I have often stated here on CCWD that Jeff is either one or one of a few CRC commissioners to ask relevant questions and voice his stances on behalf of the people of CC, only to be treated like a mangy dog. Issues are not debated respectfully. And then, if you are a public commenter who questions the Commission's actions, because you know you are being misled and lied to, you are treated like you've been bitten by the that mangy dog. Take everything that Jeff writes to consider seriously and really pay attention to the details. He's been put through a tough time standing up for us at each and every meeting. Thank you, Jeff, for never giving up and never surrendering.

I say "Ditto" Denise. Some of the individuals posting on Nextdoor demeaned Jeff's efforts without offering a proper rebuttal to his data. At the time I didn't even know the location of Towne Road. I would say that Jeff has some "pretty hard bark on him". LOL

I would say that most of our residents have consumed the "blue pill". They are happy taking photos of their dogs and living an enjoyable existence unaware of any corruption or degradation to our community. When the evidence is presented the tendency is to blame the messenger. Jeff has forced me to swallow the "red pill". I am sad to report that my fantasy about Sequim has evaporated.

You nailed it, Steve. They follow the one-sided mainstream media, like PDN and the Gazette, and are oblivious to the reality of where their tax dollars go, and the corruption behind the scenes. I've told many about CCWD, and got into trouble for mentioning it to a golf club email list because it was a non-golf topic. And here I was thinking that folks would appreciate such an excellent source of information that affects them. I was very surprised by their reactions. They simply don't WANT the truth and are comfortable, as you say, taking photos of their dogs or the golf course deer. When is Survivor on?

It's as plain as the nose on your face, this is how NGO people and those in minimal governmental roles get ahead in the Democrat scheme. Those that toe the Democrat narrative are the ones that get promoted, elected via infusions of DNC money, and become part of the well-united Democrat political machine. Their roles, whether promoted or elected, have nothing to do with competence, but 100% to do with complying with the Democrat mandate and narrative.

A dedicated member of the CRC, Jeff Tozzer, does not stand a chance at promotion to higher government offices because Jeff REALLY represents the PEOPLE and does what is the most honorable. He is a thorn in the side to the corrupt Democrats that run our government. At the same time, the RNC is too disorganized to help the citizens serving bottom-rung governmental roles, focusing instead on prominent positions. Not saying that Jeff should or wants more political roles in our government, but if that's the direction he, and we, want, then we must throw our overwhelming support to candidates like Jeff, to overcome the well-greased Democrat machine and corruption, not to mention their well-known election fraud that includes vacant lots, dead people, people who have moved, people with fictitious addresses, and the like that are on our corrupt voter rolls, with Democrat refusal to remove them.

This article, plus all that we now know, should unveil our eyes to how the corrupt Democrat machine works. It's right there in front of us.

Expand full comment

Actually yes. The election fraud discovered so far is virtually ALL by and for the Democrats. That isn't to say that Republicans are not corrupt too, but MOST of the corruption-- 75-90%-- is by the Democrats, with election fraud being 95%+ by the Democrats.

You see, the Democrats seek power to get money, while the Republicans seek money to get power. I know this sounds trite, but Democrats will do almost ANYTHING for power. Republicans seek money and are more likely to defraud us in different, white collar, ways-- maybe pyramid schemes, investment fraud, and various other monetary schemes. But, being traditionalists, Republicans *tend to be* more honest.

After much study by both parties the numbers show very little election fraud, but keep watching entertainment tv and you will see numbers you can trust.

Sorry, but you are misinformed. I was a member of the WSRP Election Integrity Committee. Our members canvassed parts of Clallam County and found the fraud that Democrats in control of our elections refused to address. United Sovereign Americans (https://x.com/UnitedSAmerican) a national election fraud watchdog, found over 29MILLION voter registration anomalies, always in Democrat favor. Why do you think Democrats are against in-person voting and positive voter ID, as well as being pro-illegal-immigrant voting?

This is about election fraud and Democrat corruption, not about which party YOU think will make more beneficial projects for society. That is an argument for another day-- an argument that you will also lose.

50 years ago, the Democrat Party was the party for the working class. About 20 years ago (+/-) they have become the party of the elite and similarly, the GOP has become the party of the working class. EVERYTHING the Democrats do nowadays to protect their own kind and to increase their power over us. Why do you think they want to control our 1A and 2A rights so much? That, alone, should tell you something.

In the latter 19th century, a speaker of the US House of Representatives cautioned, “One of the greatest delusions in the world is the hope that the evils in this world are to be cured by legislation.” and in roughly the same time frame, an Arkansas court ruled, “But to prohibit the citizen from wearing or carrying a war arm, except upon his own premises or when on a journey traveling through the country with baggage, or when acting as or in aid of an officer, is an unwarranted restriction upon his constitutional right to keep and bear arms. If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.”

