I am not sure concerning the chain of command. But upon proof of violations of the Administrative Manual, the level above the County Commissioners has a duty to investigate the proven violations and correct it accordingly. Then again, I'm sure this will be swept under the rug.

I tried to get rid of it, but instead every time I hit the delete button, the picture got larger, then larger centering on a specific body part. Everyone should be concerned about the way that these three commissioners are spending the time that "we" are paying for them to be working for us. So, it is very important to learn that they have SO much "extra time" in their daily business that they can engage in so many outside personal business interests and entertainment activities. Ha! I am somewhat conflicted because I do feel that it is OK for folks who are being paid to work to take a LITTLE time as absolutely necessary to briefly conduct important personal business matters that occasionally come up, but obviously these three commissioners are NOT working in our best interests even when they do work, so perhaps fewer violations of the public will and trust could oddly be a good thing~! It is like this federal work shutdown, things seem to be more peaceful, less stressful, and much more enjoyable for many when the federal government is shut down ;-) Anyway, I do understand a thing or two about job & work expectations and what salaries are fairly paid for the efforts. I am at a loss to understand exactly what it is that these three commissioners really do, that would qualify them for Income levels that exceed $100,000.00 per year (plus benefits) each? While the pay levels of many in the lower levels of government here are not excessive, I have also noticed that there are some salaries being paid to government workers that are very high for the actual work required/preformed and the related qualifications expected. I understand that Marolee Smith-Devorak, who is running for the Mayor of Port Angeles, has many excellent ideas, but she seems to be one of the few who realize that the government is grotesquely bloated and that there needs to be some serious cost trimming there for Port Angeles to become a more healthy and affordable place to live. Personally, I really do like it when folks can make as much money as they can, however the absolute law of Economics is that no one should be paid more than they are worth because that is "classical waste" (and inefficiency). The truth is that government does not produce or build anything that is actually a benefit to society, so when exorbitant salaries are paid to government employees it becomes an even more dysfunctional drain upon society. I put a very high value upon good performance in the workplace, so perhaps "we" could initiate a bonus program for government workers to incentivize them. It does not always have to be just a financial incentive, because increased vacation and holiday time off is also supportive of a positive and productive workplace. Anyway, I am absolutely confident that if we cut these commissioners salaries around 25 to 50% that we could still attract excellent Constitutionally minded Individuals who would absolutely LOVE to be in those positions so that they could help our community through these difficult times~! I would rather have someone new as a commissioner who came to the job in good faith because they had a REAL honest personal dedication to community, than these shysters who keep voting for themselves to be paid more & more money to violate laws, rules, the public will and public trust~! A few years ago, I read a very interesting book that made a solid Intellectual case that "come Judgement Day" there would simply be an evaluation of each of us as to our own personal truth and how we lived this life... I completely agree --- and, either way, I would THINK THEY WOULD be very mindful of what is searched on a loaned device. Although they can "clear the history" (if savvy) of their personal machines, I'm sure they cannot clear the search history of a county-owned device, and certainly not the servers. Just as all email, phone call logs, etc., can be subject to an information request (and a subpoena) searched easily with county provided device (and a subpoena can get a search of personal devices).

Since the plexiglass would be privately owned: they cannot remove, tamper with, nor destroy it. At the end of the month, before taken down by the public and preserved: they can choose to have their picture taken with it, make a public statement about it, or say nothing about it at all.

We know the Commissioners are overpaid for what they do. Everyone should be concerned about the way that these three commissioners are spending the time that "we" are paying for them to be working for us. So, it is very important to learn that they have SO much "extra time" in their daily business that they can engage in so many outside personal business interests and entertainment activities. Ha! I am somewhat conflicted because I do feel that it is OK for folks who are being paid to work to take a LITTLE time as absolutely necessary to briefly conduct important personal business matters that occasionally come up, but obviously these three commissioners are NOT working in our best interests even when they do work, so perhaps fewer violations of the public will and trust could oddly be a good thing~! It is like this federal work shutdown, things seem to be more peaceful, less stressful, and much more enjoyable for many when the federal government is shut down ;-) Anyway, I do understand a thing or two about job & work expectations and what salaries are fairly paid for the efforts. I am at a loss to understand exactly what it is that these three commissioners really do, that would qualify them for Income levels that exceed $100,000.00 per year (plus benefits) each? While the pay levels of many in the lower levels of government here are not excessive, I have also noticed that there are some salaries being paid to government workers that are very high for the actual work required/preformed and the related qualifications expected. I understand that Marolee Smith-Devorak, who is running for the Mayor of Port Angeles, has many excellent ideas, but she seems to be one of the few who realize that the government is grotesquely bloated and that there needs to be some serious cost trimming there for Port Angeles to become a more healthy and affordable place to live. Personally, I really do like it when folks can make as much money as they can, however the absolute law of Economics is that no one should be paid more than they are worth because that is "classical waste" (and inefficiency). The truth is that government does not produce or build anything that is actually a benefit to society, so when exorbitant salaries are paid to government employees it becomes an even more dysfunctional drain upon society. I put a very high value upon good performance in the workplace, so perhaps "we" could initiate a bonus program for government workers to incentivize them. It does not always have to be just a financial incentive, because increased vacation and holiday time off is also supportive of a positive and productive workplace. Anyway, I am absolutely confident that if we cut these commissioners salaries around 25 to 50% that we could still attract excellent Constitutionally minded Individuals who would absolutely LOVE to be in those positions so that they could help our community through these difficult times~! I would rather have someone new as a commissioner who came to the job in good faith because they had a REAL honest personal dedication to community, than these shysters who keep voting for themselves to be paid more & more money to violate laws, rules, the public will and public trust~! A few years ago, I read a very interesting book that made a solid Intellectual case that "come Judgement Day" there would simply be an evaluation of each of us as to our own personal truth and how we lived this life... Those of us who lived more selfish lives with no real honest care of or for community (humanity) would fall short of The Mark, The Test, and "recycle" back to continue our Spirits lesson learning. Those of us who, by this specific author's calculation, had lived 51% or more in honest care of "others" (community/society) would pass on to whatever level was next~! Although they can "clear the history" (if savvy) of their personal machines, I'm sure they cannot clear the search history of a county-owned device, and certainly not the servers. Just as all email, phone call logs, etc., can be subject to an information request (and a subpoena) searched easily with county provided device (and a subpoena can get a search of personal devices).

