This isn’t a surprise. When you count votes 3 different times to change the results of an election, allow non citizens to vote, and suppress the opposition how can you lose. The dems CANT win on merit it’s all done in court rooms and basement hideouts. It is sad that we can’t trust our elections. Our state is one of the most corrupt districts in the country. We deserve much better but have a tough road ahead. I hope we can make a difference with CCWDs guidance.

Great comment, Patriot jedjennings50~!

A very recent national legal analysis of all 50 US states did find that the Washington State government was the MOST corrupt by a wide margin BTW~! This was an analysis involving American Constitutional compliance, that was related to and fully proven by the fact that the regional "Supreme Court cabal" here has been known to be regularly overturned by the SCOTUS for decades now~! In other words, "WE SUCK~!"... The land of Washington State is beautiful and many of the folks who live here are good & decent people, but unfortunately, we live in the worst state in the country because our freedom and rights are constantly being trampled upon in direct violation of the law of the land and the social contract that Washington State has violated and now completely broken~! Unfortunately, this will not, nor can it, be changed for the better via any elections at this point. We didn't vote our way into this disaster of a criminal government, despite what the criminals in government fraudulently attempt to claim, so we will NEVER vote our way out of this horrific disaster that the criminals in government are causing~! I REALLY wish I could say otherwise my friend, but that is simply the correct legal analysis... Of course, that does NOT mean that we should refrain from voting, because we need to vote now more than any other time in our lives, because our freedom, rights, and very lives now depend upon it~! Keep the faith, because sooner or later this is going to blow up into a complete meltdown of a disaster the way "we" are now headed!

Sincerely, Mike

Mike if only our voting system sucked. But we are horrible in so many ways. Retail sales tax, real estate tax, gas prices, students not graduating, NGOs with special interests, county commissioners being supported by NGOs with special interests. Very high taxed hospitality industry, poor management of infrastructure structure

(Please do not use the I-5 bridge over the Columbia River from Vancouver, Wa to Portland, Or. we have been on the water at a relatively low tide and the corrosion is horrific. Once every other year they paint the superstructure

(The part that shows, and it’s done for show) use I-205. They have discussed the replacement need since before 1990. As an interstate highway the feds provide some funding, the rest has been an on going battle between the states as who pays. Bet replacement would be cheaper than all the law suits as drivers fall to their deaths. I’m a two county resident, pay in Clark and Clallam. Both are seething with greed. WELCOME TO WASHINGTON, bring a huge supply of cash and an antidepressant prescription.

You’ll know why by Feb. The grayest sky’s you’ll wish you’d never seen. Plus Portland, Oregon is a crap hole, thanks for sending your homeless to Washington. Could you get them to use the I-5 bridge please.

Hello, Patriot Susan C Bonallo~!

