I did my clean up, I took down all the ones I found along the rails, on posts by the parking lot machine etc.

Jake Seegers supporters and Jake must be making an impact if they’re defacing property or are they taking Mike French’s playbook., a little property destruction is needed to get someone’s point across.

Michael Heath's avatar

Great comment, Patriot Chris Clark~!

HA! These are the same criminals who scream about the environment with "crocodile tears", as they always work to disrespect and destroy it~!

Sincerely, Mike

This will just make more people vote for Jake. If they have to resort to that type of rhetoric to try and stop his movement.

Truth is, there are many many good people who work and volunteer in CC. Drop dead wonderful people. The problem are these NGOs, these nasty old women, and well, French...

Chris Clark's avatar

You couldn’t have said it any better. NGO’s are my pet pev

I had a hard time on all of them except 2, they are heavy duty stickers that’s for sure

When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn. When you are down to nothing, God is up to something. The faithful see the invisible, believe the incredible and then receive the impossible. Where liberty dwells there is my country.

Benjamin Franklin

Michael Heath's avatar

Excellent, Patriot Michael J Williams~!

A recent great local example of that, just happened when the criminal who stole Port Angeles pool funds FINALLY resigned, right after he dug in his heels and refused to resign~!!! These criminals always play the same game, until THEY are removed or suddenly resign! Have a great weekend~!

Sincerely, Mike

Susie Blake's avatar

He has not resigned from the pool, only the Port board, because the other Port board members did the right thing. Burke has been on PAID leave for months, so essentially a taxpayer funded vacation. We need more audit of the pool board and pool operations!

Michael Heath's avatar

Is that right, Patriot Susie Blake?

I must have been mistaken. Thank you for your correction! Resigning from the Port board is at least a step in the right direction, but it is absolutely atrocious that he is still getting paid and refusing to resign if that is true. We should not be surprised if it is true, because it would be aligned with his thieving ways would it not? HA! Money is clearly more important to this scumbag, than duty or honor~! Yes, absolutely, we need to push for a complete audit and to get the justice system to do its duty as they are required to do... Please do let me know if you hear anything further on this subject because that is the only way this ugly situation will ever be resolved properly. The stolen funds need to be returned to the pool operating budget, continuing to pay this guy for going on "extended vacation" is just sick, so it looks like "we" need to remove the "pool board" because of their incompetent & disgraceful behavior as well! I also understand that the disgusting homeless "pool toilet & shower vouchers" have been reinstated and that obviously endangers the folks using the pool... especially the children... Keep the faith my friend~!

Sincerely, Mike

Hey Michael, Duty, Honor, and Integrity....tastes like acid in their mouths. It could be Greek to them?

Have a good one!

Michael Heath's avatar

Happy Sunday, Patriot Glen Parker~!

Acid in their mouths? HA! Well, that would be an interesting "remedy" for our problem children who soil our otherwise wonderful community~! Prison sentences and in some cases, executions would suffice, however I am always open to creative solutions ;-) I have not been there in a very long time; however, Greece is a beautiful country and the folks there are generally quite nice. These abhorrent clowns in our local and state government system here really are a COMPLETE disgrace, constantly proving their ignorance of the English language, let alone Greek. The original American Constitution is written with sophisticated yet old common terminology that does take a little effort to "translate" into the common "grunting" of today's pig slop that these criminals constantly babble and spew, but try as they have, they can't lawfully excuse their long list of crimes~! No amount of their "witch craft" wordspeak will work now, as it has in the past. Too many great folks like you are aware of these tricks of their evil trade~! Have a funday Sunday!

Sincerely, Mike

Jake, you're over the target! Keep doing the right thing and campaigning the right way. Can't wait to see you debate Mike French so the public can see the contrast. While you're out cleaning up the community on your own time and dime, Mr. French is ... doing what?

