I have several questions for these people but here’s one … if someone is an addict and needs free housing, how can they afford an electric vehicle that needs a charging station? Just asking for a friend …
The demographics might be incorrect. Once the number of constituents receiving government assistance is greater than the number paying those taxes then the size of government offices and buildings will increase exponentially.
BR, I have more questions. If they are allowed pets, who will pay to have them spay or neutered? Who will pay the emergency and shot vet bills? Who will pay to restore the interiors when the pets pee/poop/scratch/chew/shed and flea infect their way through the home? Who will pay when these pets are discarded at the animal shelters? Who will pay to feed them?
Anyone owning a home is quite aware of the bills to run and maintain them. We watch our bills closely and are frugal. Why? We have a stake to save money. If you don’t have those concerns, forget the cost of running a dishwasher efficiently, ignore the lighting and heating bills. Damages to walls, floors or carpeting...no problem. Show me any free housing without rules that doesn’t start getting damaged the minute it is occupied.
It’s false that the police will get less calls and crime will decrease because there’s a roof over their heads. The crime will just be more focused in that area and easier to deal drugs behind private walls. I wonder how many OD’s will be reported within the first year of operation?
If they’re going to have a charging station, I hope it’s open to the general public. I really miss the free Level II charger that used to be next to Field Hall. Now that it’s gone, I have to pay to charge my EV at home. Just looking for my share of the freebies in PA.
We have all been insulted by these "fast talking" creeps who constantly sidestep the truth like the "award-winning" pathological liars that they really are~! Jeff did an excellent job going over the process of forcing the liars into basically admitting their deceptions, as many of us have over the years. The dishwashers are "mandatory"~! OK, the dishwashers are not really mandatory, they are optional, but "our" so-called "design team" decided to mandate them for our best interests... HA! Really? Well, I am more than familiar with general real estate codes, and I never heard of dishwashers being mandated by government in any new construction. Of course, nothing would surprise me about government corruption, but apparently Jeff did his usual solid research and proved that the "required dishwashers" were never required at all. HA! Big surprise. I wonder what else this Tracy Sheldon and those with the dubious "Peninsula Behavioral Health" organization are hiding~? We can be sure that this dishwasher deception is only the tip of the iceberg of lies & deceptions. I LOVE the part where Tracy Sheldon "supposedly" becomes (fakes being) "surprised" that donations are STILL being requested by the already fully funded project in question~! That is absolutely hilarious~! The problem that these low-level deceivers always overlook is that "we" have all seen these same kinds of "mistakes" over & over again by countless other low-level liars in society who were trying to pull the same kinds of things, but they still act as if we should believe them! HA~! Let us keep an eye on this web site because many times I have seen this fake "surprise" and the immediate correction made, only to have the same error mysteriously pop up again due to "a computer programing error"... Most just shrug and believe that these mysterious "program errors" just happen all on their own, as if the computer has its own mind and free will! HA! Another interesting fact would be that if this Tracy Sheldon individual has the power to make the immediate change to the web site content, who do you suppose actually made the so-called "mistake" of leaving the donation request on the site well after the need ended~? Geeee, I wonder who was responsible for that~? Indeed, where did the "extra" money go that was given after the project was fully funded??? Massages? So, it is very obvious that Tracy Sheldon is just another one of the "fast talking" manipulators who are REALLY responsible for the very mistrust of the general public that they are constantly deceiving in countless ways. It is little wonder why Tracy Sheldon has a problem with Jeff Tozzer and those of us who constantly question their deceptive practices, because they have brought it all upon themselves by their own questionable and shady behavior~! Oh, how the criminals always scream, when they are being exposed~! Great work Jeff Tozzer and "we" in the community stand by your good and professional work. You have a lot of class~! Sincerely, Mike
I know from being in a sub-director role that there are many levels of interpretaion of rules and regs. The ones who sign off on a project do not read or cannot understand or skip details to get home by dinnertime. And its not her money that is being wasted. Unless she pays taxes, and doesnt care. I believe those in treatment would be just as thrilled in a non-luxury apartment.
For a duplicitous individual milking the tax payers even though that person does pay taxes they are a small expense compared to the profit margin available once all of the contractors and subcontractors become involved in a government project. It usually involves relatives and sometimes shadow corporations.
