Mistakes happen in campaigns of every size. The bigger question is whether campaign finance rules are being enforced fairly—or selectively against political outsiders.
This campaign has become good intentions vs. evil. The left has no rules and break them without consequences. Today the left stands for a socialistic form of government that fails at every attempt in society. Where has communism brought a positive result for the common citizen? It has failed in every case and brought a social chaos to the people except the few in charge. We face a financial future that is bleak in CC unless we can change course. Jeff and Jake see this and are chastised at every attempt to point this out. Sad how the minority is taking over.
I think we are far beyond the 'speaking' stage but we have to exhaust all possibilities before 'that' which is what the left is hoping for...we remain nice while they go insane and destroy everything good and holy. Oh, well...the cycles repeat...until they don't!
"The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one." (1 John 5:19)
Jesus also never argued with Satan about who these kingdoms belong to. "So he brought him [Jesus] up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time. Then the Devil said to him: “I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish." (Luke 4:5,6)
I was in PA when the parade was happening, but I didn't go and participate as I would have, because I visited a disheartened friend, who talks to a lot of disheartened friends, who didn't know about Jake Seegers.
We sat in her home and played a salient, CC Watchdog interview with him, while pausing to discuss it at times.
She was grateful that I took time to share that, and I took home a dozen farm fresh eggs, as usual, from our visit.
There are some, upon reading this, who would demand that those gifted eggs be reported as a campaign contribution, because they have lawyers who would spend county money to prosecute it as though it was a legal offense.
The rest of us would see it for what it is, AND isnt!!
Good morning fellow Patriots, yes, isn’t it amazing that they didn’t check their own signs. Hypocrisy has no bounds. Well I believe a little tit for tat-is in order.
Now regarding the ribbon cutting for the new apartments that’s gonna be trashed I would say in a month if it takes that long, thank you for wasting our money Clallam County Clowns!
Paul Pickett threw the first mud ball, let him settle the debate of federal vs state vs county signage. Regardless of what is mandated on a political sign, Emily Randall's signs are planted next to Mike French signs and there is a notable difference in the required font size, style, and required disclosures. Emily should change hers to compliment those she's running with. It's nother way to solve the solution for every candidate. As always, a good article, Jeff, to once again, when juxtaposed, shows us who has the welfare of the county in the forefront of his campaign. JAKE SEEGERS 2026!
Paul Pickett filed those complaints with the PDC to highlight his pettiness skills. Bravo! Now that you've accomplished that you can turn your efforts to cleaning up that slumlord vacant lot you rent out.
The ribbon cutting at North View low barrier high cost housing opens an era of endless taxpayer subsidized repair and utility payments - another celebratory moment for the dwindling number of working stiffs.
Its poor planning. The Port Angeles post card is already in a shabby state of affairs.
They have this on again off again sea level rise /tsunami condition that is typical of liberal ways. If there is sea level rise, this housing went right where the obvious relocation of the downtown core would be if you wanted a healthy town supported by upscale hotels properties. Instead of building boardwalk and park place and then opening up this danger zone to public use split among tribal and non tribal. They are setting old PA up for crumbling decay. Its insane to say you can't build here..and then build select projects there like the event center. Same goes for the tribal library in Blyn.
Then again Washington chases corporations out. That area should be a Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, Best Western and Wyndam enterprise area. The views would attract millions and totally revamp the post card. Port Angeles would have steady income. Instead, we have this cloud hanging over downtown, where only the tribes and city can do anything with despite the NOAA maps and M-9 warnings. Its poor planning and inconsistent public policy.
The left specializes in the derision, degrading and belittling of any candidate not claiming to be Democrat. Why ? I believe independent thinking is the real threat. To the party of group think Lemmings independent thinking is a cancer. If the Lemmings start thinking independently, it would cause their parting with the party. I can only hope Mike French is thrown under the bus with the same Democratic process used against Joe Biden. I long to ask the Democrat faithful when it was that they cast their vote for Mrs. Word Salad.
The bottom line is people with decent morals do not support all the despicable agendas and actions the radical libtards stand for.Deceit, lying, cheating,no accountability, hypocrisy, child abuse laws, unconstitutional mandated laws, mandated vaccines, massive corruption $$$,ballot cheating, excessive taxes, woke agendas, naked whackadoodle costume parades ect ect ect this is the sick democratic party.