HA~! You do have a way with words to express yourself~! :) You are absolutely correct that our rigged voting system is only part of the problem, but after 60 years of analyzing ALL of these problems I can assure you that they all stem from the rigged elections and the anti-American agenda (cabal) of the socialists, communists, Marxists = satanists~! It is FAR easier to understand when you realize it is all very intentional and that it just could not be any other way statistically speaking... The only real question is if there is a direct or indirect causation, but evil people in charge of our government have indeed created ALL of our problems for a great many decades... If folks look into each county here in Washington State, they will discover that these same problems exist everywhere, but just in varying degrees and intensities. Some counties are just a little better than others in spots. Then if folks look at all of the different states, the same thing applies... I can also assure you that many of these same problems exist all over the world in varying degrees, with precious few exceptions. Better proof of the evil Globalists domination and control of our world cannot be offered~! This is why "The Swamp" is FAR bigger and more reaching than folks initially understood, and also why it is taking SO long to destroy the evil matrix of the criminals of humanity~! I don't profess to know everything, however based on what I do know today, it is safe to say that VERY few Americans could handle the truth even if they were only told 25% of the truth today~! I am NOT kidding BTW. If some things were revealed today, our entire society would crash... This is precisely why the entire Epstein files have not been released... Most people could not deal with it, and that is only a minor issue compared to the really BIG ones~! As I have been monitoring the military style signaling very carefully and analyzing every bit of it to the best of my ability, I have been stunned by just how much truth has already come out about a wide range of topics and issues. You see, one thing leads to another and so on, because everything leads back to the criminals of humanity and their VERY ancient matrix of control~! HA! Some things are even being repeated from many hundreds of years ago, like the so-called "flat earth" BS~! That was very amusing to me when it was released by the CIA and their Brainwashing, distraction & manipulation cabal~! What is old is new again? Good Grief~! Thanks for the tip on the I-5 bridge between Portland & Vancouver. As an old real estate analyst, I can tell from the public view of that bridge that there is trouble below, kinda like looking at an old prostitute betrays the dark dangers that lurk beneath! Ha Ha Ha~! Most people would not know it, but the first thing that the best real estate analysts would know, is to look at the top of the roof line of a structure, to determine if there is a problem with the foundation ;-) If the foundation has serious problems the roofline is always affected~! That I-5 bridge was built LONG ago, and they have covered up a LOT of that pig with lipstick over the years, but sooner or later there is going to be one Hell of a crash! Portland Oregon does get sizable earthquakes, so my guess is that someday an earthquake will create a tragedy... For now, I like to live a little dangerously, so I will keep rolling the dice. You are right that the 205 bridge is a safer option, but it is usually a big detour, especially if folks are heading West out of Portland. I used to travel through there often because I have lived & worked in both Washington & Oregon, but for the past 10 years or so I have been travelling much less in general. It would be cool to boat up the river here however :) Safe seas to you my friend~!

Sincerely, Mike

Mike, I always enjoy when you write. We had jet skis in about 1996 and we headed west on the Columbia. It seems as if we all just came to a dead stop. Looking up the pilings we saw full size maintained structures. But because of low water, what appeared as a pillar turned into about a 4x4 with many coats of paint.

Earthquakes may cause the final blow, but in 1995 we had a terrible storm. So I pulled my 2nd grader out of school to go photograph all the flooding. We walked on to the I-5 pedestrian sidewalk and watched as 2 refrigerators crashed into the uprights. Then a portapotty hit with such strength it shook the bridge. We saw so much debris and logs headed that way. We saw the restaurant on the water to the west, have the river half way up the windows ( the good seats for dining) finally one broke and the river rushed in. We were in their parking lot. Next we went to Camas to see all the boats float off as the water rose past the top of each piling. Boats, docks, every thing marinas have was rushing down the river. We couldn’t get too close because the big field that separated SR 14 from river on Washington side had 5+ feet of water. You couldn’t tell where one started and the other began. Now fast forward 3 years from that flood, and all that land had been plotted and being sold in a “new” development.

My daughter and I decided it was the best day of school that year! Still don’t know who lost their portapotties, but I was the best mom ever ,

we both have fond memories mixed with sympathy for property owners. Guess my weather event will be a Tsunami down at Diamond Point. Brian Atwater said the last one on the coast traveled well down past DP, that was in the year 1700. They take those huge, deep core samples and can date all these geological/climate variables pretty accurately.

BTW: The tribe has not been here since “Time Immemorial “! But that’s for another day, and since Ozias believes it, you know it needs further scrutiny! I have been so curious about how rotten other countries are. I don’t know if I should thank you or wish evil and back door arrangements were limited to Clallam County. Shame on me for being optimistic. I don’t think there’s a county in Wa State that could pass the sniff test. As I continue to look for our forever home, I start with a deep dive into the county records. Was it better when we didn’t have access to emails between commissioners and other office holders. They do know the absolute trash they write is on public record, don’t they? That’s what gives me nightmares. Honk honk, hey Commissioners there’s your small yellow (special) bus to take you home. Hey, on our boat at Pleasant Harbor Marina, somehow reality slips away and boaters become instant friends bc someone always needs a part or a tool or a glass of wine. All my best to you and your wife. (We may have to live full time on the boat with the costs)I’m a better person bc I’m getting to read your wisdom. Hope the two of us don’t get thrown off for overthinking and oversharing!