Yes, these clowns who throw our money away are well insulated from the costs and expenses that many of us have to deal with every day, which absolutely proves that they could really care less about the good folks who they screw over~! Yes, that is one of the bigger problems. People who are truly in need just want help and they do not expect "luxury accommodations", nor should they get better accommodations than most of the rest of us who actually work hard to pay our own bills have. It is one thing to see that folks have a decent place to live in temporarily until they can get their lives together, but to give them a permanent free home, especially one with luxury accommodations, is cruel because that robs them of the human experience of earning their own way in life~! People who earn their own way in life through their own efforts always better appreciate what they have, they take better care of their homes, and they have better overall values~! I believe that most normal people can remember what it felt like to get paid for the first work that they did, and how it made them feel valuable for their efforts. Giving people free homes and everything else robs them of that feeling that they can be appreciated for being productive... We need to reevaluate the welfare state to help more folks realize that they do have value and something to offer society... Have a great week! Sincerely, Mike
Perhaps one dishwasher is not enough. A long time ago I lived next to a crack-house and even though the furniture was absent there were three dishwashers in the kitchen.
A few clarifications might help everyone see the bigger picture:
• Peninsula Behavioral Health published every budget line and grant condition in public records long before Jeff’s article. Dishwashers were never hidden mandates, they were an architect-recommended design feature, chosen for water efficiency and resident dignity, not slipped in under the radar.
• When Tracy Sheldon removed the “Donate” button once the project was fully funded, it wasn’t a cover-up, it was a quick correction of an outdated webpage. No mysterious programmer or secret extra funds, just routine website maintenance.
• If you’re concerned about money after North View reached its financial goal, ask for an audited breakdown of all donations received. PBH is legally required to track and report every dollar.
• The real measure of transparency isn’t how many times a link pops in and out of a site, but how well North View performs: housing retention rates, reduced emergency services, and residents’ long-term stability. Those outcome metrics are the true litmus test of public accountability.
Let’s shift the conversation from dishwasher conspiracies to asking for hard data on how supportive housing saves lives and taxpayer dollars. That’s where our focus needs to be.
Powdermonkey, you show me the hard data on supportive housing w/NO Rules which turns a blind eye to drug use that saves lives. We all have to live by rules, otherwise it will quickly degenerate to anarchy. Remember, I'm asking for the data on housing that allows drug use under no supervision.
• Does Tracy Sheldon look at the budget and grant conditions? If so, why would she tell Jeff dishwashers were mandated? If not, the issue still remains, she told him they were mandated when they weren't.
• Yes the "Donate" button was removed. But guess what?... if you click where that button used to be a link comes up so you can DONATE. Try it, I know I did this morning.
• The "concern" is about asking for money specifically for North View after it reached it's financial goal. I wonder what a donor would think if they specifically wanted their money to go to North View and it went somewhere else?
• Your comment about transparency says it all. Everything matters to you but the money being spent.
Lastly it's not a conspiracy to say I've never used a dishwasher and still have my dignity. I may have been a little more understanding if you said they needed dishwashers so they didn't get dish pan hands. But dishwashers saving their dignity? Ridiculous.
Powdermonkey, I actually feel sorry for Tracy, none of her constituents (so far) have stepped up in her defense. I doubt she was the only one to misinterpret the dishwasher debacle but she sure is getting the blame.
At least she has you. That must be very comforting.
I bear no ill will toward people trying to help others retain their dignity. I do think a measure of reality must be faced.
Every extra item included in the buildout requires maintenance and replacement. The additional cost is ongoing. People who do not pay rent and who face no consequences for property damage often (not always) act carelessly and destructively. (Yes, it's terribly unfair to paint everyone with the same brush but we're talking about a challenged and challenging population.)
Adding features that are costly to maintain and easily broken does not improve the long-term viability of the project. Making a free place to live obviously better than many working people can afford doesn't promote self-reliance. (I personally know someone in free housing who prefers to stay where he is so he has more money for weed and gaming. True story. And he has many good qualities so not trying to entirely knock him but we taxpayers are giving and he's taking us up on the offer.)
I still believe dignity is gained through moving toward greater and greater self-reliance.
A dishwasher is not even close in promoting dignity, nor are many of the other amenities PBH chose for this project (yes chose--the "architectural team" does not make these decisions).
I don't want these things to be true, but experience has shown they probably are. If I have misunderstood the mission (i.e., perhaps the intended residents will pay a modified amount of rent and would be responsible for covering the cost of any damage), I would be happy to get that information.
