Remember: The BoCC and city councils ceded their authority to an unelected public health official, Dr. Allison Berry. For two years she locked us down, mandated masks and vaccines, enforced the 6' social distancing, and closed our schools. These elected bureaucrats don't want the responsibilty that comes with the job, so they pass it on. Thank you, Jeff, for defining all of these positions and issues. I am slowly learning the terms, positions, and procedures. It's a lot! I don't know how you do it.

The 6' rule comes from metaphysics. We radiate strongly from our 'heart field' about a 3' radius (Heart Math Institute data) so keeping us 'separate' means we have a more difficult time 'connecting' with each other and much easier to manipulate through fear.

The 'devil' is alive and well in our 'authority figures'...and they ARE just 'figures'...they have only the power we give them.

Just say no to tyranny...all the players that 'locked us down' are still there, waiting for their next 'directive'.

It's going to get ugly. Prepare mentally. Firm detachment is necessary to deal with this crap.

It's nauseating reading their 'double speak' language...they literally think and speak in another form of English...they are NOT our brothers and sisters...they are our enemy.

And they are against humanity, (heart, mind and soul).

This is psycho-spiritual warfare using 'media' and technology to capture and manipulate us.

'We stand together, or hang separately!'😎

Isn't this project almost identical to the lake that formed behind the Elwah dam, that was subsequently destroyed to "save the sah-muhn"? All this "off-channel horsepucky is intended to convey the notion that their reservoir will not impede the salmon. Well, why didn't they simply create a bypass channel for the Elwah River dam to achieve the same thing?

This all feels very fishy (salmony) to me, and now this organizational hierarchy you write about. Gee, why don't I trust our county government???

I've heard from local fisherman that they prefer to fish in Canada for a variety of reasons, one being that Canada maximizes their hatcheries as compared to the local ones running at partial capacity I've heard at the local tribe's insistance.

You seem to have a good grip on this sort of thing. If any of the above is true, I also wonder how Canada handles their rivers and tributaries compared to us?

It's getting pretty hot, as we career towards an unwanted future with the socio-psychopaths running amok.

Yes indeed~!

The criminals of humanity do have D.E.W's and as we have seen they don't have any problems ruthlessly using them~! This is precisely why "we" can never quit, and we have no options other than to remove these evil Individuals from society forever... It is excellent that you are aware of the D.E.W. threats my friend. All of the evidence that I have been able to compile does in fact suggest, if not proves, that the white hats (The Global Alliance) has been arresting and prosecuting many of the criminals of humanity for at least 9+ years now. In fact, there may be some who have been imprisoned for many years; however, I would fully expect that the majority of those found guilty of conducting crimes against humanity and/or treason have been and will continue to be executed~! There are a great many good reasons that this would likely be true, however on the top of the list would be because of the extreme aspects of these absolutely horrific crimes, and the undeniable fact that many good folks would be harmed and killed hunting these evil criminals down to kill that if they find out that they are still alive (even in prison ;-) When the general population reaches a certain point of understanding about what has REALLY been going on, many will never rest until these evil monsters are dead~! The white hats know this and they have already proven to be extremely careful trying to keep folks from harm... So, the white hats would be extremely unlikely to make any effort to avoid executing these evil criminals, because good folks would NEVER accept that they were spared being executed~!

Keep the faith~!

Expand full comment
Michael Heath's avatar

Yes, faith in God and Goodness, but not so much after that is merited~!