I understand that the details involved in running a political campaign are currently complicated, but do they REALLY need to be? Exactly who is being served by these overly complicated and confusing rules? I do wonder! When the so-called "enforcement arm" has serious trouble understanding the rules, have the rules become SO complicated and convoluted that average Individuals struggle to clearly understand them? Could it be that less than honorable Individuals have been constantly manipulating these "rules", to the point where few if any can keep up with them at any given point in time? I have had this same conversation with numerous attorneys over the decades, and we ALL admit that it is just a rigged "shit show" that serves the establishment (AKA; "The Swamp") and only does harm to ALL Americans. I don't believe that many would have a problem with rules that required candidate disclosures regarding political party affiliation and who was supporting their campaign, but I wonder if that is even REALLY possible given all of the politicians that have so clearly lied to get into office? Not to even mention all of the politicians who have lied to get into office and then proceeded to use their office & power to constantly lie and deceive the public~! There are no "rules" that require political candidates to tell the truth, and the State of Washington decades ago told me that there are no laws or rules against unethical behavior. I wonder how quickly the criminals and thieves in political office AND the business community would disappear, if there were laws against lying, deceiving, and unethical behavior? HA! That sure would take all of the fun, profit, and power out of government service and the corrupt businesses, would it not? Political ad and signage "font size"? Oh, for crying out loud~! It would seem that any such "font size" rules should have been established LONG ago, understood well as basic rules, and very unlikely ever need to be changed or modified again. So, I am highly suspicious that these "font size" and related printing rules are being used to further weaponize the system against the general public wellbeing, instead of serving the public good... We sure have seen more than enough "weaponization of the laws, rules and guidelines" in the US at every level, against every single American, for countless decades now, so we definitely need to put an end to that kind of criminal behavior~! Shysters like Pickett of the Democrat communist party are a dime a dozen now in the US and every jack-N-apes in the country has learned how to weaponize the corporate system against anyone they dislike, so these are the subversive people who are actually destroying the fabric of the American society~! I know that the Constitutional common law system if currently being "re-established" in America, and these subversive criminals will find that the justice system will at that point become their worst nightmare for the abuses that they are responsible for~! Folks with REAL legitimate concerns and complaints will be heard, however this evil dirty underhanded business of weaponizing the law to do harm or for profit or power will result in VERY serious consequences that are WAY overdue~!

French encourages NOT to build apartments in the county. He wants them all in city limits. County has more room & it's cheaper in the long run. Port Angeles is spread out. East of city limits to Walmart is considered Port Angeles, even though it's technically county. He doesn't want to build there. Port Angeles is limited on land mass & while he's supporting low barrier housing, he isn't supporting expanding housing outside the city line.
Concentrating the masses IS communist control protocol. That's how evil rolls! Try talking your way out of that!👁️
"Hypocrisy on Parade"? Jeff, you nailed the title, but you completely pointed the camera at the wrong person. Let’s talk about the Watchdog's latest 48-minute exercise in Olympic-level deflection. Yesterday, he was practically vibrating with rage about a "misinformation campaign" against his preferred candidate, Jake Seegers. Today, he literally broadcasts a massive piece of misinformation to his subscribers, completely inventing an election law "conspiracy" because he doesn't understand basic civics.
If you actually try to sit through the podcast, the sheer whiplash is exhausting. He spends the first fifteen minutes randomly rambling about Seattle drug tourism, low-barrier housing, and a horrific crime scene in an Olympia encampment. What does any of that have to do with a local campaign sign violation in Clallam County? Absolutely nothing. It’s a textbook smoke-and-mirrors routine designed to bury the real facts under a mountain of unrelated crap.
Let's clear the smoke and look at the actual facts versus Jeff’s convenient fiction…
Jeff spends a massive chunk of time zooming in on a parade photo of Emily Randall’s campaign sign, screaming "Gotcha!" because her sponsor ID font size doesn't match the strict state-level Washington Public Disclosure Commission ratios.