Not entirely relevant, but I started a long paragraph on the inconveniences (ha! that's a softsoaping) I've had. I decided to delete it but trust me: breaking down and staying high would have been exponentially easier. I'm glad I didn't know I had that option. I think a work requirement for those with any ability to do anything isn't torture. But we must make the work available and with the least strings possible.
I applaud that you want to help the community and the people who need some assistance. Just hoping we can all be more clear-eyed and also balance the hardships of many who still contribute with those who truly need help.
You know people are desperate to hide their complicity in a deceptive scheme when they point their accusatory fingers at you. Jeff, Tracy accused you, but you later exposed her dishonesty. They all start by saying you're only a blogger and you don't have to tell the truth. I have heard this buzz phrase for several months now. I wonder who started this? Could it be....? 🤔 You are proving them wrong again, as you are not just a blogger, you are an investigative Watchdog who stands up for the people of his community when no one else is. Thank you for always bringing tenacity and integrity to your posts and sharing the facts by always asking the real questions.
They have all been trained and indoctrinated in communist ideology whether they are aware or not...that's why the behavior is so similar among the agents!😎
Perhaps Hitler could have defeated Stalin if The United States remained neutral. Japan might have destroyed Communist China if our country operated in its own self interest instead of always trying to save the world.
“Let’s be straight: Jeff’s not an award-winning investigative reporter, he’s a blogger piecing together public PDFs and email snippets to force a scandal where none exists.
• Cherry-picked data: DOE and ESDS standards have always said dishwashers are optional. Jeff highlights Tracy’s early wording but ignores her final, clear admission that they were a design choice.
• Half-truths: Flipping between ‘mandatory’ and ‘optional’ was part of normal project back-and-forth, not proof of deception.
• No smoking gun: There’s zero evidence PBH ever lied about grant conditions, budget lines or donation appeals--every grant requirement and expense is in the public record.
If you want real accountability, demand outcome metrics; housing stability rates, reduced emergency calls, taxpayer savings...not manufactured ‘gotcha’ moments about kitchen fixtures.
MK, I don't know if it's me, but haven't you noticed a step up in reporting by myclallamcounty? At least it has extended its stories beyond 3 paragraphs. Maybe CCWD is teaching them.
Gosh, Jeff...you have the patience of Job! This Tracy goes after you for false information, yet TRACY IS THE CULPRIT FULL OF FALSE INFORMATION. You apologized to Tracy...has Tracy apologized to you?
Not a word. Also, someone just let me know they are still soliciting donations for North vVew on their website. So I got that wrong too, and she didn't take it down. This is why there is such a trust deficit in this community.
These people are in a state of psychosis. They're trying to dispense help, but they need it most themselves. They're so fixated on their own little world that they've lost touch with reality. What they need is a board of non-advocates to provide peer review of their decisions to keep it real.
This is how the state and county operate to maintain control. You have to pass the gate of acceptance to be part of the circus and genuflect to the cause for acceptance.
Uh, YEAH...they provide their own oversite for overseeing how the kommissars distribute the moola!
No conflict of interest there!
It is well known that the mental health profession is rife with mentally ill beings and they have gained the status of demi-gods in gov't feeding troughs.
All the 'woke' 'newspeak' is all that is needed, to know how this is going to end!
I’ve said before that I know someone that worked at PBH for years and everyone gets Holiday bonuses. If you’re in the Executive Staff , you can expect to see a bonus with 5 digits in it. This grift has me wondering if I should change my career path to NGO consultant/advisor ? No accountability? No data or metrics to measure progress? Sign me up.
Start off by handing out free sleeping bags, tarps and tents at TAFY and work your way up to a paid position … like everybody else in that career path.
The big problem here is not dishwashers. It is the lie about the requirement for dishwashers. The condescension in defending the lie and discrediting the attempt to spotlight the lie indicates a deliberate deception perpetrated on the public. How much deception are we being presented by Peninsula Behavior Health (PBH)? Is PBH being deceitful about anything else? Is success measured by how to pull the wool over our eyes? I can forgive mistakes, but the defending of this lie indicates PBH”s desire continue its deception.
Is there a correlation between the recent resignations at the Olympic Medical Center and the denials of misinformation of State mandated building requirements an indication of other deceptive practices in our county? Are we beginning to make some people uncomfortable? I believe we are.
