dungeness without being aerated during storage and mixed to alleviate "dead spots" in the reservoir, prior to release, with increased water temperature, and low D.O. (dissolved oxygen) will cause a fish kill-off of "epic proportion". Think aquarium when the power goes out. So many aspects of water storage, quality, treatment, et al. are not being discussed openly so that the public can understand and intelligently quash this boon-doggle in the making. The mess that will be left, and empty coffers, "creating problems where none previously existed", with zero benefit to anyone except a sovereign nation and politicians with nothing to lose. Ongoing O &M, including grounds maintenance (required to allow air flow across the reservoir surface for aeration, access, and rodent control), fencing, bank erosion and water quality monitoring are only a few arms of the monster being created, not to mention construction and the possibility of excavating Indian graves. That event in itself would trigger a turnover of the land to JTKT. So many possibilities, so little time... The behavior illustrated in our so-called governments will not go away, with quick-fixes only delaying the inevitable; the pursuit liberty and justice for all is a process, not a "one and done".
Reservoir partnership ? The JST is a sovereign nation like Mexico and Canada. They have exclusive authority over the area that can be defined as their treaty reservation. Outside of those boundaries they have no more say than any other sovereign nation. Absent equal taxation and sovereign nation travel restrictions they should not have access to the transportation system built by non-JKT tribal citizens. I/we just returned from a two week RV trip, driving through the many highway 101 "fish passage" projects promulgated by tribal litigation. There was no moving water in any of them. Their water flow is seasonal, dictating that no migrating fish can inhabit those project areas. A monumental waste of resources, not to mention the travel inconvenience and lost business impacts. If fish biologists and/or ichthyologists were involved, these projects would have been deemed fruitless. Different rules for different ancestry is not compatible with a country and society based upon equality. The tribes can choose to live that historical life of teepees, spears and woven grass baskets, but how do cell phones, computers, casinos and fossil fuel powered transportation fairly fit into that treasured ancestry ?

Years ago, we lived on the Island of Hawaii, The Big Island, and the obviously & well known deeply corrupt government there engaged in a large-scale road improvement project between the Kona airport and the city of Kona. Well, after a great many months of grossly overpaid union hours, endless traffic jams, and of course the "skim" that was stolen from the wildly lavish federal and state funds, it was "suddenly" discovered that the new highway project that was nearing completion had actually been built with a slope that was just ever so slightly outside of the established "federal government tolerance guidelines" and of course the entire project had to be torn up and rebuilt again~! HA~! As if the extremely accurate equipment that the surveyors had for years just happened to start working properly at some point, but only after the road project was nearly completed the first time~! Ha Ha Ha~! Of course, those few of us who already know that many of these road projects are more often than not dragged out for extraordinarily long periods of time because they result in a ready-made "cash cow" for the government as the police nail drivers for at least double fines for traffic infractions committed within these "work zones", we are well aware of what was REALLY going on~! "Surprisingly" that highway project just happened to be built right in front of the Hawaii state police headquarters between the Kona airport & the city of Kona, but I am sure that "those are not the droids that we are looking for"~! Ha Ha Ha Ha~!!!! Oh, and for those who would VERY foolishly believe that "they would not do that" after ALL of the proof that is exactly what "they do", I would refer them to the infamous "5 Highway" road project right here in Washington state that I am sure is STILL under construction between Fort Lewis and North to Tacoma and the interchange to Highway 101~! I know from personal experience that that specific Washington state "highway improvement" scam has been in place for well over 40 years~! 40 years to complete a small highway project of only a few miles~? Quite a few years ago one of the "Investigators" in our circle got a state job working for the fish hatchery project in Oregon. Being an Intelligent Individual, he quickly found the official records and receipts of the food that was actually purchased so that the hatcheries could feed the "smolt" (the baby salmon) that were supposedly to be later released into the natural environment when they matured. The food would NEVER have been enough to raise more than 10 to 20% of the mature salmon that the state was falsely claiming that they released every year~! Upon further investigation our Investigator soon found that the state was stealing the salmon eggs and selling them in bulk amounts on the Asian market where they got top dollar for the highly sought after delicacy~! Unfortunately, our Investigator started asking questions within the state hatchery program and when ignored he