Good morning, Patriot Susan C Bonallo~!

HA~! Yes, the flooding events could spell the end of the I-5 bridge someday, especially if there just happened to be an earthquake at the time or shortly thereafter when the ground was saturated and there is a heavy load of traffic on the bridge... The "perfect storm" scenario is a known risk of engineering, so I fully agree that folks need to ascertain this world of changing risks before they venture out and about. Yes, I see many here in Clallam County who "assume" that our problems in government are somehow restricted to our geographic location, or perhaps they just prefer not to experience those "nightmares" that would come from the knowledge that these same problems in government exist all over the US and world. Sadly, we do not live in our own little special "vacuum" (bubble?) of government abuses here, but in that truth, there is great news that should not be ignored~! You see, these corrupt government managers at all levels, and many of the government employees, are actually required to hold memberships in their respective "professional associations" that are either national or worldwide "exclusive clubs". These "associations" regularly communicate with their members and hold "seminars" where the members exchange many "methods" (AKA; "dirty tricks") that they have used to "solve problems". Of course, as would be expected, many times these "solutions" that are exchanged are COMPLETELY unconstitutional and even illegal, but the greatest criminal group in the US is the government that breaks more laws than any other group because they give themselves a pass, while persecuting and prosecuting us peasants mercilessly for the smallest infractions... How many public arrests have "we" seen of government criminals who conducted the mass murder COVID genocide? HA~! Stay tuned ;-)) Before that blood pressure gauge "pops" like the Grinch's "heart measuring device" at Christmas, it would be best to understand that every time the government violates the law and especially The American Constitution (in the US), they confirm their criminal behavior and wake up even more folks~! Then, the criminals in government who know this very well, have little choice but to keep doubling down on their criminal behavior, which confirms their criminal behavior and bad intentions even more AND wakes up even more of the sleeping sheep~! This could be referred to as "God's Plan" because the real criminals always have an expiration date due to their own evil behavior, but President Trump is clearly helping push these criminals over the edge with "our" assistance~! Yes, it is painful for those of us who see the truth more than the sleeping sheep, but life is an exercise in becoming more patient and learning to pick our battles carefully. I have spent countless hours on boats that were amazing experiences, especially to detach from the madness of society and to be able to refocus on the things that really mattered! So, I definitely know what you are talking about ;-) For nearly 30 years I had the amazing privilege of a close friendship with a VERY special horse and we spent many thousands of hours on some of the best beaches in the world right here in the Pacific NW~! My horse was a huge black top of the line thoroughbred racehorse which was akin to driving a Ferrari race car and we regularly took breaks by chillin' out on the beach where she would lay with her head in my lap, often for hours at a time because we loved to enjoy that as well. Everyone needs to have that experience where they can detach from the insanity of the government and a society gone Nuts-O Fruits-O because the government has very intentionally destroyed the fabric of our society itself... Today I will be working on our beautiful little funny farm here, planting gardens and thinning out the weeds, which is good but not as fun as boating or horses... The truth is that the government is not really becoming more criminal, but "we" are just becoming better at seeing the governments evil behavior and that my friend will eventually spell the end of the abusive and oppressive unconstitutional big government clown show~! So, keep the faith and stay vigilant, but always make every day as fun as possible because that is what really matters most~!

Sincerely, Mike

Thank you for the info regarding I-5 bridge vs I-205. I don't travel down to OR, much anymore because of disgusting things have become there. I appreciate the info, in case I do have to go that way.

