It is really high time for the federal department of justice to get involved in the incestuous relationships between the County Commissioners and the local NGOs and the tribe. Examples of conflicts of interest among the Commissioners and the NGOs and the tribes, particularly Commissioners Ozais and French, wherein these Commissioners routinely vote to hand out County money to NGOs they also represent as their board members, plus routinely voting money and/or favorable policy decisions to the tribes after receiving campaign contributions from the tribes, smacks of corruption. Are there no County or State prosecutors who are supposed to stop this kind of corruption? The Federal DOJ will if they are made aware of this
Maybe the actions of these commissions are above board, but the whole cozy arrangement stinks to me!

When sworn representatives of a sovereign nation hide their agenda by meeting with representatives of another sovereign nation behind closed doors; and then openly favors them in every possible way: it's impossible to believe that their oath of office was EVER more than a flirtatious campaign promise!