I sure do know what you mean about wanting "to see the proof of ongoing housekeeping"~! On the other hand, what exactly would that "proof" entail and "who" would folks really believe in these days of hateful division~? When the corrupt media says something, it is nearly a 100% chance (odds) that they are lying. For the deranged hateful anti-Trump clowns nothing that he says is true (even though it is and he has kept his word regularly so far). If Jesus returned there would be a massive number of people who called Him terrible things, and they would never believe Him! Ha! Because of the criminals of humanity there is no longer a single source that "everyone" would trust these days... This makes "proof" a dubious goal for the best of us. There are however those of us who employ serious honest scientific methods to discover the truth and what amounts to proof. Unfortunately, many times the best that "we" can do is to assignee statistical odds of likelihood, where there is a more or less chance that what we are finding is true or not so much. This is where I actually have many decades of very successful analysis. That said, for the average Individual who does not believe anything until they see in on the 6 o'clock news, nothing will convince them of anything, and they are tragically brainwashed because the media has long ago betrayed any and all trust rational folks had for them. Here is an excellent example of being "aware" and possessing strong personal discernment skills backed by a solid understanding of reality, history, and the general sciences... The vast majority of folks who watched the national parade in DC last weekend would NEVER see past the Patriotic pomp and ceremony. However, I am not the only one who noticed some things that were extremely interesting because some of us know and understand US Military style signaling when we see it. During the parade ceremony there was a very specific glimpse of a lone US Military officer who didn't appear to actually be IN the parade, however he was carrying an American flag that was appropriately folded into the usual triangle for presentation purposes. This Military officer was pictured in quite a hurry, and he had all the appearances of being on a mission. He was also closely followed by a heavy-set woman dressed in civilian clothes, carrying a camera, who appeared to be recording this Military officer as he took that American flag right to President Trump and very officially presented it to him at the official podium~! That my friend was "proof" but of what? There are some excellent folks Online who are really quite good at detecting these things, as am I, and you can find their further analysis if you so desire. Anyway, what the vast majority completely missed, was in all likelihood direct proof that this parade was very real, but there was a LOT more going on that the average folks were not supposed to see happening. That IS Military style signaling, in ALL of our faces right in the open where few would ever see it, with a clear and obvious flourish~! Ha Ha Ha! Now, for the few who even noticed it, most would argue & fight that it was this or that, and basically anything but something absolutely important that only very special audiences would be able to see and understand, but some of us actually do know better because we have either been trained in the art of war or we have trained ourselves in the art of war (the hard way ;-) So, I present you with this "proof" and you can do your own homework if you like. I will give you a powerful hint that what Americans witnessed during that parade was in fact a US Military operation that had an entirely different objective, purpose, and meaning that was not exposed by the media in ways that the majority would possibly understand~! The hint is that "we" (America) has been under US Military control for well over 5+++ years now and yes during the fake Biden administration. Few have the remotest idea of what has really been going on now for over 9 years and in fact many decades, but this is a terribly serious and MASSIVE scale nasty old war. The truth is that "we" (Americans) have actually been told what was going on, even though most are incapable of understanding it, but stay tuned because in due time folks will be clued in and many are going to be absolutely shocked at what they have missed. Right now, "we" are being shown a great many things because many times you can't simply tell people the truth, but you are forced to "show" them the truth because that is the only way the majority will ever believe it~! Ha! I am not that Intelligent at all; however, I have been intentionally working on these kinds of things for about 60 years now, while most others were blindly living their lives from day to day, because that is why I am "here" in the first place... It is a LOT of brutal work and devotion to duty, but when your parents are in "need-to-know" positions and they teach you things that very few know about reality at an early age, it is understandable for that child to wonder just what your parents don't know and that sure can trigger a life on the quest of truth and understanding~! I just dared to open Pandora's Box ;-) Be well and keep your eyes & ears open, because most folks are completely missing well over 80% of what is really going on~! They will have the opportunity to catch up to reality if they have the strength and honor, when the "re-runs" come out~! Baaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~! Be of good cheer because things are in fact better than the corrupt media would have folks believe in their Hellish fear porn matrix~! Cheers~! Mike

You do have a likely point my friend~!

We obviously have terrible satanic evil that has been active and deeper into society than many currently understand~! I know that much has been written on the subject, especially about the return of Jesus, but I am personally not so sure that Jesus ever really left ;-) As an old student of history I have learned never to trust what humans have written, regardless of how long ago they wrote it, but as always, I remain open to all possibilities. Especially when considering the absolute power of God :) Oh yes! There are a great many things that "we" are witnessing that can easily be connected to religious writings, especially The Bible (regardless of the version that one chooses to read). I have no clue "when" Jesus may officially return to fight the last battle, maybe he is here already doing just that right now, but I do know that countless poor souls have come and gone anticipating His return "any day"~! I have actually been an ordained minister for quite a few years, even though it was more to declare my Intentions against this satanic evil that "we" are currently fighting against. So, I don't pretend that I know very much in the grand scheme of things. The one thing that I am sure of however, is that "we" (good folks) should never hesitate to help ourselves, because evil (satan) never rests and God obviously wants us to do our best in this "test" called life that we are engaged in together... These are amazing times, and evil is being confronted in ways that I doubt it ever has faced, so keep up the good work because all good folks have a role to play~! Keep the faith~!

