Ozias acted against another person based upon a what another person TOLD him (Eberly to Ozias) with no evidence, no facts, no video, no pictures, NOTHING! Ozias immediately emailed the sheriff and the person was IMMEDIATELY investigated without knowledge of an investigation. A locked gate the County put up was damaged and the person was accused of damaging the gate. Later investigation when “the accused person” found out he was under investigation revealed the gate was damaged from inside the locked gate not damaged from outside the locked gate. The person who has the key to the gate is Mr. Eberly. The accused person of damaging the gate does not have a key. All charges were eventually dropped.
Compare that incident to this incident…..evidence a video of people trespassing and destroying property. The destruction of property should be the burden of the violators not the County taxpayers.

Back to Clallam County prosecutor when I asked him why he passed it off,he told me it is a bit political football. I said crime is not political. It's a crime. Non partisan but a crime.

This is an absolutely disgusting intentional failure of the local Clallam County prosecutor Mark Nichols, so we need to look into his past history, review his past behavior and discover exactly what his connection to this crime spree and the Clallam County Commissioners really is. I understand that last year a number of disgruntled Sequim high school students gained entry into one of the school buildings and threw some eggs around causing a very minor disturbance without causing anyone harm or doing much, if any, real damage. Yet the corrupt hysterical Sequim high school administrators and Mark Nichols office jumped all over these young folks, threatened criminal prosecutions, and put them through the ringer harassing them for what was basically no more than a harmless prank~! I do not know exactly why these graduating high school students were so motivated as to do what they did (although they had every right to be pissed off after this disgusting COVID and deadly vaccine attack), and I would not be surprised if these students were not able to articulate all of the reasons for their frustration themselves, but it was absolutely disgusting that Mark Nichols IMMEDIATELY jumped on his jack booted "bully pulpit" to harass these young folks, but he willfully & blatantly ignores the REAL felonious crimes that these scumbag lunatic criminal "hoods" commit upon our entire community~! This is an absolutely disgusting intentional failure of the local Clallam County prosecutor Mark Nichols, so we need to look into his past history, review his past behavior and discover exactly what his connection to this crime spree and the Clallam County Commissioners really is. I understand that last year a number of disgruntled Sequim high school students gained entry into one of the school buildings and threw some eggs around causing a very minor disturbance without causing anyone harm or doing much, if any, real damage. Yet the corrupt hysterical Sequim high school administrators and Mark Nichols office jumped all over these young folks, threatened criminal prosecutions, and put them through the ringer harassing them for what was basically no more than a harmless prank~! I do not know exactly why these graduating high school students were so motivated as to do what they did (although they had every right to be pissed off after this disgusting COVID and deadly vaccine attack), and I would not be surprised if these students were not able to articulate all of the reasons for their frustration themselves, but it was absolutely disgusting that Mark Nichols IMMEDIATELY jumped on his jack booted "bully pulpit" to harass these young folks, but he willfully & blatantly ignores the REAL felonious crimes that these scumbag lunatic criminal "hoods" commit upon our entire community~! For these, as yet unindicted usual suspects, criminals in the Clallam County Commissioners office to actively support these lunatic hoods who did REAL harmful damage to our community, especially to showcase and promote such criminal behavior, makes them complicit/accomplices "after the fact" and as such it is just one more reason for them to be removed from office and criminally prosecuted themselves~! We also need to look into Mark Nichols current and history of behavior to determine if he should also be removed from office and criminally prosecuted as an accomplice to these REAL crimes of the lunatic fringe that dare to do such harm to our community~! These crimes of the hysterical lunatics are not just financial, they are also against the trust and wellbeing of our entire community, especially now that they have been "rubber stamped" by the very people who were entrusted with the positions to protect all of us against any real harm~! This issue must NOT be ignored or glossed over, because that will open the door for even more criminal behavior and very likely far more serious crimes in the future~! As written the case supports felony charges, although prosecutor's offices sometimes have guidelines that they won't charge a felony until a certain monetary threshold is reached. I believe they have 3 years to file felony, but your point is correct given many are reduced to misdemeanor charges.

This is an inquiry to the status of Incident #: M25050026 – Malicious Mischief on the Doc Holiday Timber Sale on 5/2/25. Filed by DNR Officer Travis Snider.
Five individuals were named. Evidence was presented via videos, personal delivery of the timber boundary markers to the DNR and a press release taking responsibility for the act.
The victims of the malicious act are Washington State Common School Trust and the State Land Transfer. These revenues are for schools and county services including roads, libraries, fire districts, ports, hospital and emergency care. The upfront estimates are $9,536 but probably totals more.
The emboldened individuals mocked our legal system by outwardly taking blame via a press release thereby challenging the law to hold them accountable. This cannot be tolerated and the citizens want to be paid back the damages.
The statue of limitations for a misdemeanor is one year. This must be acted on immediately.
Jennifer...............make sure the phrase 'time is of the essence' is in the Re: of any correspondence to Mr. Nichols. If not, it'll be ignored and he'll say he didn't see it in time.