Which was so lucky for the drug addicts bc they had more places to sleep. Now Or is doing less so the unhoused and unsober are moving north to Wa. talk about a lucky place to live.🤮

Michael Heath's avatar

Yes, my friend, the truth is that Washington State REALLY sucks because of the criminals in government at SO many levels it is mind boggling~! The fix is definitely in, as they say~! Many refuse to acknowledge just how bad things are here, which Ironically keeps us all entrapped in this government created cesspool of filth and villainy. Unfortunately, these ignorant self-centered pukes in the general public are VERY selfish and have well insulated themselves against the criminals in government, so they can afford to sustain their lives, while many of us are struggling. That is why the trolls and hobgoblins protest against "kings" that they don't like but fully support these disgusting mini dictator "kings" that give the majority here "The Finger" and only do what they please~! Unfortunately, these clowns who have insulated themselves from the very criminal agenda that they keep voting for, will need to suffer BIG before they see the errors of their ways. That is not good for those of us who always suffer the most, but if most people don't suffer from their own failures, then the horrors will continue on and get FAR worse. The thing that most would never know is that I am actually a great optimist, far from a pessimist, so when I (especially as an American Constitutionalist) sound the alarm, I do so honestly and I represent what may be the last chance for folks here to get their act together~! HA~! Personally, I could care less if anyone ever listens to me because for many decades, I have grown accustomed to being ignored. What folks can't see is just how many times my warnings have been 100% correct over the decades, and in numerous states, because if they only knew my success ratio they may decide to pay attention. HA! As for me, I am in a living Hell of a nightmare, because I really care about America and Americans, and I have been watching this country being very intentionally destroyed from within for over 60 years and no one ever gave a damn. Until recently that is... I know that great folks like you and many here on the Watchdog are on the same page, and "we" have good company all over the US now, but sadly it is obviously already too late for many. All we can really hope for now is to survive in some sort of reasonable shape to be able to try and pick up the pieces after this tragic destruction of America. President Trump and the white hats are doing a great job, but it was obviously at the last possible minute and tragically not many decades earlier. Let us hope and pray for great news soon and some substantial positive changes to come to America ASAP~! I would like to live to see and experience a free America for just a little while, because I sure have paid a price for it, but the future generations are the most important now and there is still some hope for their freedom & rights~! Thanks for all of your generous support and good words of encouragement~!

Sincerely, Mike

Michael Heath thanks for your important messages. Most of us agree with the tenor yet Trump has been offered terrible advice IMO. Those of us who shout America First remember a time period before alarm systems were necessary for family homes. We are watching a social problem that is evolving inside an economic one I think. Most of us love fresh data to analyze.

Michael Heath's avatar

Hi again, Patriot Steve O~!

Yes, I COMPLETELY understand how many Americans would be very confused about some of President Trumps "moves" because this is a MASSIVE war against the criminals of humanity and they have been dominating and controlling America for well over 150 years! In fact, the criminals of humanity have been dominating and controlling the entire world for thousands of years, when you do the research into the bloodlines & history involved... President Trump was not joking when he very clearly stated that he and his administration would never tell the American people of their plans, because the criminals would have been tipped off and that could never have been risked. Additionally, this massive world war is extremely complex, and both sides are engaged in misinformation, disinformation, and MANY deceptions to accomplish their respective goals. To make matters FAR more complicated, President Trump publicly announced that they were using Quantum computers during his first administration and about the same time that he revealed "The Space Force" as the newest arm of the US Military! Wholly crap~! That was earth shattering my friend, and those of us who are familiar with what Quantum computers are capable of were very aware of what was coming to America and our world. You see, I happen to have a very special "Gift" that allows me to analyze extremely complicated issues, that I was born with and started to prove at a very early age. I believe that I am the only child in history to have ever escaped a locked refrigerator all by myself (and no doubt with Gods help when you learn the story ;-) I was 5 years old. Anyway, over the decades I was capable of beating all of the standard computers at their own game on a regular basis, until about 15 to 20 years ago when I started to detect something else happening in the world of super computers. I knew that computers were clearly getting more powerful and better over the decades, but something was very different and I wondered about the Quantum computers that President Trump finally confirmed late in his first administration. Then I realized that the entire world got substantially more complicated... Anyway, I am not bragging about me but simply pointing out that "we" are NOT dealing with the old matrix that the vast majority of folks are still stuck it. Elvis has left that building LONG ago ;-) Ha~! So, yes, it would appear that President Trump is getting bad advice and/or making many mistakes, however I happen to know President Trump very well because I have been profiling him for well over 40 years because he has been on my radar due to his involvement in real estate. President Trump is his own man and he does collect information, but he makes no decisions based upon anyone's "advice" that he does not fully personally vet. I am exactly the same way, so I know exactly what I am talking about. What "we" are actually seeing unfold is an EXTREMELY complex war being engaged and won by President Trump. the white hats, and the global alliance. The confusion is intentional so that it keeps the average Americans from getting into the way, or screwing things up as many of them are prone to do. I am not saying that the war against the Iranian government, not Iran or the Persian people, is completely over, however, it appears that President Trump has substantially won and a peace deal has been reached. We shall see, but it is great that the world may now be a FAR safer place without the radical Arabs running the Iranian government and raising terroristic Hell all over the planet along with the criminals of humanity (and the CIA). So yes, you bet, many assume that President Trump has made some mistakes, but I would be VERY careful NOT to assume that to be true until the dust settles from this (hopefully) last major war~! I am confident that over the next months and years "we" are going to continue to learn a LOT more that will prove what I say here. In fact, this 4th of July should be the beginning of quite a bit of good news that will be revealed to the general public for the next year or so... There are several things that I know are going to be revealed because I have been tracking them via Military style signaling for years now, so keep the faith my friend! Have a great evening~!

