PBH's North View appears to be modeled after Seattle's approach to the homeless - housing first, treatment sometime later, if ever. Journalist Jonathan Choe befriended one resident and recorded him as he went about his day. It starts off by stopping at the front desk to pick up his drug paraphernalia (who needs to walk blocks to Harm Reduction when we can make it so convenient?), then he heads out to meet his dealer, scores some drugs, heads back to his rather nice looking studio apartment where he proceeds to get high.