You know like real jobs that give you the company manual. what pathetic searches. At any point, I might have 75 tabs open on my browser! These are not people doing serious research on any topic.
And, they don't read. Those are SAD, sad searches.
Which begs the question, first, they KNOW this is a device searchable on a public records request.. and not a personal device. Then why in the hell would they use the device for anything personal? Laptops are not expensive (well, you can go expensive, if you need it, I doubt they need it for browsing). Why not have personal, and junk it up, and then the county one -- it's just as easy to use two computers as it is one, and it's just as easy to be mindful of how you use them.
And, lastly, WTF is with putting stickers on the computer? Are they children? Adults don't cover their computers, their refrigerators, or cars with junk stickers. It's plebeian, and a sure sign of insecurity. It's sleazy to junk up things -- especially a professional work computer!!
But most of all, what sad searches. It shows just how mundane their thinking is.
The stickers have to do with a metaphysical/spiritual rule or law...they have to 'out' themselves somehow, but they are allowed to do it in code-form.
People have to have the discernment to see and hear and know what they are up to.
You don't have to be religious to see that there is a battle playing out between what we call good and evil...they are polarities on a continuum of a psycho-spiritual nature.
It may be juvenile, or it may be they are unconscious of the fact that they 'have to' out themselves, somehow.
They are closer to NPC's or Non-Player-Characters in the gaming world. (I personally don't participate). A NPC is controlled by the matrix of the game...they have no personal volition...kind of like drones or bots...the kommissars may or may not be totally NPC's but the lack of engagement and the seeming sociopathy they exhibit would suggest they are not good critical thinkers, rather they have been programmed by the culture in the universities they attended and are semi-mindless agents for another entity. The connections to U.N. Agenda 21+++, ICLEI, the various NGO/NPO obsessions and their individual and collective actions suggest beings who are conditioned and controlled by others. They are very intolerant of any criticism, as they never respond to the criticisms and there are no public debates or open forums to work out problems.
Call it what you will...they are like 16 year olds who have had no discipline since they were 10 years old...spoiled, arrogant, insecure, cocksure, etc.
They are surely a liability to a sane society...but then again...maybe there are no sane societies!😎

Washington State is very clear regarding county commissioner pay rate is equal to a FULL TIME job. But we all knew full-time was not understood by Ozias, as he serves on 17-20 other boards. Either they are just using his name, and doesn’t participate, or he participates and screws the locals.
Either way I feel “How frigging stupid are you? Bring your own laptop for chess, personal investments and all those big words you don’t understand.

If every commissioner had a plexiglass panel hung on their office doors for one month, and every county citizen were as free to put stickers onto it as these commissioners do with our County-owned laptops: how many people would go out of their way to post there?
How many stickers would be likely be from CC Watchdog.
Since the plexiglass would be privately owned: they cannot remove, tamper with, nor destroy it. At the end of the month, before taken down by the public and preserved: they can choose to have their picture taken with it, make a public statement about it, or say nothing about it at all.

ozias,french,johnson have got to be without question the most untrustworthy-incompetent-wasteful board commissioners in clallam counties history.The amount of problems and the wasteful spending that these three cause is very concerning and they appear to have no intentions of changing course.They obviously are putting their go's-ngo's interest and orders above the citizens interest.They have violated their pledged oaths on numerous occasions.Playing computer games during business hours when they have important issues to deal with a clear sign of ignorance,i wonder how much time is spent getting freebies on tribal grounds.
