If that subscriber wants more proof that the Dem’s or NGO’s are funneling criminals into Clallam County, here you go. My friend’s co-worker recently took a Greyhound bus ride and was seated next to a man. He said he was recently released from prison in California and needed to make his way to Yakima but the prison system gave him a bus ticket to Port Angeles. Yakima doesn’t have the Homeless Industrial Complex system that Clallam County does. The Clallam County Commissioners and all the other NGO’s will never give up their strangle hold on our money. Why would they? If the NGO’s were passionate about solving the problem, they would be working to put themselves out of a job. But results on their end means the end of a $100k+ job.

Thank you, Patriot Nick S~!

I can actually easily verify the fact that it is a regular practice for communities that have some of the most criminally corrupt governments to "ship" their worst criminals to other communities to get rid of them~! As an analyst I first started to track this reality on a shockingly large and widespread scale decades ago, as it was commonly being done in large numbers by the larger cities that could better afford the evil practice, and the smaller cities and towns were always victimized with little to no notice. This is in fact one of the many dirty secrets that has been practiced for a very long time, that the local folks never have a clue is happening. That is why "we" see complete idiots who always want "absolute proof" when the proof is already very well-known and right in their faces~! These people who demand absolute proof that can only be supplied when the problems are complete disasters, are the very people who are THE biggest problem because of their ignorant denials of the obvious. These are the same kinds of fools who were standing on the deck of the Titanic with wet feet, who STILL wanted proof that the ship was sinking~! Ignore the idiots and push forward with "our" solutions when we see the problems~! Everyone who wants absolute proof of this and many other evil criminal practices that are intentionally hidden from the general public by corrupt government management can look up the "International City/County Management Association" ICMA.org and "HAZA"~! they will find the very "association" that ALL city and county managers are required to be members of as a standard condition of their employment~! This is the very same "template" of evil dirty trick exchanges of information, that not many years ago was revealed by a national story of these kinds of government management slime balls in their infamous "conventions" pictured sitting in hot tubs in Las Vegas, with one arm around a hooker and the other hand holding a glass of Champaign~! These are VERY stupid criminals who don't for a second believe that some of the "servers" who wait in them at their "meetings" are actually infiltrators (field analysts) who are there to listen and observe exactly what they are doing! Ha Ha Ha! After looking up the ICMA.org most people would not have the skill set to research much beyond that, and of course the ICMA web site makes them sound like wonderful well-meaning people, but at least folks can easily see exactly how "we" (Americans and folks all over the world) are regularly sold out and deceived by the same underhanded dirty practices that go on all over the US and beyond~! This is exactly why we often hear about the same dirty trick that is being pulled by a city a thousand or more miles away, is "suddenly" happening right here in our community at the same time~! A coincidence~? Hell no, our "shoes are getting wet"~! Ha! Sincerely, Mike

Thank you SO much Patriot Steve O~!

It is very kind of you to be so supportive, and I also admire your efforts. I remember back in the early 80's when I decided to join the IRWA (International Right of Way Association) and soon after that I realized that all right of way folks who worked for the government had to belong in that "exclusive club". Well, it didn't take me long to realize that they were also regularly holding conventions where they very intentionally exchanged different "ideas" on how to violate Americans Constitutional rights~! I really don't think that many of them even know or realize what & how they are being used to avoid Constitutional rights and freedoms, but a BIG part of what they do at these conventions is networking amongst themselves to exchange dirty tricks and underhanded methods to get folks to do what they want. The IRWA are the professionals who determine where roads and easements go, so if the government wants to take your land by eminent domain, exercising the government's power of escheat, off you go and only minimum (or less) money will be paid for your property. I am VERY protective of American's property rights, so this is one of my biggest issues with government gone mad with power... I believe that all Americans should have a right to own property with absolute minimal interference from anyone, but this kind of abuse of power has destroyed family properties like farms & ranches that have been held by some families for hundreds of years or even more... Living history is absolutely critical to preserve whenever possible. I would like to think so anyway, also because these days I am "living history"! Ha Ha Ha~! ;-) It is a necessary function sometimes, but NOT when the government is misusing the power in ways that was never intended... This is just the insight on "The Black Hand" that is our government's evil underbelly that few ever realize even exists and we all need to be able to put the pieces together before we can make the necessary changes... Have a mellow evening~! Sincerely, Mike

'What most people will buy'. "I did not have sexual relations with That woman!"...translation: 'She had sex with me...but I did not have sex with her!'

