@jefftozzer, I formally request a minimum of listening time to meet the recommended physcial activity requirements (see below), get a walking pad to walk on while you are recording the podcast so you can stay “resilient” and be the change we need in Clallam county with pro health “sustainable” behavior, while being a contributing human to society (no pressure just helping you to fend off hypocrisy). Also, I love that you end the podcast that we will be here together tomorrow, it brings hope through connection. Thank you for all that you do Jeff!

“Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. The 150 minutes can be broken up. For example, you can be physically active for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Some physical activity is better than none.

The truth is that I am hopeful for some positive results this election cycle, however it is probably just a little early for the dynamic changes that I am expecting. I am not sure about the midterm elections next year and we could see the end of the corrupt no ID "mail in ballots" scam of the criminals, however I have confidence that before the 2028 national election our election system should be much more honest~!

God willing~!

Be of good cheer~!

SECRET

adjective

1. not known or seen or not meant to be known or seen by others

noun

1. something that is kept or meant to be kept unknown or unseen by others

Why do the leaders of JKT feel threatened to the point of going “underground” and hiding relevant news? The now inaccessible newsletters and interactive trust land maps contained facts that were archived and factually quotable. How do we find what use to be open information now? I guess we have to revert to the game show I’VE GOT A SECRET:

I've Got a Secret 1952-1967

Each panelist has one 30-second period to ask questions that will help them try to guess the secret. The process repeats until either the secret is guessed or if all four panelists are unable to guess the secret, meaning, (if the secret is kept) THE CONTESTANT RECEIVES THE MAXIMUM PAYOUT.

HA~!

Good one Patriot Jennifer~!

Of course, in this "game" the contestant could also receive the maximum "booby prize" and end up in prison~! I wonder exactly what these "sneak thieves" are REALLY up to~? What is it that they are SO afraid of and is the general public in any danger? I would not put anything past these slimy characters~! Good creative comment my friend~!

Sincerely, Mike

I like Firesign Theater. The skit where the subject is injected with a disease. The subject has about 30 seconds to figure out what the disease is, and if the subject guesses correctly the antidote is administered.

Its crazy. If you get once punch you can stop another using deadly force if your elderly...and if you don't go down like Frazier.

State v. Hendrickson (1995)

Citation: 129 Wn.2d 61, 917 P.2d 563

Holding:

A single punch can justify deadly force if the defender reasonably believes it will lead to serious injury or death (e.g., head trauma, multiple attackers).

Impact: “Disparity of force” matters—size, age, number of attackers.

If anybody signs a complaint with intruders on your property and law enforcement does nothing about it asap and something really bad happens then the officers could get a lawsuit initiated against their county. They seem to get away with allowing encampments on public property but private property is a higher risk value.Complaints against officers which holds them back from promotions is something they worry about. My guess is some property owners are not signing complaints.

and

Jeff, Marolee, whomever is interested in taking care of extraneous materials that are no longer wanted. In a small community I used to live in long ago, they had a yearly event called "My Trash, Your Treasure" where old appliances, furniture, clothing, dishware, towels or what have you were neatly piled by each person's home and anyone who saw something they could use, repurpose, repair, reinvent, was welcome to pick up that item, gratis. At the end of two days (always held over a nice weekend) the local sanitation department would come through and remove the remaining items, gratis again, for transport to the dump. You weren't allowed to throw out things that had the potential to combust or poison the earth or people but, otherwise it was generally a pretty welcome "Spring" cleaning for most.

Sadly amusing; a study to review why the study on the study failed. Study as she goes. Miscreants like Michael Heller can live in a cell or perform public service. "There is no generally accepted definition of Indigenous peoples, although in the 21st century the focus has been on self-identification, cultural difference from other groups in a state, a special relationship with their traditional territory, and an experience of subjugation and discrimination under a dominant cultural model. Estimates of the population of Indigenous peoples range from 250 million to 600 million. There are some 5,000 distinct Indigenous peoples spread across every inhabited climate zone and inhabited continent of the world. Wikipedia". Those for whom all the tribal/indigenous/native peoples efforts, grants, special benefits and rights were created are now dead. Anyone today claiming that status has a computer, cellphone, car/truck, perhaps motorized boat and uses non-native built infrastructure. Assimilation has not only been successful; it is a done deed, a wrap, a job well done. I find our local example of Ron Allen an impressive success, but I am doubting he has ever lived in a tee pee, killed dinner with a spear or arrow or harpooned a whale. When can we please stop giving our resources away to dead people ? Our right to support any classification or disadvantaged grouping is unfettered, but it has no place in our Government. You support your cause and I will support mine, but do not take from me and support some cause not of my choosing.

You know I used to like it when family plot, and the tv plot got stale and a villain would pop up on a show to rally the characters to prevail.. Heller's been a Klingon, Romulan, and about every kind of villain You could imagine for our characters..

I think we are pretty much rallied at this point..Isn't this a public rally...prevailing's the hard part. They got villains in the blue page section now... Head of agency. makes almost as much as the Governor does.

I don't wish to quibble over semantics but are not the humans known by the term "Indigenous" originally from Northeast Asia? Historical records indicate that during the last Ice Age hunter-gatherer groups crossed the Bering Strait and into North America. At the time only animals lived here and the Indigenous People displaced their habitat. I think these people owe Colonizers a large remittance for the improvements made. As was mentioned earlier I don't see anybody traveling by canoe or living in a tee pee.