made an official complaint with the (then) Oregon state governors office. He was soon "quietly" advised to stop causing problems "or else"! He was actually murdered by elements in local police force and shortly thereafter his widowed wife just happened to be killed in a suspicious fire that burned their house to the ground (destroying all of the evidence that he had collected). Of course, it can be easily confirmed that the salmon hatchery programs of California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington state are very closely coordinated and work together, so it should be no surprise to folks if the criminal salmon eggs conspiracy was the same in many states that are engaged in "protecting the salmon"~! Wow ! I prefer to believe the misfortune of your associate and wife to be a sad coincidence, only because the alternative is too dark for me to live in. Our "Investigator" was actually a VRY highly trained federal government "field operative" (AKA; "A spook". "A spy" who worked for the F.B.I. for many years). I also have very similar skills, but I shoot better than most of the government products in the field ;-) Ha Ha Ha! Well, I like to tease them about that anyway~! So, after his US Military service, and a lengthy time with the F.B.I., he was hired by the state of Oregon to work in the salmon hatchery operation INSIDE of the management office where he had complete access to all of the state's records and receipts. After he tried to report what he had discovered, he quit his job with the state and soon after that an Individual that he had worked with, who still worked for the Oregon state hatchery project, "suddenly" appeared to have a little chat with him. He was, in no mistakable terms, threatened that if he didn't immediately stop talking about what he had discovered, that he would be killed~! Not long after that, two of the local LEO's (police) that he personally knew and had befriended shot and killed him at his home. These two "police officers" planted a pistol on him, that his wife firmly stated that he never owned and she had never seen before, and the police officers claimed that he had actually attacked them, and they were just defending themselves~! An oldie, but goodie of many criminally corrupt police for a long long time... Then, "suddenly and extremely suspiciously" his wife was killed in a fire that completely burned the entire house to the ground destroying everything within it. Oh, and the house was personally verified to have been newer and EXTREMELY well built by someone who was at that time probably the best real estate appraisers in the state of Oregon~! No evidence was ever found that explained that "sudden and highly suspicious" house fire BTW~! Oh, and it is the usual M.O. for the goons who work for criminally corrupt government Individuals in government to break into a house like this to make sure that they can remove any and all of the damning evidence that they can find, AND then to burn it to the ground to make sure that they completed the job. It is a terrible experience to learn of something that you know that "everyone" needs to know and understand, but to be well aware that your very life and the lives of your loved ones would be sacrificed should you "do the right thing"~! To some, I have been said to possess some level of "bravado" because of my willingness to reveal the truth and my duty to defend and protect others against the evil criminal forces. However, from my perspective "bravery" is not a conscious consideration, probably because of a very early age experience that taught me to never give up or surrender to "emotion". The litigation resulting in 'fish passage' projects is about something(s) else, obviously...all of these major projects are funded by debt which we and future generations are saddled with and are carried out under false pretenses. I have observed many of these fish passages and they are like Garry said...seasonal/ephemeral and incapable of sustaining any fishery.
The bridging projects do make 101 more durable in an earthquake (modest ones anyway) but that is not the reasoning we were given for it and hundreds of millions in borrowed money is being used to carry it out.

I had a mind numbing experience driving SR 109 the highway that takes you to Ocean Shores and north. The number of the fish barriers removed and replaced with mega bridge construction was maybe the biggest waste I’ve seen in this state. Even the little creek by my husbands grandparents house had a major rebuild. His grandpa said they never saw or could catch a salmon in that creek. Hubby is 70, Makah close by, never net it, bc oral history says there are no fish, salmon or other wise. Does anyone from the tribe ever admit to the hostile take over of this county?We are getting slammed at every level. Heard the court case about salmon barriers started years ago and ended up at the Supreme Court . Is there a real tribe here? A friend told me that Ron Allen looked European. Actually the facet most interesting is that the early tribes adored European settlers. For anybody wondering how Clallam County pulled off the Towne Road project, take a look at the Sequim Gazette Wednesday Edition , 6-25. Evidently the project came in under budget at 1.1million compared to the forecasted 1.2million. I think it all comes down to fiscally minded leadership, personally. A big shout out to JST for being such a large part of that contribution.