What a lineup of psychopathic losers we have had installed at the head of the cabal-run state! After JFK, (who was vilified for being a womanizer, probably justifiable but what about the women who participated?...aren't there two sides to every story?)...after JFK, who was murdered for trying to do what Trump is trying to do, we haven't had any real attempts by 'leadership' to straighten the course...over 60 years of straight-up corruption and here we are.

'Tell-a-Vision' captured us with (mostly) decent, humorous, moral content and then...like a creeping vine, or a nest of serpents...slipped into our collective consciousnesses and morphed and warped many (most?) into a trance and slowly eroded our clear sense of moral values and 'liberalized' everything to the point of absurdity.

I grew up without TV in our home...conscious choice by our parents (one really good choice they made) but had intermittent access to neighbors for 'cartoons'...how violent they mostly are/were!

As an adult I was seduced by it to a degree but thankfully the original ethics held pretty well and I was able to discern better than some.

The final straw for me was Fukushima when the 'talking head in a suit' said that it was just 'normal' steam venting...while showing video in the background of the buildings EXPLODING into a million pieces!

Fast forward to 'mostly peaceful protests' with buildings and cars on fire in the background!

If people can't shut that crap off or see what is happening...we ARE doomed!🤪

In his book, Cold Wind, he has a character Marcus Hand, attorney, talking about types of people he has represented in court. Let me quote, "Earl is is a charter member of the third type . a skimmer....Earl started with some money, but he learned early on to work the system and take a cut . He produced nothing of record and made nothing of note. But he worked the politics and figured out ways to be there when money flowed. He didn't care if the gusher of cash made sense or if it was moral or ethical."

Washington state is now a Sanctuary state. We may be getting many more illegal migrants, and many could be criminals. If you look at Yakima's county and city jail rosters, they are 75% (or more) Hispanic names as inmates. Could it be possible that the Sanctuary state status is contributing to the overcrowding of Yakima's (and California) jails? I am NOT a racist. Yes. And Yakima is historically Hispanic because of the agriculture etc. I'm trying to point out that because many illegal Criminals are possibly taking up jail space in a sanctuary state, that this could be one of the reasons that Yakima county could be sending parolees up here (and CA, too)- because of CC 'welcoming' atmosphere. Of course, I have no proof - just suggesting.... Washington liberal policies are to blame for this mess, though, plenty of proof.

Like I commented yesterday, It's a well known tactic to give one way bus tickets to people you do not want in your community. It appears other places are giving those tickets with Port Angeles as the destination. If Clallam County does not want to be over run with criminals and homeless we better wake up and start playing the game. Hand out one way bus tickets with somewhere far away as the destination.

Seriously. Give the tickets away now.

The programs are called "homeless relocation programs" or "bus ticket therapy". It came about years ago -- in the early 80's, as a solution. San Francisco actually called their program "homeward bound". It was written about extensively -- that it was to reunite families.

They handed out some cash, and a one-way bus tickets to get people to move far away (supposedly "home" where they had family, but many people just ended up on buses anywhere).

It has been written about extensively. (One example: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2017/dec/20/bussed-out-america-moves-homeless-people-country-study)

In the 1990's there was another movement -- vaguely called "heads on beds" where various funded homeless services would shift around people to make it appear there was way more demand for services (thus get more funding). A friend was shuffled from San Leandro to San Francisco, to Richmond in the course of one week -- so that each servicing agency could have every bed filled, therefore, during their "services count" show that they needed to expand.

I'm sure this newest concept -- moving court-prone people around, instead of landing them in jail -- is just a scheme to spread the wealth, to show that "crime has dropped" and that "we have less people incarcerated" for whatever statistical counts are necessary. The crazier the better, I'm sure. Many of these people are severely mentally ill. Given we only have a few criminally mental beds for heads --- moving them about (or suggesting they move themselves) is a way to avoid the problem.

Expand full comment
TJ's avatar

I think the biggest problem is Clallam County is an end destination. We are not on the way to anywhere. If they end up here, unless we give them tickets to somewhere else, they are staying. So I have no problem moving these people along.

