Understaffed as usual, doctors are leaving, primary care doctors are leaving, this doesn't surprise me at all. People who work there do their very best, for the patients, for each other, but it only goes so far when the issues are dripping from the top, I worked there for a time. Now I won't work in any hospital setting ever again, and that should tell you sonething.