Yet, Democrats incessantly try to ban, restrict, control, license, impede, and obstruct our 2nd Amendment rights, purportedly to make us safer, yet their actions are akin to banning, restricting, automobiles for everyone in a supposed effort to thwart drunk drivers. The 2nd Amendment was created to give the populace a means to overthrow a tyrannical government. Democrats thrive on tyranny, which is why they fear an armed populace. Similarly, they fear an outspoken public who will call out their tyrannical ways, which is why our 1st Amendment is also constantly under assault.

I'm glad you brought the 2A issue up NOI!

Delusion is a key word in what people allow to play out.

Humans are 'hackable units', in modern terms and always have been.

We are not taught First Principle thinking as a general rule and we are constantly bombarded with suppositions, half-truths and lies...without critical thinking skills we are hopelessly trapped in the quagmire of 'politics'.

In First Principle thinking we have the 1A to protect our ability to 'work things out' respectfully if not 'peacefully'.

We have 2A for when 1A fails...this is based on the realities of human nature and repeated historical fact.

Delusion says that if we just get rid of firearms we'll have a safer more peaceful society...BTW, virtually every mass shooting has occurred in 'gun free zones'... so First Principles tells us that an unarmed citizenry is completely subject to the violent psychopaths among us.

Washington State is advancing disarmament in practice, if not yet in fact, with any gov't agency (town, county, state) being able to designate 'gun-free' zones with no due process.

It being completely impossible to disarm the criminal population, public disarmament is the delusional ideology to solve the problem.

Humanity hasn't really evolved much beyond 'the Wild West' mentality in reality...most people in urban areas go around unarmed and unconcerned and unprepared and are often the victims of shoot-outs and shootings and armed robberies and burglaries because the psychopaths and criminals don't play by the polite rules of society.

Every despotic regime has first disarmed the populace and radicalized the police and military to 'eliminate' any dissenters, not just armed dissenters btw, just Any dissenters!

"An armed society is a polite society...manners are good when you may have to back up your actions with your life."

Without adherence to Higher Guidance and High Moral/Ethical standards, it really doesn't matter what we call the parties...and a LOT of people ARE corrupt and A LOT more just go-along-to-get-along (the vast majority).

I started reading what is called "legal case law" as a young child, because it was very real history unfolding as opposed to the adulterated Hollywood & media garbage that is very rarely honestly portrayed to the general public (as entertaining as it can sometimes be). Anyway, "legal case law" is simply the official court records of each Individual legal proceeding in the criminal or civil (tort) law court system, and even though there are often just as many lies, deceptions, fake science and fake news elements to them as exists in the usual Hollywood & media garbage, the case law evidence is the closest thing to real proven history that can be readily obtained on any consistent basis. As someone who has read more case law than many attorneys ever will, I can assure everyone that in nearly every case where there is "a potential of conflict of interest" there has in fact been a violation of conflict of interest that was engaged in~! After all, that is the whole point when people so clearly engage in activities that have clear conflicts of interest, and they then spend so much time & money to cloud and deny that fact with the old standard "gas lighting" smoke and mirrors ploy~! "No, you are not seeing the truth with your own eyes, here is what we want you to believe & think"~! HA~! If Americans treated every case of "potential conflict of interest" like the fire departments treat every case of "smoke" during a "no burn" fire season in dry brush country, then "we" (Americans) would definitely have less corruption in government and society in general~! These standard laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines against people engaging in "potential conflicts of interest" have been, in one form or another, in place in society going back thousands of years. So, it is a complete outrage that "we (Americans and the world society) tolerate these criminals who have always insisted upon crossing the red line that in some way is there to prohibit such blatant wrongful activity~! This is one of the few real cases where "we" need to adopt a "Just Say No" policy~! We can't afford to give these local criminals in government so-called "management" one single inch of trust, beyond the absolute trust that they earn through their history of actions and in many cases inactions~! Nice one Patriot Robert James~!

I actually had a VERY difficult internal struggle, kinda like throwing up, just writing the word "trust" in relationship to the government, because I can't honestly say that the government has EVER earned it. The only exception to that in my lifetime would be when President Trump first got into office and I started to monitor the US government beginning to be regularly in compliance with The American Constitution~! As an old American Constitutionalist, I would be one to know when the government was Constitutionally compliant, but I had never seen that happen before, so it did feel strange. Even bizarre~! Of course, "we" (Americans) all know how the evil criminals within government, big business, Hollywood, the corrupt mainstream media, and all of their "pet monkey's" started to ruthlessly attack President Trump and everyone around him. including the Americans who just voted for him right from the beginning, so obviously they would be lying their asses off about him NOT abiding by the Constitution when in fact he was going out of his way to be Constitutionally compliant... But that is all part of the sick and twisted satanic game that the criminals of humanity always play, so we should ALL be used to seeing that by now~! I can't be absolutely sure exactly when or for how long, however recent information and military style signaling has been indicating that I may be less visible Online here on The Watchdog and elsewhere in the near future, because I may be called to other duties as this oldest of wars shifts into the next phase. I really don't know because my "pay grade" is not at that level of need-to-know, but I just thought that I would mention the possibility... I probably won't be too far away, but for security purposes I may have to at least temporarily shift gears to be less of a public voice. If so, I believe that it would be all good, so no worries ;-) Have a great day and enjoy the path~! Sincerely, Mike

HA~!