I agree that correlation does not equal causation. However, putting the burden of proof on the public is inappropriate and unfair. We don’t have the resources and time to track every person on the receiving end of jail, harm reduction, emergency housing/shelter. The organizations providing these services do and should be held accountable for collecting and sharing that information with taxpayers.

Expand full comment
Robert James's avatar

Like Jeff said; How many correlations do you need before it is a pattern...is a fact?

Just look the other way until it's too late?

That seems to be the pattern for many.

There IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY in ANY of these organizations...we are living in fantasy to expect them to 'grow a conscience' and voluntarily change the very system paying them their largesse!😎

Circumstantial evidence tends to go this way, and it's good enough to get a criminal conviction.

1 instance (piece of evidence) - shoulder shrug at best but keep moving, it could be anyone

2 instances (pieces of evidence) - enough to slow you down to contemplate, head cocks sideways to take it in, you start to wonder about it being a coincidence

3 instances (pieces of evidence) - full on stop you in your tracks, a shadow of a doubt still goes through your head and you try to appreciate the odds of that it all spells guilty

4 instances (pieces of evidence) - the odds are beyond astronomical that it can all be chalked up to coincidence, guilty.

I have personally met females via chance encounters at the transit center who were sent here to connect with specific NGOs. I pay close attention to other solo females at the transit center because I recognize faces of predators from the sex offender registry that hang out there and think it creates safety issues. One woman I met last year had arrived late via Greyhound because the Hood canal bridge was closed for a long time. The outreach worker who was supposed to meet her had turned off their phone for the night and this new arrival from Texas via Arizona shelters fleeing DV was stranded at the transit center all night. She said when she called the police to ask for a ride to shelter she was told to stay at the bus stop. I was on my way out of town but reached out to a local group of friends ( a group of women who have been falsely labeled as vigilantes for picking up litter) and one of them immediately volunteered to pick up the new arrival with her large dog and pile of luggage and take her to Serenity house. I was relieved that she would be away from the known predator hanging out the transit center harassing her all night. I exchanged contact info with the new arrival and after she got relocated to her destination program I gave her a ride to the food bank a couple of times. She told me stories about how hard it was to stay on track in this DV program when her roommate was out all night "working" the streets. Local agencies must start to ADDRESS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND NARCOTICS. I told her I kept an eye out for solo women on the streets because I worried about them being susceptible to trafficking. She went on a rant about how all the places that say they will help are just trafficking them for "the numbers" and that once they "get you on their list for money they stop helping." Eventually I saw the new arrival on the streets flying a panhandling sign. I haven't seen her around in along time and can only hope she found real recovery and safety.

One of the new psyops is labeling people as 'fascists' or 'vigilantes' in order to incite hatred and violence towards them.

Psyops are real and ubiquitous.

The original term 'fascist' was attributed to Mussolini... who was eventually executed for his crimes against humanity...and meant the blending of oligarchical capitalism (private industry) and government as a monolithic control mechanism.

Notice none of the bankers and 'men behind the curtain' were executed...only the useful idiot! The entire global control mechanism is a psyop!

So, when I accuse the kommissars of being fascist it's not a metaphor...they are actively engaged in blending foreign, for profit, corporation(s) into our government for power and control!

Facts matter, but accusations matter more, when some people react emotionally instead of critically to uncomfortable things happening in the world.

You can bet most of these homeless wanderers are criminals trying to avoid prosecution from other counties, and the further they get from the counties that have filed warrants for their arrest the more safe the criminals feel. They hope that if caught faraway that counties with warrants will not spend $$$ to extradite someone with no $$$ and they are right unless crime is a top class felony. So here they come to set up camp because clallam co has a reputation for being a sanctuary paradise for the unwanted no thanks to some highly ignorant elected officials.

Jeff, Please let me know how I can help. I am also willing to go to Jail's and minister to these deranged individuals. In addition, I am willing to be involved and help our community. Please reach back sometime.

I want to correct my inconsiderate comment. I did not intend to have a negative vibe of 'deranged' I truly care to assist and use Dr. Caroline Leaf's mind therapy to assist individuals who struggle with their thought processes. I am sorely regretful for the bad choice of words.