Reservoir partnership ? The JST is a sovereign nation like Mexico and Canada. They have exclusive authority over the area that can be defined as their treaty reservation. Outside of those boundaries they have no more say than any other sovereign nation. Absent equal taxation and sovereign nation travel restrictions they should not have access to the transportation system built by non-JKT tribal citizens. I/we just returned from a two week RV trip, driving through the many highway 101 "fish passage" projects promulgated by tribal litigation. There was no moving water in any of them. Their water flow is seasonal, dictating that no migrating fish can inhabit those project areas. A monumental waste of resources, not to mention the travel inconvenience and lost business impacts. If fish biologists and/or ichthyologists were involved, these projects would have been deemed fruitless. Different rules for different ancestry is not compatible with a country and society based upon equality. The tribes can choose to live that historical life of teepees, spears and woven grass baskets, but how do cell phones, computers, casinos and fossil fuel powered transportation fairly fit into that treasured ancestry ?

Years ago, we lived on the Island of Hawaii, The Big Island, and the obviously & well known deeply corrupt government there engaged in a large-scale road improvement project between the Kona airport and the city of Kona. Well, after a great many months of grossly overpaid union hours, endless traffic jams, and of course the "skim" that was stolen from the wildly lavish federal and state funds, it was "suddenly" discovered that the new highway project that was nearing completion had actually been built with a slope that was just ever so slightly outside of the established "federal government tolerance guidelines" and of course the entire project had to be torn up and rebuilt again~! HA~! As if the extremely accurate equipment that the surveyors had for years just happened to start working properly at some point, but only after the road project was nearly completed the first time~! Ha Ha Ha~! Of course, those few of us who already know that many of these road projects are more often than not dragged out for extraordinarily long periods of time because they result in a ready-made "cash cow" for the government as the police nail drivers for at least double fines for traffic infractions committed within these "work zones", we are well aware of what was REALLY going on~! "Surprisingly" that highway project just happened to be built right in front of the Hawaii state police headquarters between the Kona airport & the city of Kona, but I am sure that "those are not the droids that we are looking for"~! Ha Ha Ha Ha~!!!! Oh, and for those who would VERY foolishly believe that "they would not do that" after ALL of the proof that is exactly what "they do", I would refer them to the infamous "5 Highway" road project right here in Washington state that I am sure is STILL under construction between Fort Lewis and North to Tacoma and the interchange to Highway 101~! I know from personal experience that that specific Washington state "highway improvement" scam has been in place for well over 40 years~! 40 years to complete a small highway project of only a few miles~? Quite a few years ago one of the "Investigators" in our circle got a state job working for the fish hatchery project in Oregon. Being an Intelligent Individual, he quickly found the official records and receipts of the food that was actually purchased so that the hatcheries could feed the "smolt" (the baby salmon) that were supposedly to be later released into the natural environment when they matured. The food would NEVER have been enough to raise more than 10 to 20% of the mature salmon that the state was falsely claiming that they released every year~! Upon further investigation our Investigator soon found that the state was stealing the salmon eggs and selling them in bulk amounts on the Asian market where they got top dollar for the highly sought after delicacy~! Unfortunately, our Investigator started asking questions within the state hatchery program and when ignored he made an official complaint with the (then) Oregon state governors office. He was soon "quietly" advised to stop causing problems "or else"! He was actually murdered by elements in local police force and shortly thereafter his widowed wife just happened to be killed in a suspicious fire that burned their house to the ground (destroying all of the evidence that he had collected). Of course, it can be easily confirmed that the salmon hatchery programs of California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington state are very closely coordinated and work together, so it should be no surprise to folks if the criminal salmon eggs conspiracy was the same in many states that are engaged in "protecting the salmon"~! Ha! What a scam~! Wow ! I prefer to believe the misfortune of your associate and wife to