I've noticed that Hodgson is trying to impress voters not with anything he's done substantively as an elected official or even as a private citizen, but who has endorsed him. It's so lame. If anything his record is that he's more like a carpet bagger based on his elected attandence just using those positions to climb.
I'll be voting for Marcia Kelbon who has a track record of civic involvement that benefits the people.
For many, Sequim’s Lavender Festival was a joyful community celebration and economic boost for downtown businesses. For others, it became a platform for Indivisible activists to block crosswalks, bang on buckets, and wave signs about issues 3,000 miles away — while local problems go unaddressed. ----- Nothing says community matters louder than protesters taking over a huge money makers for locals.
There is a fine line between expressing opposition to something and impacting people's livelihoods. Ditto with protests vs interference and vandalism. If I were dictator, I know what I would do, and it wouldn't be pretty.

Several years ago, I started to track the very real US Military style "signaling" Online that was very clearly advising folks who were paying attention, that there would be a time when our society was going to become extremely dysfunctional and the lunatics & fanatics were going to come out from under their rocks to reveal themselves. It would appear that "we" (America) has now reached that level of insanity that we were being warned about~! The more truth that is revealed about the criminals within America that have been thriving upon their criminal activities, the more they will be coming unglued as those criminal activities are being terminated. In fact, many of these criminals amongst us either "sense" or realize that THEY are now in line to be arrested and prosecuted for their very LONG laundry list of crimes, so like violent cornered animals they will become increasingly more dangerous until they are subdued~! The word is that this is all part of "The Plan" of President Trump, The White Hats, and The Global Alliance, that has been working for years to wake up the sleeping Americans who have been refusing to pay any real attention to what has been going on and to get them to do their duty as Americans. The term that has been used is that America (and the entire world) will be taken to the point of "A near death catastrophic event" to make sure that everyone understands just how serious things REALLY are and that there is no longer any time to kick the can down the road~! Folks should NOT be alarmed if the US Military is deployed across America, and at some point, takes an active policing role. Hopefully, we shall be kept from going over the cliff and into a complete meltdown as a country and society, however I would not be doing my duty as an American Constitutionalist if I didn't attempt to warn the good folks of our community of events that "we" are very likely seeing close to happening. Days, weeks, months, I unfortunately do not have a crystal ball to know for sure, however folks should be prepared as if there is a terrible storm ahead that could last several weeks or more~! My understanding is that the vast majority of Americans have nothing to fear, and like many others all over America, we are here to help folks in any way that we possibly can. Everyone should be prepared to take care of their physical and especially medical needs and remember to make every effort to be as happy as possible because this difficult time could become a reality but will pass and a great future lies ahead once this difficult time has passed~! Things are FAR better than they seem and much of what is being shown today has already passed, however there do remain some risks because the criminals in our society will require being neutralized and rendered unable to harm others~! Have a great weekend and stay healthy and safe~!

The group in front of the CC courthouse looks more pathetic each week but still persists. The general stickering and tagging of all manner downtown PA, failure of the city to do something as simple as keep the sidewalks clean, and shuttered trashy buildings everywhere do not create an atmosphere where anyone wants to hang around. Even the farmer market is gross when you look down at the bird poop and cigarette butts everywhere. I can look on NPS webcam and see the ridge parking is packed while downtown PA limps along.
I am thankful I can walk downtown to a carefully restored building full of unique shops to take a couple of lovely yoga classes to reset my mind and body. But when I walk back out into downtown PA I feel deep worry for those working hard to make a living in this challenging situation. I really hope some of you here live in PA and are quietly planning to run for council, please. Someone sane, please be our Obi-Wan Kenobi for Port Angeles.

I have an Airbnb and 2 things happened during Lavender festival. My guest asked me why, during the festival, were people bringing ugliness to the downtown area? She said it wasnt something she would expect during such a beautiful weekend. They came for activities not protests.
They also had to book with me because the other place was laden with toxic fragrance.

So what might a Lavender Festival visitor do with "No War", "No ICE", "World Peace", anti-POTUS and anti-Government signs ? My thinking, yes not being a Democrat I do practice thinking, is our Lavender Festival visitors came to see and enjoy the area, the weather, activities and patronize our local businesses. How much can local business owners be appreciative of the anti-business environment created by the hate everything, victim activists. Add a few cardboard box and tarp sidewalk residents and the Festival visitors get a vision to return to year after year. With election integrity under scrutiny the Democrat desperation for votes has digressed to pandering to vagrants and addicts for their votes. Without making up victims like minorities, the sexually deviant, vagrants, illegal immigrants and the homeless the Democrats have no hope of winning anything, but promise them everything and deliver nothing oddly works for the Democrat Party.

The psychotic behavior indicates some type of mass hysteria and delusion.
These aren't Protests. They are simply I hate Trump. I hate MAGA. Lets go hold signs and Virtue Signal on Washington and Sequim Ave. Lets let the Tourists know that we are Progressive. I don't think its sustainable anyway. Code Pink, SPLC, Antifa and other disruptive leftist organizations funded by nefarious foreign and domestic sources are under scrutiny. Most of those folks I see holding those signs are pretty close to the kids taking the car keys.