Sincerely, Mike

I was reading an article on KUOW's Facebook page about the citizens' initiative to put a measure on the ballot to block the state income tax. Signature gathering was going well and we will likely get a chance to vote on it.

(But who could possibly object? It's only a tax on $1 million/year income? Until it isn't)

Many of the comments opposing the petition signing were along the lines of, "How do they know the signers are residents of the state?" How do they know the signers are citizens?" "Did the signature gatherers ask for ID to verify?" I imagine those are the same people who are saying that requiring voter ID in an actual election to prove citizenship and residency is voter suppression. But ID should be required to sign a petition. Got it.

And the Secretary of State does have a process to review and verify the signatures. See page 14. https://www.sos.wa.gov/sites/default/files/2025-07/New%202025%20Initiative%20and%20Referenda%20Handbook.pdf

LOL that is a very strange level of hierarchy.

Michael Heath's avatar

Thank you, Patriot's Virginia Shogren and Jeff Tozzer!

I hope that this article reaches the good folks of Clallam County and those all over the state of Washington! The criminal willful disregard & violation of The American Constitution and The Washington State Constitution is as absolutely horrific as it could possibly get, for those of us who value Individual freedom and ALL of our rights~! This peek into the very intentional criminal workings of the government in Washington State is VERY important and should alarm folks enough to motivate them into doing their own research into the most important and in fact deadly risk that they will ever face in their lives! I do NOT exaggerate~!!! While I am greatly encouraged by the outline of the new election procedure, especially compared to the clearly rigged "mail in ballot only" fraud spree of government, I can see one glaring problem that is STILL unaddressed! There are a great many thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of illegal aliens and others who are NOT legally or lawfully eligible to vote in our Washington State elections, and I do not see any attempt to safeguard our elections from what is very clearly material illegal and fraudulent vote casting. The Washington State government has excellent records to harass, control, prosecute, and persecute the LEGAL state residents for anything from parking tickets to violating unlawful & unconstitutional government revenue collection schemes, so they obviously know who the legal American residents are VS is who is NOT a legal American resident, so it would be easy to develop one more step in the voter registration process to also verify the potential voters legal status prior to allowing them entry to vote~! This is a HUGE problem because we have seen many times that election results have been based upon a very small number of votes~! This has always been a HUGE issue in Washington State and all across the US, however now "we" know that the previously treasonous "open boarder" schemes of criminals within our government, other foreign governments, NGOs, and others who were involved in these crimes allowing an invasion of illegal aliens into our country for decades, have flooded the US with people who are voting who have absolutely no right to vote~! Some countries will imprison or even execute anyone who attempts to vote in their elections, let alone enter their country illegally, because those countries are well aware of the risks of illegal voting~! As an American Constitutionalist I am completely in favor of LONG prison sentences for everyone who votes in US elections who is not a legal American citizen, because that is actually espionage and a direct assault upon the American Republic~! ALL government employees who have failed to secure our elections should also receive LONG prison sentences, and in the more egregious cases a death sentence for treason if/when found guilty of that blatantly treasonous behavior~! ZERO TOLERANCE FOR TREASON~!