I am feeling as if I should go ahead and get that fancy red "cape" with the BIG "S" emblazoned upon it~! Ha Ha Ha! Really though my friend, I am just a flawed "dip stick" myself, but this is the time in history where our country needs us the most and everyone can step up to the challenge if they want to be part of the positive solution~! Yes, I sure would like to live long enough to see better times, especially to experience all that "freedom" all of us have been promised all of our lives, but the truth is that the future generations really need the opportunities and freedom to pursue prosperity that most of us have been denied... History is FULL of great men & women who became their best, like you and the other good folks here on The Watchdog, just because it was the right thing to do at just the right time. Each of us are doing the jobs of MANY Americans who have, for one reason or another, failed to do their duty at this critical time... That is really what has made America great ;-) Have a mellow evening and take great care of yourself~! Cheers~! Mike

I thought I heard that it might be helpful to clarify what OlyCap is: Olympic Community Action Programs (OlyCAP) is a nonprofit organization serving Clallam and Jefferson Counties in Washington. Its mission is to help individuals and families achieve stability and self-sufficiency through a wide range of services, including:

Housing and homelessness prevention

Energy assistance and weatherization

Founded in 1966 and recognized as a Community Action Agency, OlyCAP delivers these programs with an emphasis on equity, community engagement, and economic resilience. The organization is funded through a combination of federal, state, and private grants, and partners with local governments and agencies to meet urgent and long-term needs in underserved populations.

If CRC Board members sit on NGOs that benefit from CRC decisions, is that not the very definition of a conflict of interest ? NGO activity is not a crime, as long as CRC Board members recuse themselves from any associated business with that NGO. If not, that is unquestionably a conflict of interest. Judges do and should recuse themselves from matters that might involve their personal business activities.

In these cases NGO activity Is criminal because they are using subterfuge and treason to change gov't policies and actions.🙈

The Puget Sound Partnership is located in Olympia. The state law creating the PSP and SERN, is in direct violation of the Clallam County Charter. It was an immediate illegal delegation of County authority under the Washington State delegation doctrine.

This is how the Governor also controls Clallam County through CIG UW through the ICLEI, which Mark Osias, Greg Brotherton, Kate Dean and Navarra Carr implement at NODC ,SERN and NOPLE. All in violation of the Clallam County charter and the old ethics laws Doherty knew he had to change.

Is this county, consisting of some 75000 citizens, short on individuals that can serve on NPO boards or can manage them without borrowing from the elected County Commissioner offices? Surely there are a few more intelligent, experienced, driven, available people to fill the chairs of those NPOs and do the work without "bothering" those hardworking and overwhelmed Comissioners. They should have enough to do. Too much inluence and control to too few people. Perhaps its about perks (money)? Nah, never happen....

The Local Agenda 21 Planning Guide

Partners are not ad hoc participants who occasionally share their opinions. On the contrary, they are expected to share responsibility for the planning process and its outcomes. Their involvement needs to be facilitated through an organizational mechanism. In the cases provided with this chapter, each municipality established special organizational structures to oversee the partnership planning process. For some, this coordinating mechanism was external to the municipality. For others, it was internal to the municipal institution

1.1 The Local Agenda 21 Mandate

In June 1992, the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development adopted Agenda 21, the global action plan for sustainable development. Chapter 28 of Agenda 21, entitled “Local Authorities’Activities in Support of Agenda 21” states that

Because so many of the problems and solutions being addressed by Agenda 21 have their roots in local activities, the participation and cooperation of local authorities will be a determining factor in fulfilling its objectives. Local authorities construct, operate, and maintain economic, social, and environmental infrastructure, oversee planning processes, establish local environmental policies and regulations, and assist in implementing national and sub-national environmental policies. As the level of governance closest to the people, they play a vital role in educating, mobilizing.

1.3.5 IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING

The implementation of partnership-based Action Plans requires adjustments in standard operating procedures and, oftentimes, some institutional reorganization. Pre-existing administrative procedures, divisions of responsibility among municipal departments,

contract arrangements, and other practices must be adjusted to allow for the active participation of service users and partner institutions in the implementation of an Action Plan. While the municipality institutes internal reforms to support partnership

approaches, external projects and/or service partnerships must be formalized. Agreements that outline the responsibilities and investments of each partner are required, including specific work schedules and methods for ongoing monitoring of work. The

Stakeholder Group or municipality may consider it necessary to establish a new organization or institution to coordinate the implementation of certain aspects of an Action Plan.

Monitoring begins during the implementation phase; not afterward. Accurate documentation of both implementation activities and their impacts should be kept regularly, in order to allow for the evaluation of action strategies, service approaches, and their impacts on local conditions. Such documentation is extremely valuable, and at times necessary, to identify the causes of problems that arise during the institution of new service approaches.