All the stated goals of the reservoir project are an obvious benefit to the community. Recharge of the area aquifer is my priority and I am interested in learning the specifics of how reservoir captured water would accomplish that recharge. The project is without question watershed planning, making it a DCD responsibility. I suspect what constitutes "public works" is subject to debate, but by definition the DCD is responsible for at a minimum 50% up to 100% of the project. "Public" seems self explanatory. Yet the term is inclusive of area, community, municipal, county, State and Federal. The only status I can imagine not inclusive of public is private. The Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe is by our laws private, sovereign if you prefer, having no/none/"0" say in public projects absent some mutually endorsed specific contract allowing their participation. DCD leadership is patently incorrect in delegating it's responsibility to "public works. The DCD is public works.

In the last community meeting it was clarified that this phase, more to come, does NOT provide aquifer recharge due to design.

The county has subsequently deleted that after it was called to their attention, or they admitted as much in follow on questions from Jeff.

Lastly, any aquifer recharge, as again I recall, has to do with the City of Sequim, not the rest of us who live around the river drainage.

I take it as a bait-n-switch to have used those words to entice people who don't dig deeper into going along with it.

I'm sure that Jeff's recollection is better than mine if he'd like to clarify.

I have tried as best I can to help with the project and scale it down to still accomplish their goal without a brontosaurus size reservoir that would cause a biblical flooding event, and raise everyone's home insurance rates.

If the county commissioners take on this project and comrade Ozias assumes the lead, we will effectively be ceding control to the Jamestown Tribe, a sovereign nation, that will then determine when, where, and for how many $$$, Clallam County U.S.A. citizens will have access to ‘tribal’ water. Excellent summary of the commissioner's strategic and shameful public engagement. I have contacted all 3 commissioners simultaneously on multiple occasions (also Bill Peach when he was commissioner). Three of my most pressing concerns included well-thought-out emails and supporting evidence. These were:

1. Coastal Watershed's extended closure of the Beach Lake public beach access, which defied their grant requirements. Coastal Watershed received millions of dollars to acquire the Beach Lake property by promising public access and by soliciting organizational support under that premise. The grant language does not allow Coastal to close access for extended periods.

2. Dr. Berry's attack on the liberty of our county's residents through a memo of unsubstantiated claims that contradicted the FDA and CDC's own websites at the time.

3. The county's adoption of recent revisions to Washington State's building codes that are guaranteed to decrease housing affordability in the midst of a housing crisis.

The response to these concerns by the commissioners was strategic and consistent: Randy replied once, refuting my position. A follow-up email to his response was always ignored.

Not once has my district 3 commissioner ever responded to me personally (French or Peach).

Maybe others have different experiences, but is Randy responsible for fielding emails to give citizens the illusion of being heard? Or does he just silence certain viewpoints?

The CRC water steward committee has been in a quandary over whose dept the position would be under. Weeks ago it was said the BOCC didn't want it under them. Next came the prosecutors office and then back to the BOCC must be. This weeks amendment language draft mtg crossed out the BOCC and I believe will be replaced with administrator

Why the dilemma? CO Environmental Health is the go to for wells, water testing, regulates B water systems and has a direct relationship with the DOE and ODW (office of drinking water). Is it likely that no one wants to be the fall guy and bearer of bad news? Do they fear liability for their decisions? Other states won't go near altering accustomed water rights for fear of being sued.

If this is only a position to gather information so they can send you in the right direction to get your questions answered and absolutely not regulatory, why the quandary?

Shouldn’t they be using the same equipment as their ancestors while everyone else pays the brunt of the taxes below. Email from WDFW below for reference.

Recreational fishing and hunting license costs increase July 1

June 18, 2025

As a result of state legislation passed this session, hunting and fishing license fees will increase July 1, 2025, reflecting the first license fee increase since 2011. Signed by Gov. Bob Ferguson on May 17, the bill increases fees by 38% and includes a senior discount for hunting licenses and a senior and disabled veteran discount for license packages (Fish Washington and Get Outdoors).

WDFW did not request this legislation. Although this bill increases revenue for the Department, most of the revenue is used to cover increased costs while the remainder is used to offset State General Fund reductions as a fund swap. The swap is $10.1 million for 2025-27 and $7 million per biennium ongoing thereafter.