Sincerely, Mike

Virginia, thank you for stepping up and exposing the hypocrisy of this state's elected officials. For state attorneys to admit that they do not understand (believe) that noncitizens have no voting rights in our elections should frighten every American to their core. There is only one reason to oppose voter ID -- cheat. Ditto mail-in balloting. Your proposal for how election could look closely mirrors what I remember my first voting experiences were like back in the very early 1970s. Concerned voters were proud to take the time to line up at their local polling place. We got to know each other, chatted away about innocuous stuff, then proudly wore our "I Voted" stickers on our shirts.

Virginia, thank you for stating your plan. It's simple (the way it used to be), it's effective (immediate results), and it's doable (it could be implemented tomorrow). Gov. Ferguson is hiding something. You can feel it every time you see him. He signed the millionaires tax with the large majority of voters against it. He is not a man of the people; he's a man in it for himself. You are a fighter and you are who we need in CC and WA state. Good luck!

So ironic in that the Democrats were in charge of the single largest transfer of wealth in this country's history from the low and middle income classes to the wealthy, during our supposed "pandemic". Yet, they pretend to decry those they made wealthy. They ruined and closed businesses, fired people who were smart enough to not inject experimental toxins, constrained and quarantined those same people from the public, made us wear diapers on our faces, made us zombie march in 6' spacing and rewarded the "vaccinated" who were the least safe in the public domain with unfettered access and freedoms. All of those measures now factually known to be ineffective and counterproductive. Democrat leaders do not walk the talk, but they are expert in pretending to. The "little guy" they pretend to champion is only little because Democrat politicians convinced him of it to get his vote. Elon Musk has created thousands of millionaires and it was not via unions.

I don't think the one time election process has ever been appropriate for a government system created to be a checks and balances system. I am wanting a mechanical parallel audit that operates in real-time alongside the human hand-count. By routing physical, visible wires from the voting booths to an open display, observers can track the immediate velocity of the vote as it happens.

The fact they made it law for mail in shows they never have wanted a checks and balances voting system. The State has blocked DOL and the voter rolls. They have no solid proof any election like that is not a fraudulent one. You could see Kim Wyman destroyed election materials before the agency specific records retention schedule. Automatically, anyone, from Culp to Virginia could not have been proven wrong on their accusations. The public and the process needs a checks and balances voting system. Here goes...

We need a major shift in voting. I mean major. I have fused an old school bartending mechanism, NFL combine tracking and turned voting into a sports venue event, where people know who won right after the game is over..not two weeks later.

This model structures the election as a high-stakes, single-day civic championship event that requires the physical presence of the entire community at a specific time. By treating Election Day as a mandatory stadium game, the process transforms voters from passive mail-signers into active, live participants.

I am suggesting a model that fuses simple mechanics—like a bar’s fluid-line reconciliation, NFL combine counting, and the atmosphere of a live sporting event—you give people a visual, understandable structure to latch onto.

"Four-Stream Arena" blueprint directly answers the three biggest questions people have when they say they want change but don't know what to change to:

"How do we know the machines aren't hacked?" You show them a massive mechanical odometer driven by physical gears and visible copper wires. There is no software to hack.

"How do we prevent ballot stuffing without long delays?" You show them real-time human flip-boards tracking alongside the odometer, creating an instant "box score" before the paper is even touched.

"How do we make sure our votes aren't changed in transit?" You tell them who the precinct winner is when it is announced inside the room in front of neighbors and a live camera feed before any boxes are locked and moved.

The ultimate reason this voting model must be elevated to the level of a UFC match or a Seahawks game is because trust requires a high-stakes, unmissable public spectacle.

