At a recent Public Safety Town Hall, Commissioner Mike French stated that he feels just as safe in Clallam County today as he did four years ago.
After reading about David Waddell, many residents may disagree. Over the past several years, Waddell has reportedly been tied to repeated fires, disturbances, warrants, emergency responses, and other incidents in Port Angeles — many allegedly connected to ongoing drug use. Taxpayers repeatedly fund the law enforcement, EMS, fire, cleanup, and jail costs associated with these incidents.
At the same time, the County continues funding the Harm Reduction Health Center, which distributes free drug paraphernalia to users, while also exploring a new criminal justice tax.
What exactly is the County’s strategy here?
How does continually expanding harm reduction programs while asking taxpayers for more criminal justice funding actually reduce repeat offenses, disorder, and the revolving door of drug-related incidents that residents continue witnessing throughout the county?
And does Commissioner French still believe public safety conditions feel the same today as they did four years ago?
The park incident is scary especially when one knows how easy state polices are on sex offenders here. The newest transient SO in PA was recently released from prison in TX from his third conviction for crimes against children. In TX he is listed as high risk with lifetime registration required. What draws high risk SO from other states here? I think we know.
The standoff was actually a "high risk search warrant" at a known(by the neighborhood) drug house. The search was for evidence in the ongoing murder investigation of Danny Kendrick. It was somewhat known that Danny had isssues with (likely drug related) squatters on his property prior to his murder.

Many times, what "we" cannot see directly, we can actually see "reflected" in many ways to know that there is more going on than we are being told. These things are in fact what the falsely accused "conspiracy nuts" can and do see, before they are eventually proven to have been true all along~! Anyway, as we here went on high alert to this matter and all other serious matters years ago, as I have mentioned, we have actually tracked a small number of local reports of human trafficking right here in Clallam County! The false statements about President Trump, are demonstrably untrue because he is in fact a hero who has long been addressing these kinds of crimes, he was the one who stepped forward to see that Jeffry Epstein was arrested and prosecuted, and it was in fact the Democrat Biden criminal cabal who was publicly revealed to have "lost 300,000 children" who were illegally smuggled into the US during that absolutely disastrous 4 years~! These scumbags are once again, projecting their own crimes. It would be very wise to consider what these local "usual suspects" criminals like Stoffer and The Three Stooges of Clallam County may REALLY be doing behind the scenes and what they may very well be hiding~! Yes, I am VERY unhappy that "we" have lost SO many good folks! My wife is from Oregon and even we may have to move there to take care of her mom and continue the good fight here and there (and all across America). For now, we are here! We have worked VERY hard and made the best of our lives, but at our ages we had hoped for at least a couple of years of a peaceful retirement and that does not look like it will be in our cards. Well, at least we can fight for the future generations to experience Individual freedom and their rights! I saw many more than just that one young man. I will never understand how the people proclaiming the compassion for harm reduction cannot understand it's death by a thousand cuts. Compassion is getting the addicts into a residential treatment facility and afterwards they have to sever all ties with their previous addict friends. I understand that President Trump and the white hats are intentionally dragging all of us through this BS in the hopes to save as many people as possible, but that my friend may be their biggest mistake because in my long torturous experience very few if any ever really "wake up" and those who FINALLY do are tragically behind the rest of us and will likely never catch up to speed. Their "Plan" has worked in many ways, but what will "we" be left with even if the white hats pull it off? More than 60% terminally dysfunctional people who struggle to wipe their own butts, 20% completely destroyed zombies flooding the welfare system incapable of doing anything, and maybe 20% of the rest of us who either need to constantly babysit the other 80% or do our best to avoid them at all costs because they are SO damn dangerous??? What a sight! My "retirement" as a full blow recluse looks better & better every day! HA~! That is a problem because I am an Empath and therefore a dedicated Humanitarian, but I am NOT completely stupid or suicidal~! Good God! Well, maybe together the few of us can ban together to found our own colony somewhere where we would have a chance to live good lives? This experience is like living through a sick horror movie between "Mad Max" and all of the James Bond films put together with their evil criminals of humanity! Whatareyagonnado~?

While we here are scientists open to the possibility of a so-called "better world" off planet somewhere, where there by the already known statistical odds must surely be, we love our spinning planet of water, dirt, rocks, and all sorts of "gook" because we are sentimental fools ;-)) That said, there may be some place on this "cursed earth" of human contamination that is still a beautiful location in which to exist and even thrive! They publish a commitment to protect voting, but cannot support only citizens of the USA voting in USA elections. What is wrong with making America great again ? A significant portion of other countries have been bleeding and taking advantage of USA largess for far too long. It is past time we insist on fairness in trade and world safety cost sharing. Locally, all taxes being wasted on the infinite derivations of minority-ism must be redirected to law enforcement which will insure safety our safety and security.

Jeff, because of your questions regarding funding for the 3 parking spaces, I am even more suspect of the program. I saw many more than just that one young man. I will never understand how the people proclaiming the compassion for harm reduction cannot understand it's death by a thousand cuts. Do they not understand that each time narcan is administered the neurological effects on the brain and the body? This is a slow death, absolutely not compassion. Compassion is getting the addicts into a residential treatment facility and afterwards they have to sever all ties with their previous addict friends. The story is a testament to that, a meet up and the tempation was too great. And the normal injected amount was too much after he had been drug free for sometime. So sad.... but the NGO's are making so much money and created so many jobs, they will never let go of that. There is no compassion with these folks.