4 reasonable development's avatar

Robert, See French collecting a big paycheck every month & blowing with the wind…..🤮

TLL's avatar

That's a big ??? Nothing sane for the people of CC. Truth lies in his actions.

David Rogers's avatar

I find it so interesting all these people trying to label Jake as anything but a concerned father and citizen hoping to make a difference in our community. It really showed when I mentioned to Jake that I was meeting with Mike French. Jake was thrilled and said very nice things about commissioner French. He said even if they disagree on policy he see Mike as a good person and he was happy I was connecting with him. That shows Jake just wants the issues to be heard and addressed no matter who is commissioner. When I walked with commissioner French instead of having the same we are all in this together spirit he dropped in these little comments I saw as divisive and directly trying to label Jake and those associated with him as not being compassionate. Eventually I told commissioner French that though I appreciate him saying im a nice person that I dont think we are that different. I explained how my frustrations have also boiled over when it comes to the issues we see and that even the kindest people get frustrated when they feel they are loosing their safety or community.

MK's avatar

Thanks for sharing essentially the same experience I have wihen talking with Jake. Stand up guy he is despite political swirl.

Everyone should check out their candidate.

Right? why not..

I bet Jake checks his candidates.

So far I have found nothing but sincerity.

His ideals aline with mine and what I hope to see for our area and my grandchildren.

I have met his family.

If he is lying to my face, then he has worse problems, more than loosing an election.

God will deal with him.

Oh really?

"he's a 'normal' problematic

conservative that would rather let

people suffer and/or die than pay

taxes."

Or:

"He considers the Nature Conversancy

a big corporation threatening to take

away our property rights"

.

.

While claiming this position:

"However, those folks are usuallv the

loudest about something they know

verv little of."

.

.

Someone is going to need to point out where Jake has said these things or has taken this position because it sounds to me like these loud people know very little about him. An open book vs how the current leaders circle the wagons to hide from public scrutiny.

If you have any such strong perceptions or beliefs then why not check your facts and ask Jake? Wouldn't that be reasonable?

I had no idea that in order to wear Patagonia clothing that I had to get in lock-step with the Indivisible agenda.

This need to control and disparage a class of people. It's a sickness. Ozias, Johnson, French. White guys. Bupkus.

The inability to have a standard that conveys to everyone is not a standard, it's juvenile control.

The Wedge party. Vote for Jake Seegers.

Susie Blake's avatar

The fact that the Gin Blossom, Sequim estate owning, govt pension collecting crowd is grasping at straws attacking Jake based on appearance is laughable.

I have had 9 years to observe French and the impact of his leadership. I have spent about a year watching Jake's actions. We don't need to be baited into defending Jake from baseless attacks because his actions speak louder than their brainwashed lies.

Timothy Weller's avatar

"The narrative needn't be true or accurate, only that it resonates with the audience", which is never more clear than when those speaking "the loudest" in disparaging others, project their own paranoia and fear.

“Intolerable behavior” that would send any child to his room.

Intolerable.

When more citizens require accountability & restrain the intolerable.

and, we need a Treatment Facility in Port Angeles..

from beginning to end…

We need a safe rehabilitation & recovery house for (locals first) those that want sobriety.

… and for those who want time out.. we have a safe place for them too.

no drugs…

however, some may need medical assistance and treatment, whatever that looks like.

I would have my tax money spent there, not over there.

No more trails, shut down all land transfers, Cancel several non/ & not-for-profits, Get in the way of the comprehensive plan and hold the Ron Allen Corporation accountable..

Right? maybe…

gosh.

we the people.

hey-

Last week I believe Randy Johnson “begged” us to write letters to legislature, senators, etc… that we all have the power to do it!

so, who accepts his challenge?