While the mechanical gears and visible wires provide the data, it is the electric, high-visibility atmosphere of a stadium event that delivers the true psychological shift. Here is why the energy of a major sporting venue is the mandatory final piece of this election architecture:

1. Massive Shared Accountability

In a standard modern election, voting is a quiet, isolated task performed alone at a kitchen table or behind a plastic curtain. If a breakdown or administrative dispute occurs, it happens out of sight. By turning Election Day into a packed, arena-level event, you create thousands of simultaneous, live witnesses. You cannot quietly manipulate a system or alter a count when thousands of passionate fans in the bleachers are locked into the scoreboard, tracking every single movement in real-time.

2. High-Stakes Focus Over Passive Convenience

Modern society has spent decades attempting to make voting as effortless and thoughtless as possible, reducing it to a piece of junk mail dropped in a plastic box. Elevating it to an arena-level event treats our constitutional rights with the gravity they deserve. It transforms a mundane civic chore into a mandatory, high-energy appointment. Just like fans clearing their schedules weeks in advance to secure tickets, show up at the gate, and wear their team colors, this model forces the entire community to focus exclusively on one shared, critical objective for a single day.

3. Absolute Unarguable Finality

When a touchdown is scored or a knockout blow is landed on live television, there is no delayed algorithm, no multi-day waiting period, and no "black box" mystery. The crowd erupts because they saw the physical law of the play happen with their own eyes. By mirroring that sporting environment, the election concludes with that exact same level of undisputed finality. When the buzzer sounds at 8:00 p.m., the odometer locks, the bipartisan stat-keepers hold up the final paper tallies, and the giant scoreboard flashes the definitive winner.

The stadium environment strips away the abstract, cold nature of bureaucratic processing and replaces it with the undeniable clarity of live physics. It proves to the entire community that their voices were recorded, their neighbors were watching, and the final score is absolute.

If Elon Musk or a similar high-net-worth backer decided to fund a statewide ballot initiative in Washington, it would dramatically alter the political landscape, shifting the conversation from a theoretical blueprint into a multi-million dollar statewide campaign. While there is no current initiative filing to bring this specific "sports arena" model to Washington, Musk is actively utilizing his wealth to back sweeping election law changes across the country.

Ultimately, the true power of a billionaire-backed initiative is that it removes the decision from state attorneys, bar association panels, and the legislature. It forces the government to step aside and places the entire system directly into the hands of the voters to decide the final score.

Thanks for being willing to challenge the system Virginia.

Virginia Shogren has my vote and I'm talking about her to anyone who will listen. Mr. Seegers as well. Clallum County has had enough and will respond accordingly. We need to all talk to our friends and neighbors to make sure that when those ballots come in the mail they are actually used.

Good evening Jeff and Doggers,

I participate in Elections Integrity and in this county, it's a joke!

You can't see anything important and they don't verify citizenship.

I do have to say that Isn't Hillman does his best but is limited with the tools he can use. No surprise there.

Voter cards and in person is the way!

Thanks all and have a great night.

PS. Thanks for the brittle shout out Jeff...truly my honor to support Jake Seegers!

Thank you, Virginia, for addressing this issue!

I recently read this article on the Clallam Dems site: https://www.clallamdems.org/blog/participatory-democracy-its-conflicts-its-hypocrisy-and-its-progress

A quote towards the end states: There is currently a rather disorganized movement led by the president to limit voting; to challenge voting procedures including the mail-in ballot despite the fact that the arguments against mail-in ballots are fabrications. These attempts to limit the vote could have a primary impact on the ability of people who are seniors and who are disabled to vote.

I don’t agree that the arguments against mail-in ballots are fabrications; as well, there is no evidence in the article that the statement is anything more than an opinion.

And where it says it could impact the ability of people who are seniors and disabled, I appreciate that your article points out that the SAVE Act addresses limiting absentee ballots to “Military, Illness, Disability, or Travel,” which is what I assumed already.

It’s funny though, that when people argue so hard against the SAVE Act in order to save democracy, they don’t seem as interested to work as hard to actually vote which is essential to the democracy they fight for. They will stand on street corners, dedicate time to their position in writing, and advocate non-stop for months on end to stop the SAVE Act. Compared to all of that time, how much time will it take to go vote in person or get the appropriate ID?