In the big scheme of things dishwashers aren't a big deal...but the concept is. And that concept is a never-ending stream of money to organizations that disappear into the bowels of the organization with no accountability. Big saleries, excessive vacation, massages, retirements plans...many perks that the average tax payers and donators don't enjoy. Take a look at the old Serenity House. Destroyed by drug fueled 'residents' who have no responsibility. And take a look at new building being constructed where the lucky 'residents' will have no responsibility to stay clean, or even to do their own dishes! It will be destroyed in no time, and the NGO running it will claim victory for housing people and demand more money to fix the building up again.
Anyone who has raised a child knows that for a child to grow up to be a responsible adult, they need to be given responsibility. The same is true of drug adducts and societal dropouts. Unfortunitly, NGOs like this one don't seem to understand that. They don't even seem to think they have a responsibility to account for how they spend others' money.
What a stark difference in operational philosophy. The Salvation Army does it as well as it can be done, yet we tolerate the homeless machine so that people can have jobs.
Nailed it. How prepared to live in the real world is someone who has never washed their own dishes in the sink or their dog in the shower/tub? How much could be saved if the rooftop terrace(s) were not added? Pretty sure those are not mandated by any code.
I fully understand that there are some energy efficiency requirements that are absolutely ridiculous for a housing complex like this (EV chargers). This is one of the reasons it’s so expensive to build on the peninsula. Apparently PBH takes that as license to go all-in on every possible amenity. Why not? It’s Costing them nothing, after all!
You are still pretending this is for the homeless...it's not...it's for 'the system', the systemic rot and corruption machine that churns our dollars into powder and dumps it in our laps, eventually!😱
Lets go to the terrace and get high. Next thing you know they'll have a free standing fire pit up there and poof up in smoke it all goes. These folks have all made terrible life choices. To think living in a new "wet" place is going to change things is asinine. I watched Tacoma spend millions for Urban Renewal in the early 70's. Scores and scores of 3 story modern Section 8 housing. Twenty years later all abandoned, not livable and being torn down. This is a boondoggle. Bureaucrats don't read or acknowledge history.
Anyone who has owned rental units will not be surprised by the amount of damage a drug fueled tenant can have on property. Constant repairs ahead. But I’m sure Tracy will role up her sleeves and repair Sheetrock. #1 Worst use of tax dollars for 2025. So many to choose from!!
Another sham,it is disturbing that people would want to support more new free luxury housing for lazy addicts that mostly have no intention of working and being a productive person in society. This just leads to higher taxes & crime and what a poor example for the younger generation to look up to.This is another way how radical libtards build their support groups at the taxpayers expense and the people at the top getting fat pay checks.Clallam C.being run by some wasteful ignorant libtard home wreckers.
You don't have a choice but to participate via the state taxes your legislature voted for that funds this. This is more of the circular machine that is WA state.
SOOOOOOO f'ing tired of the lying and cheating of amoral, immoral 'community leaders'...lying is a main feature of communism, btw...without morals and ethics ANYTHING GOES! The ends justify the means!
Tracy (the hypocrite) has a lot of cajones to call Jeff out on 'integrity' while being out of integrity!
Folks...we are SURROUNDED by immoral, amoral agents of NWO, whether they are aware of it or are just entitled do-gooders using OPM...no different than the 'banksters' And 'insurance' fraudsters And most politicians And many hirees and appointees!
So they will still probably get dishwashers installed because the truth has little effect on corruption....when there are no ETHICS BOARDS to supervise and guide the actions of entitled do-gooders!
It would be interesting to see a line-by-line cost accounting of all the 'features' in these units.
I believe that what someone commented on the other day is the underlying truth...eventually these units will make their way into the hands of some 'private' entity and leased/rented for top dollar after another expensive overhaul (at taxpayers expense) once they have been trashed by the occupants!
Hence, the high-end accouterments including EV chargers!
No matter where we dig, we find dirt and mud! Amazing, eh?
I love that making a mistake in reporting and then owning it leads to more truth!
Good job, Jeff! Keep Tozzerating! We're here for each other!
In the United States, the public has a right to access certain records of non-profit organizations, primarily due to federal tax laws and, in some cases, state laws. However, this right is not as broad as the right to access government records under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws.
Here's a breakdown of what the public can generally access:
Federal Disclosure Requirements
IRS Form 990: Non-profits are required to make their three most recent annual information returns (Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF) available for public inspection. This form provides a detailed look at the organization's finances, governance, and activities.
Application for Tax-Exempt Status: The organization's application for tax-exempt status (Form 1023 or 1024) and any related correspondence with the IRS must also be made available.
How to Request and Access Documents
In-Person Inspection: The public has a right to inspect these documents in person during regular business hours.