be a sad coincidence, only because the alternative is too dark for me to live in. The sovereignty of treaty and other "tribes" within the U.S.A. is opportunistically unique. A situation ripe for exploitation that includes or excludes the treaty entitled, ( whatever might constitute treaty entitled ). Society seems unwilling to see the complete absurdity in different rights for some based solely upon ancestry. The abused, their abusers and the contracts drafted and endorsed for and by them are all history. None of those involved live today. So in our country based upon equality, there are some with rights and entitlements above all others because of who their Daddy was. Salmon, their eggs, salt water resources, casinos, gambling rights and more make the treaty entitled attractive business partners. Our "Investigator" was actually a VRY highly trained federal government "field operative" (AKA; "A spook". "A spy" who worked for the F.B.I. for many years). I also have very similar skills, but I shoot better than most of the government products in the field ;-) Ha Ha Ha! Well, I like to tease them about that anyway~! So, after his US Military service, and a lengthy time with the F.B.I., he was hired by the state of Oregon to work in the salmon hatchery operation INSIDE of the management office where he had complete access to all of the state's records and receipts. After he tried to report what he had discovered, he quit his job with the state and soon after that an Individual that he had worked with, who still worked for the Oregon state hatchery project, "suddenly" appeared to have a little chat with him. He was, in no mistakable terms, threatened that if he didn't immediately stop talking about what he had discovered, that he would be killed~! Not long after that, two of the local LEO's (police) that he personally knew and had befriended shot and killed him at his home. These two "police officers" planted a pistol on him, that his wife firmly stated that he never owned and she had never seen before, and the police officers claimed that he had actually attacked them, and they were just defending themselves~! An oldie, but goodie of many criminally corrupt police for a long long time... Then, "suddenly and extremely suspiciously" his wife was killed in a fire that completely burned the entire house to the ground destroying everything within it. Oh, and the house was personally verified to have been newer and EXTREMELY well built by someone who was at that time probably the best real estate appraisers in the state of Oregon~! No evidence was ever found that explained that "sudden and highly suspicious" house fire BTW~! Oh, and it is the usual M.O. for the goons who work for criminally corrupt government Individuals in government to break into a house like this to make sure that they can remove any and all of the damning evidence that they can find, AND then to burn it to the ground to make sure that they completed the job. We are sure that the wife was murdered as a safety precaution, just because she may have talked and/or had hidden the evidence in question... A coincidence~? HA~! Well, keep in mind that when/if YOU ever go to court and claim that it was a "coincidence" that led you to being there, that the court will COMPLETELY disregard that possibility as "impossible" unless you have what amounts to perfect undeniable proof~! Funny, but our so-called "justice system" of government, by statute, completely denies that "coincidences" ever happens, yet, that same government constantly claims that coincidences do happen when they are suspected of misdeeds and all sorts of criminal acts big and small~! We (society) have been conditioned to assume that these criminal acts are "random" and not all part of the tip of the iceberg of the greater evil machine that really dominates and oppresses humanity. Only those closest and most affected by these brutal "hit jobs" know the truth and those who would become "Whistleblowers" are faced with the most horrendous and dangerous choice between fight or flight. It is a terrible experience to learn of something that you know that "everyone" needs to know and understand, but to be well aware that your very life and the lives of your loved ones would be sacrificed should you "do the right thing"~! To some, I have been said to possess some level of "bravado" because of my willingness to reveal the truth and my duty to defend and protect others against the evil criminal forces. However, from my perspective "bravery" is not a conscious consideration, probably because of a very early age experience that taught me to never give up or surrender to "emotion". It is our early life experiences that can and often do set us on the course of our lives in ways that many today do not appreciate as they should. Anyway, I just don't feel and process the emotion of "fear" in the same way that the majority of people do, however it is not really accurate to assume that is "bravery" to be entirely honest. I understand