While I’m not a fan of going to a government office to jump through more hoops if more ID is required, I am a fan of secure voting. I’m glad you are advocating for it!

I finally was able to listen to the debate last night after finding it finally uploaded. Very informative. I hope anyone who hasn't listened yet takes the time to hear it. https://youtu.be/RtVWsdpFtEQ?is=Xd2tqCdcDU-4bkAO

That was some interesting camera work 😉 but I don't think their desired affect was achieved. I am glad there was enough video of Jake that his respect for others, listening skills and willingness to learn and consider new ideas were visible. We can hear those qualities every time he makes public comments but it was nice to see them recorded too.

Lately I have been thinking Randy is the most pouty and defensive, but now Mike is back in the lead for that title.

Jake is very genuine. I think he did very well.

Some keep believing the machine will save the republic, though every machine merely teaches men new ways to cheat it. This is an old law: where force is constrained, pressure moves elsewhere. Stop one channel and ambition finds another. What men often call security is only redirected corruption.

Every rigid system creates new weaknesses, and now tech (especially with AI) sharpens exploitation into something faster than institutions can contain. And administrative institutions actually enhance it knowingly or unknowingly, because their survival depends on it. Ironically, I don't think it will actually work out well for the technocrat.

But corruption alone does not destroy a nation.

The ruin comes, when those carried upward by broken systems begin governing in ways hostile to ordinary life itself: burdening work, tradition, subsistence, and freedom until obedience demands self-destruction. This is the root of the Declaration of Independence.

A people will endure much. But when compliance requires surrendering life, liberty, and happiness, they simply stop participating. I'm not there yet in Clallam County.

In the end, systems are not destroyed by fraud. They fail when human beings refuse to live inside them. Thankfully, our constitution has not yet failed, nor do I expect it will in the near future, especially when pared down past rot, to the sweet fruit that's still good and seeds that are still viable.

What a day. After reviewing Jeff’s podcast spiral and Virginia’s legal fan fiction, I’ve reached an uncomplicated conclusion:

If this is the Gordian Knot, the sword we really need is basic competence.

Virginia’s petition reads like someone tried to speed run constitutional law using only Facebook Lives and a Magic 8 Ball. It’s the first legal filing I’ve ever seen where the evidence is literally:

“A retired DOL employee said something at a GOP event.”

That’s not a mandamus petition, It’s a Nextdoor rumor with a notary stamp.

The entire case seems to rest on the legal theory that if you say “noncitizen voting” often enough, eventually everyone stops asking for actual evidence.

Then comes the plot twist. We’re told there’s a constitutional emergency. The Supreme Court is corrupt. The Attorney General is corrupt. The legal profession is compromised. Government attorneys don’t understand the Constitution. The state is apparently teetering on the brink.

And after all that buildup, the proposed solution is basically:

“Let’s run elections like a church potluck.”

I’m honestly surprised the final step wasn’t:

“Then Doris from Sequim writes the totals on a napkin and drives them to Port Angeles in a Buick.”

Meanwhile, Jeff is over in his podcast bunker, diagramming together Indivisible, Pride flags, tree sitters, and the ghost of the Charter Review Commission like he’s auditioning for the Alex Jones reboot of A Beautiful Mind, but without the math.

Despite the Watchdog’s pronouncement, the debate didn’t teach us anything new because there wasn’t anything new to learn. It was the political equivalent of watching someone assemble IKEA government with no instructions, three missing screws, and the unwavering confidence of a man who believes the Allen wrench is a Deep State plot.

Jake’s platform, as stated, apparently boils down to: Cut taxes, Reject grants, Refuse funding with conditions, Increase police hiring, Expand services, Spend less, and Do more--with nothing.

Amazing! It’s a fiscal unicorn.

The irony in all of it is that the people most worried about conspiracy theories are apparently the ones who can’t explain a pothole, a timber sale, a library program, a whale protest, a charter amendment, or a rainbow flag without eventually connecting them all to the same secret network.

Who needs Alexander the Great when you can just put a red string bow on it.