Written Request: Organizations must provide copies of these documents upon written request (including by mail, fax, or email).
Online Availability: If an organization makes these documents "widely available" (e.g., by posting them on its website in a format like PDF), it may not be required to provide physical copies upon request.
Information That Can Be Withheld
Donor Information: Public charities are generally not required to disclose the names and addresses of their contributors.
Confidential Information: Non-profits can withhold certain confidential material, such as private addresses of board members (if a public address is provided), personnel files, and some internal planning documents.
State and Local Variations
Some states have additional requirements for non-profits, particularly for those that solicit donations from the public.
In certain situations, a non-profit may be subject to state "sunshine" or open records laws if it is performing a government function, receiving a significant amount of government funding, or has a close relationship with a government entity. This is often decided on a case-by-case basis through court rulings.
It is important to note that the specific rules and regulations can vary, and it's always a good idea to check with the relevant state charity official or legal counsel for precise guidance.
It may seem heartless, but nature offers clear and concise resolutions to the compromised. The wounded either heal or they die. There is no consortium of brethren, helping until it might get better. When one starts feeding pigeons, squirrels, raccoons, etc. you ultimately get more of them. Unintentionally, the pigeon feeder is degrading the health of the pigeons, causing them to become dependent upon hand outs. French fries for the Seagulls ? If we build more housing for the indigent, we not only support that indigence, but more indigent will come. We are fostering and nurturing indigence. There actually is an unrealized absence of compassion in denying people the results of their own choices and their own life experience.
Port Angeles and Clallam are hardly in the position to help the indigent. I think something like 1 in 4 or 5 families gets assistance from the food bank or the kids receive free meals at school.
all students receive free school lunch due to high percent qualifying. I have heard some parents whocan pay limiting how often theirkids eat school lunch becaise they don't want to take away from those in need https://www.portangelesschools.org/departments/food-services
Lies, lies, and more lies. And lie some more. Democrats' standard operating procedures. Amazing that you had to corner her, Jeff, to make her admit-- after several lies-- that indeed the dishwashers are optional.
Also, kudos to you for shedding sunlight on how they misappropriate money that is minimally accountable if at all. How easy is it if donations are pouring in, to only report part of it. How easy is it for an NGO to spend only a fraction of the money they get on the stated cause, and pocket or misdirect the rest? What a racket! Thank you, DOGE, and President Trump for exposing this widespread corruption.
"Cowlitz County Commissioner Rick Dahl argued at a July 28 meeting that the county should refuse the $11 million Consolidated Homeless Grant because spending money to address homelessness will draw more homeless people to the county. "
almost 10% to "governance"..3.2 million to set up new admin offices to dole out the funds, then expect new demands to keep those admin jobs funded when $ runs out

A few clarifications to your clarifications:
Ridiculous.
Kathy, I have to confess, I'm riddled with shame and self loathing. I use my dishwasher as my drying rack! No wonder I have no confidence.
Well you better get an application in pronto for North View so you can get the help you need! :)
Kathy, that gave me a belly laugh. Thank you!
You betcha!
I don't know where you get your pom poms, but I'm not interested in everything you cheer for, or frame.
We move on when the gold standard is applied. Admit to the indiscretion, aplogize for it, and explain how it won't happen again.
Regardless of what the architect did, didn't PBH describe the dishwashers as a mandate?
The point of an audited breakdown of spending is a solid statement.
How would we get metrics or refocus if Commissioner Johnson couldn't get a straight answer?
There’s plenty of data out of other counties that prove THIS SUPPORTIVE HOUSING MODULE DOES NOT WORK
You know people are desperate to hide their complicity in a deceptive scheme when they point their accusatory fingers at you.
The OMC Cheerleading Squad (each of whom has 2-3 family members working there) is all lined up, guns at the ready.
I have read today's article and I stand by my comment. Thank you for yours.
There are no more awards for investigative journalism, Pepper Fisher won them all.
MK, I don't know if it's me, but haven't you noticed a step up in reporting by myclallamcounty? At least it has extended its stories beyond 3 paragraphs. Maybe CCWD is teaching them.
They certainly have, but they're still not asking questions.
I tried to put in a negative donation. Oddly it didn’t work.
That's how they get rich! This is tax-free money, albeit embezzlement!
Trust CHASM!🤮
These people are in a state of psychosis. They're trying to dispense help, but they need it most themselves. They're so fixated on their own little world that they've lost touch with reality. What they need is a board of non-advocates to provide peer review of their decisions to keep it real.