Hey, quick reality check for a self-described "watchdog": Emily Randall was running for the U.S. House of Representatives. That is a federal office. Federal campaigns are governed exclusively by the Federal Election Commission, not the state PDC. Federal law completely preempts those state font-size rules. The PDC has zero jurisdiction over her signs. Comparing a local county commissioner race to a federal congressional race isn't a "double standard by the machine"--it's a false equivalency manufactured to whip up fake outrage because Jeff botched the compliance rules while managing Seegers' campaign.
Then lets talk about the $59,000 "Shoestring" War Chest. Jeff loves a good David vs. Goliath story, crying on air about Seegers running a "shoestring independent campaign" with "no party backing, just volunteers."
Let's look at the actual PDC filings. Seegers has raised $59,055. His opponent, incumbent Mike French, has reported $9,232 so far. Seegers hasn't just out-raised the incumbent; he has out-raised him nearly 6 to 1. He is mathematically the undisputed financial heavyweight in this race, fueled by the exact same individual donor network that funds local Republican operations, and business cash. Calling a $59K local war chest a "shoestring budget" is a flat-out insult to the voters' intelligence.
FYI Historically, it costs a fraction of that to actually run a competitive, winning race in Clallam County. In fact, when Mike French won this seat, he did it without spending a fraction of that amount, even while his previous challenger burned through twice as much cash trying to beat him.
For a camp that constantly lectures the county about fiscal discipline and managing budgets, sitting on a staggering war chest that is five times the baseline budget required for a local seat raises some serious red flags. If they handle public funds the way they handle campaign cash, Clallam County is in trouble.
For a scrappy, underfunded, grassroots operation, the spending priorities are wild. The campaign burned over $6,100 strictly on graphic design and artwork, plus another $14,700 on printing signs. That means over a third of their entire war chest was poured purely into visual aesthetics. It really drives home how corporate and heavily engineered this supposedly "grassroots, volunteer, shoestring" operation actually is. They didn't just casually throw together some local print shop orders; they deployed an unprecedented, expensive, high-volume blitz to plaster the county. The narrative of the humble, cash-strapped outsider just doesn't survive contact with their actual checkbook.
And the punchline? Because Jeff didn't bother to read the publicly available state sign laws before ordering them, Seegers had to flush another $3,000 of donor money down the toilet just to patch and correct the non-compliant signs after getting caught. That’s nearly $10,000 spent on visual branding mistakes.
The most hilarious part of the podcast is when Jeff reads a comment from a critic named "Lisa," who points out that Jeff loves to wave the banner of accountability when barking at local leaders, but the second his own operation breaks the law, he blames the PDC, blames the Peninsula Daily News, and hides behind the excuse that he "didn't know the rules."
Instead of taking ownership of a massive managerial screw-up, Jeff chooses to read her comment out loud, dismiss her pettily as "highly emotional," and then immediately pivots to weaponize a fake story about a federal campaign sign to distract his audience.
He acts as if the state is out policing neighborhoods, selectively hunting down his team. But here is the reality he won't tell his audience: the PDC does not actively patrol Clallam County looking for font-size violations. It is entirely a complaint-driven system. For a campaign to get flagged, someone has to physically photograph the sign and file a formal citizen complaint. If Seegers' campaign got caught, it’s because their rival campaign or an observant voter dropped the dime on them…not because of a partisan deep-state enforcement agenda.
Jeff finishes the episode by playing a George Carlin clip about people who live in a padded ideological bubble where they defend nonsense at all costs because admitting they are wrong is unacceptable.
Look in the mirror, Jeff. Carlin was literally talking about you.
The monkey is putting his 2 cents in again today. Wow you are a long winded ape. You continue to waste your precious time on this blog with your mumbo jumbo misinformation and careless facts of your own views. You are a big bag of hot air that could fly a balloon. Only I am sure you have a solution to all this. You still are lacking that blog that what have u done to makeCC a better place! Nothing!
I assume most candidates approve where their signs are erected? No. If so you might want to tell French his sign in Carlsborg is erected on property owned by person who financially exploited elder. So much for "visual aesthetics."

One would think that French would be embarrassed at his fan bases behaviour at this point. Cause they are cray cray big time.
