Second, the article answered my question of why the Charter Review Commission accomplished so little by wasting so much time on internal power control rather than the true intent of a CRC, which is to send proposals to the VOTERS to decide any CHANGES OR REQUIREMENTS in the evolving events that is so concerning to the citizens of Clallam County

SO, in other words, the CRC was controlled by those who wanted to keep the good ole boy system as is. They succeeded. Stop as many proposals from reaching the VOTERS that might unbalance the status quo of power. Never was it about the will of the people.
They shot them down using manipulation to set up the scenario to do so. It was a full on intentional act taking the vote away from the people. How does the group that rightfully despises J6 get away with performing a parallel act in Clallam County?
Furthermore, if the LWVs is so interested in doing what's right for the citizens then how is it they didn't take a strong position supporting the call for better ethics and conflict of interest rules for the county employees and commissioners?
Funny how when you want to recall them, you have to be an actual constituent, but when they vote for you you can live in another. Norma Turner hated my recall, but she loves it when someone out of constituency gets to vote. They jump from one foot to the other and will take every advantage to take control...and keep control...International 18 layer control.

Jefferson County (Non-Charter County): Under Washington State law, standard non-charter counties must treat county commissioner and most other elected county positions as partisan offices. Candidates are required to state a political party preference, which then appears next to their name on the ballot.
Clallam County (Charter County): Clallam County adopted a Home Rule Charter. Under Washington's constitution and statutes, a charter county has the power to define its own local government structure, which includes making specific county elective offices nonpartisan or structuring its legislative body outside of the traditional three-member partisan board of commissioners. I am questioning the word SHOULD. Should would indicate that something is expected or correct it does not mean have to. It is not a requirement as I understand it.