Oh, wait... here's the problem
https://www.clallamcountywa.gov/674/Behavioral-Health-Advisory-Board-BHAB
I can download a no smoking sign from their website. Can I download a No Drugs Sign, also? Oh, the I-RON-EEE.
I went to that link but it made me a little sick to the stomach
This is how the state and county operate to maintain control. You have to pass the gate of acceptance to be part of the circus and genuflect to the cause for acceptance.
Poetic!😊
Uh, YEAH...they provide their own oversite for overseeing how the kommissars distribute the moola!
No conflict of interest there!
It is well known that the mental health profession is rife with mentally ill beings and they have gained the status of demi-gods in gov't feeding troughs.
All the 'woke' 'newspeak' is all that is needed, to know how this is going to end!
'1984' is alive and well!😎
I’ve said before that I know someone that worked at PBH for years and everyone gets Holiday bonuses. If you’re in the Executive Staff , you can expect to see a bonus with 5 digits in it. This grift has me wondering if I should change my career path to NGO consultant/advisor ? No accountability? No data or metrics to measure progress? Sign me up.
With all the Federal Cost cutting and DOGE revelations I'm hoping that these NGO's are going the way of Blockbuster Video.
We can pray!
Yes, the oft forgotten tool of faith. I forget all the time. Thanks!🙏🏼😊
'deliberate deception perpetrated on the public' - YES! I don't believe anything these people say.
Make unrepentant lying prosecutable. Simple laws make for a good society!
But they have to have teeth!🦷🦷🦷🦷. Unlike most of the occupants of the luxury slum. Was that too harsh?🤣
Is there a correlation between the recent resignations at the Olympic Medical Center and the denials of misinformation of State mandated building requirements an indication of other deceptive practices in our county? Are we beginning to make some people uncomfortable? I believe we are.
Well, revelation is the first step but I won't relax until somebodies' go to jail.
Truth without Justice is hollow!😎
👴Nope, not too harsh.
Exactly, well said. It's "politician speak".....Lie....lie...lie...deny and deny, rinse and repeat.
Exactly. I believe in the Salvation Army approach. Zero tolerance. Structured days.
What a stark difference in operational philosophy. The Salvation Army does it as well as it can be done, yet we tolerate the homeless machine so that people can have jobs.
Interfering with the laws of nature backfire...but only every time!
Let them do 'their thing' OUT OF OUR towns and villages!😎
That’s right, why check history, they think they have the best ideas ever. Easy to plan when it’s OPM!
Picked up a plastic kids’ pool at Swains to wash our dog years ago. Sure beats paying a groomer every time.
Socialism at its finest!😜
Anyone who has owned rental units will not be surprised by the amount of damage a drug fueled tenant can have on property. Constant repairs ahead. But I’m sure Tracy will role up her sleeves and repair Sheetrock. #1 Worst use of tax dollars for 2025. So many to choose from!!

Our little Jiminy-Cricket!😊
Another sham,it is disturbing that people would want to support more new free luxury housing for lazy addicts that mostly have no intention of working and being a productive person in society. This just leads to higher taxes & crime and what a poor example for the younger generation to look up to.This is another way how radical libtards build their support groups at the taxpayers expense and the people at the top getting fat pay checks.Clallam C.being run by some wasteful ignorant libtard home wreckers.
You don't have a choice but to participate via the state taxes your legislature voted for that funds this. This is more of the circular machine that is WA state.
I like your politically incorrect verbiage!😊
Can a FOIA be requested for the line by line accounting?
Exempt our taxes... until we remove the criminals running the county into the ground!😎
🎶 All I want for Christmas is box of Cascade dishwasher pods and a bottle Finish. Will this be the next taxpayer funds request or charity event?
That's another NPO charity...The Soap and Rinse Coalition!🤣
That metric is that high because who turns away free stuff.
all students receive free school lunch due to high percent qualifying. I have heard some parents whocan pay limiting how often theirkids eat school lunch becaise they don't want to take away from those in need https://www.portangelesschools.org/departments/food-services
10-4 Good Buddy!😎

I concur -
A vicious cycle.
French and his 'data sets' make me nauseous...$35 million to 'create' (hopefully) 1300 jobs paying $26hr+benefits?
'Data sets' can be massaged to make them show anything anybody wants them to...'data sets' are not FACTS!
'Data driven' means fraudulent activity by politicians, banksters and other criminals.
Make no mistake, this county is being run by criminals!
