“How do I get my questions answered?”

“Well, gosh, I don’t know. You’ll have to figure that out all by yourself, but it’s not going to be from me.”

“I will not participate in a public forum that you, or any other citizen arranges,” Ozias stated.

What nerve. He has no problem attending meetings his tribe arranges but the public that pays that $108,695 salary gets this treatment. Here's hoping one of these days that cocky attitude lands him in big trouble and out of that commissioners seat.

Recall before that if we need to as this can't continue. I may just stop paying any taxes in this county and hurt their pocket book. I'm up for lovely drives to Jefferson county to see the sights and shop why not

I have the plan.

Have Trump write an executive order to the U.S. Department of Defense opening up the PX facilities on federal property to verifiable non-military personnel and bogart the food and gas sales revenue in our state. They can actually give some proceeds to chevron and Safeway to offset the losses. Let them cannibalize on themselves.

Stop what your doing and write a letter or post to the link below:

We are watching 'The Chosen', a series about the life of Jesus...I know...I know...but what is significant about it is the expose on the deep, wide and longstanding corruption, collusion, undermining, taxation without representation, and all manner of conspiracy...The layers of dismissive and hostile governmental agencies, in collusion with the 'money-makers' and the 'priestly' class and the 'military/police'.

Nothing has changed in 2000+++ years...it's a sad and tragic commentary on the state of humanity and our dumbed-down, ignorant masses who support and encourage the corruption, some consciously, some not.

Apparently 'Nozias' is correct in stating there is not a 'significant number of constituents feeling unheard.' Or speaking up, showing up, demanding change anyway.

Could that have anything to do with the lack of true journalism (CCWD excepted) and no accurate information provided by the 'media'?

I understand why people want to remain asleep...it's painful and frustrating to come to know how 'the world' really is and feel powerless to do anything about it...especially when being dismissed and gaslit by 'the powers that be'.

I want to ignore it every day and yet every day I re-engage and 'put it out there'.

Many are apparently worried we are being taken over by the 'oligarchs'.

Where have you been, friends? That happened thousands of years ago and we here in the U.S.A. SEEMED to have a reprieve from it over the last 70 years or so...however we have just been LULLED into not noticing what's going on because we have been 'taught' that those rumors about corruption are just 'conspiracy theories'.

The fact is... not theories but actual conspiracies have been playing out while we were busy...distracted by other things.

BTW, I wonder if the extreme tax hikes have anything to do with putting a chill on the massive development we are undergoing in CC?

'Nozias' and 'Frenchie' and 'Johnnie' are all about protecting the 'environment' and one way to do that is to make it onerous to BE here, with heavy taxation...unending btw. If they pass this 'law' it is just the thin end of the wedge and there WILL be un-voted tax increases EVERY YEAR and good luck rolling any of that back later on if any sanity returns to our culture.

Free laser hair removal for 'trans' inmates? Not even Satan could think up something like that...oh, wait...that's the only entity that Could come up with that and write it into law!

See Brandi Kruse's commentary on that! Not makin' it up! TRUTH, JUSTICE, LIBERTY AND TOUGH LOVE.🤔

Setting Presidence is really hard to dismiss so it will be another mountain to climb for the taxpayers to fight…..yes the more wins for government the more powerless “We The People” become. It is so obvious at this point this is the plan. With so many actions taken against the people it can’t be hidden what is happening. It is so obvious even the comatose, sheep, young and uneducated are trying to make sense of it. History does repeat itself & it will continue to do so, unfortunately.

Another film short to add to your viewing is c.1940 "You, the People", a film about voter fraud. I saw it on TCM by happenchance. People have been using the same playbook for decades, centuries, millenia. But things can change for the better, you just always have to keep in mind: Someone will always want (covet) what you have. Stay alert and be engaged to protect your blessings. God's favor on us this Lental season.

This Isn't What the Governmeant

Bread

Sure gets funny thinkin' 'bout money

Makin' my daily bread,

The more you make, the more they take

You never seem to get ahead,

You break your backs just to pay your tax

Then you don't like the way that it's spent,

Somewhere back we jumped the track

This isn't what the governmeant...

Part of an old song by Bread. They really do believe they have a right to extract cash from our wallet. Its for our own good you know.... Can we put initiatives on the ballot to reign them in?

The charter review commission is working on an initiative that would mandatorily send property tax and sales tax increases to the voters. But it will depend on voters of Clallam County determining if they want that to make it to the ballot.

There will soon be a time when the Clallam County Commissioners will be required to answer many VERY serious questions in a court of law~! Their time for playing shady games behind closed door meetings & ducking questions from honorable folks who simply want to know what their government is really doing for their outrageous eye-popping salaries is coming to an abrupt end~! We need to form our own group to pool our resources for legal actions that are clearly coming to a head~! Sincerely, Mike

Yes, judges are expected to be unbiased and impartial, and they take oaths to administer justice without respect to persons. They are also subject to codes of conduct and ethical standards that require them to avoid bias and the appearance of impropriety.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

Impartiality is a cornerstone of the judicial system:

The concept of a fair and impartial judiciary is central to the rule of law and the protection of fundamental rights.

Judges take oaths to be impartial:

Judges are required to take an oath to administer justice without respect to persons, ensuring fairness and impartiality in their decisions.

Ethical codes and standards:

Judges are bound by codes of conduct and ethical standards that emphasize impartiality and the avoidance of bias.

Recusal:

Judges are required to recuse themselves (disqualify themselves) from cases where they have a personal bias or prejudice, or a financial interest in the outcome.

Appearance of impropriety:

Judges must avoid any conduct that could create the appearance of bias or impropriety, even if the behavior is not actually biased.

Public trust:

A biased judiciary can undermine public trust in the justice system, so maintaining impartiality is crucial.

Judges are human:

While judges are expected to be impartial, they are human and may harbor implicit biases, which is why it's important to be aware of and address these biases.

Judicial independence:

Judicial independence is also critical to fairness and impartiality, as it ensures that judges are not subject to undue influence or pressure.

I DIDN’T SEE CHAIRPERSON FISCH USE HER PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH MS. JOHNSTON’S COMPLAINT AGAINST JEFF TOZZER, QUITE THE OPPOSITE. MS. FISCH SHOULD RESIGN FROM THE CHARTER REVIEW BECAUSE SHE HAS SHOWN SHE CAN NOT BE IMPARTIAL.
