Thanks Jeff - I had a return call from Kat (the letter writer in the previous update). Unfortunately - i was outside with the puppy so did not take notes. She says that her NGO has been involved with this project for the past 4 years and that she has walked on Towne Road. She indicated she had been asked to write the letter but declined to name who reached out to her. I explained that there has been a significant issue with "transparency" and her reply was "I don't want to throw anyone under the bus"... she may know that I have expertise in DRIVING buses and didn't offer much of any substance regarding her letter.................and offered to come meet on Towne Road..........I also think she has been tipped off to this site too!! (If you're reading this Kat - thanks for the call!) ........sign me.......Pesky bus driver!!!
Thanks Bonnie! I talked to her today as well and she said -nobody- had asked her to write that letter, or provided a template, she reached out on her own. Interesting discrepancy. This project remains shrouded in mystery. Btw, you're hired in the detective division of CCWD and will earn 75% of what I make. Don't do the math, just sign the contract and we will iron out details later.