how it could appear to be bravery, but from my perspective it is simply "problem solving" for the best outcome without considering the ramifications to myself. In other words, I am pretty "stupid"~! Ha Ha Ha Ha~!!!! I am not alone, because there are others who are "here" to help others, as opposed to "helping themselves" and they face life & death challenges every day. We all know that the majority of folks won't stand up with us when it matters most, and that we can at any tie be left on the battlefield of this oldest war against humanity to die alone. We just don't think of that much because when it comes right down to it there are FAR more important things than our current lives at this time of history. Not that we won't feel "fear" at some point, but to dwell upon the emotion of fear actually attracts things to be fearful of and that is the worst of all possible paths to take. Ironically, tragically, if all good folks stood up together to deny and repel the evil criminals, who really are the few, then this country and world would change for the better within a very short time~! So many whistleblowers hope that their actions will trigger the good folks in the population to take action to address the problems that they know to exist... The evil criminals keep playing a real life "Wack-A-Mole" game while continuing their evil dastardly brainwashing matrix going as best they can, hoping that they never have to deal with a population of good individuals large enough to exterminate them and end their evil reign~! The end to this sick game of the criminals of humanity has been known for a very long time now, but until recently the evil ones never believed that it would come during their lifetimes. Nothing is as it seems. The litigation resulting in 'fish passage' projects is about something(s) else, obviously...all of these major projects are funded by debt which we and future generations are saddled with and are carried out under false pretenses. I have observed many of these fish passages and they are like Garry said...seasonal/ephemeral and incapable of sustaining any fishery.
The bridging projects do make 101 more durable in an earthquake (modest ones anyway) but that is not the reasoning we were given for it and hundreds of millions in borrowed money is being used to carry it out.
Debt is a form of death...'mortgage' = mort(death)+gage(measure). Formula for how much can be extracted from us before we die...and then inheritance taxes so they can get more after death! Great system for lawyers and banksters!

I had a mind numbing experience driving SR 109 the highway that takes you to Ocean Shores and north. The number of the fish barriers removed and replaced with mega bridge construction was maybe the biggest waste I’ve seen in this state. Even the little creek by my husbands grandparents house had a major rebuild. His grandpa said they never saw or could catch a salmon in that creek. Hubby is 70, Makah close by, never net it, bc oral history says there are no fish, salmon or other wise. Does anyone from the tribe ever admit to the hostile take over of this county?We are getting slammed at every level. Heard the court case about salmon barriers started years ago and ended up at the Supreme Court . If we were jerking the Tribe around like this , we wouldn’t have a SS# , we’d be known by inmate # 684-7752-15. (I made up that number, no knowledge of inmate numerical ID assignment,YET!

After listening to an audio recording zoom interview hosted by a government official and developer who openly stated he had to make X amount for said project, my antennas went up. Is there a real tribe here? A friend told me that Ron Allen looked European. Actually the facet most interesting is that the early tribes adored European settlers. The tribe's existence and power were improved considerably by the intervention of firearms. Tomahawks were immediately obsolete which probably created unemployment among tribe members.
My understanding is that the reservoir is a requirement set by the state. The state pushes a lot of mandates on local government to carry out and other regions are struggling with the requirement. It's how the local government carries out the requirement is always the concern.
Well the 'state' of California has usurped all the water rights in Northern California to no avail as the water is now controlled by the cabal and they are emptying reservoirs and removing dams in order to collapse the food system...it's a controlled implosion of society playing out right in front of us and we can only watch it unfold and learn to graze on what nature provides. For anybody wondering how Clallam County pulled off the Towne Road project, take a look at the Sequim Gazette Wednesday Edition , 6-25. Evidently the project came in under budget at 1.1million compared to the forecasted 1.2million. I think it all comes down to fiscally minded leadership, personally. A big shout out to JST for being such a large part of that contribution.