Wow Jake you are obviously rattling cages. I know I’ll be getting one of your signs once the corrected ones are available! And you will have this “magats” vote for sure. The other side has nothing better to do than post slander and trash and it’s getting quite old.

jedjennings50's avatar

It is amazing how the liberals bash everyone that does not see their socialistic views as positive. What they do is negative trash talking and very little answer for how to make our community better. Solutions are few and far between their ideaology and actions. Jake is a threat to the little boys club that tortures our values. Wake up CC the Jake wave is coming to give us solutions not the BS bestowed on us by current politicians. Is CC better off today than it was before these clowns took over? I think NOT!

Hopefully jake & jeff will refresh the voters memories with legit county numbers. How much money did french, ozias, johnson approve for drug addict programs, how much did they approve for consulting groups that did what, they just voted to raise property tax rates, free transit rides for homeless drug addicts which raises taxes, how much did commissioners approve for derelict alley repair, the attempt to violate jeffs first amendment right by trying to vote in new hush bill, board commissioners not disputing tribal request for property tax exemptions, lot's of big issues to remind voters of when it is election time.I think it was french that made a public quote that it is ok to vandalize peoples property to get your point recognized.

Dale Russell's avatar

Seen elsewhere: "If you want to understand how to fix a problem in the world, you have to ask who is profiting from the problem. Not who is suffering from it."

Applicable to so many issues in our county. CCWD is shining a light on who profits and they really don't like that.

John W.'s avatar

Thank you CCWD good article today! Robert is right you and Jake are over the target!! Keep the pressure on them, it will make them show their true colors. There is a lack of any leadership in this County from our politicians, just a bunch of marionettes being influenced by greed and virtue signalling. Nothing useful for the citizens other than let's raise taxes and do less!!!

I’ll be honest, I didn’t think too much about stickergate. But to be fair, my colleagues and I all have company issued laptops and I have NEVER seen a sticker on any of them. It would never occur to me to deface my employer’s property that way.

I do dream of a N🚫zias sticker with a b&w pic of his face under the 🚫! I guess the difference is I would put said stickers on MY property, not on others.

Way to tie this all together, Jeff! I didn’t see it coming, but you did.

Dennis O's avatar

I'll take a couple of those Ozzie stickers!

TLL's avatar

Hummmm stick them everywhere the precedence has been set, DNR ring a bell.

Eve So's avatar

Eve, It's the thought that counts! Maybe we can raise the money for the stickers with a Levy Lid Lift? Problem solves!

WHEN you can't win on the issues, get nasty, lie. Now they are trying to post him as a MAGA guy... If you hate Trump, you should hate Seegers. ??? Well would you expect anything else from people who let themselves get mentally disturbed by a someone who has NO impact on their daily lives, Trump... When gasoline was $5 under Biden it was "great" now we'll fix climate change, under Trump, it's the end of the world, affordability... And the crazies are drawn to this area like locusts...

CAS's avatar

Public life in our county has taken on a tone that should concern all of us, regardless of political persuasion. Increasingly, discussions about local issues are not discussions at all — they are eruptions of anger, personal attacks, and rehearsed talking points that leave no room for honest debate.

What stands out most is not disagreement. Disagreement is healthy. What stands out is the sheer level of anger. Some individuals seem perpetually enraged, unable to speak about community matters without contempt for anyone who sees things differently. Their language is uniform, their accusations predictable, and their hostility immediate.

This pattern has consequences. When people refuse to debate the issues, they default to attacking the person. When they cannot defend outcomes, they attack motives. When they have no solutions, they attack those who are trying to improve conditions. This is not civic engagement — it is civic sabotage.

The irony is that many of the people who contribute the most to our community — the volunteers cleaning up public spaces, the residents documenting environmental damage, the individuals raising concerns about safety, accountability, and program effectiveness — are the ones most aggressively targeted. Instead of welcoming their efforts, some respond with hostility, as though acknowledging a problem is more threatening than the problem itself.

Eve So's avatar

Did you see the reaction when Mitch Zenobi brought his Jake Seegers sign to the mayday protest? Talk about anger!

It’s worth searching out on FB if you have not seen it.

I think Mitch Zenobi is my new personal hero!
