So the next step is a recall of the 3 Commissioners?!

Expand full comment
Katinka@nikola.com's avatar

A possibility but quite the process. Petitioners have 180 days to collect signatures from registered voters in Clallam County.

The number of signatures required is 25% of the total votes cast for the commissioner’s office in the most recent election for that position. A clear and concise synopsis of the charge alleging malfeasance, misfeasance, or violation of the oath of office, with specific facts supporting the claim.

Below is a portion (cut and paste) of Oct 2, 2023 ... In August, Washington State voters recalled three school board members. It can also turn into a lengthy process usually taking a year or more for a decision:

https://statecourtreport.org/our-work/analysis-opinion/washington-voters-used-their-constitutional-recall-power-remove-school

It is clear that voters can recall officials when they make serious allegations of unlawful conduct. It is unclear under what circumstances short of illegality that voters can recall an official. The court explained that “a recall charge can be based on conduct that is not unlawful but does violate the official’s duties.” But then it found the parts of the petition that alleged failure to comply with ethical standards inadequate to go before voters. What will it take to show that an official behaved in a “manifestly unreasonable manner?” The court provided no definitive answer. Ultimately, those filing a recall petition must prepare for the reality that JUDGES may play as important a role in the recall process as voters.

Judges seemingly always play a key role and always bring their cultural biases with them to the bench. And the "opposition" is aware of the process, the time factor, and the cost.

That Judge was one appointed by Inslee (along with 250 judges, the most appointed anywhere, ever). He had ZERO judicial experience, and is simply a well-connected kid in our local legal cabal. He is rather fond of doing things like giving someone an unwarranted "lifetime restraining order" (which I have never heard of). He is rather arrogant, and quite full of himself. That particular Judge is not known for fair or thoughtful decisions.

That's maybe why having an attorney that knows the judges rulings may have an opportunity to hopefully guide your case for the best outcome. At least in a larger county. Doesn't probably make any sense to take your tax bill, circle the line entry, return a copy with a check for $5 less than your bill. Let the county file a lien. Pay the $5 a few years down the road.

Expand full comment
Jennifer's avatar

Geoff, in reality who really has the money for an attorney? You will go broke long before the case ends.

Liens do come with interest. The $5 will turn into a lot more than that, plus the court filing fees. I know, sorta been there done that although it involved something completely different.

What the gov't is doing is making the unlawful, 'legal', which allows them to carry out clearly amoral, immoral, unethical and subversive activities with impunity under Color of Law.

Law based on high morals and ethics is based on True Law, Natural Law, The Law of the Land, The Peoples' Law, and is pretty black and white...things are either right...or wrong...the 'created' gray Zone is where they carry out their nefarious activities under protection of Color of Law law.

We will not prevail playing the game by the rules they have set up.

Once in a while the people are thrown a bone to give the impression of due process, like when Ghislaine was prosecuted and imprisoned and is now being slow-released, when her only crime was human trafficking!😱

Notice lots of rumors about prosecuting political criminals but no actual justice being carried out...Diddy set scot free, etc.

It's only lower level operatives that ever get any heat and they are being pampered by the corrupt system.

This is DEEP KIMCHI and is going to take a lot more than protesting and petitioning and 'voting'.

The reason people (hopefully) revolt is because they are being treated in a revulsive way.

Tax revolt time! Seriously! Can begin to be implemented immediately with written notices and 'signed intent' forms, like a petition, only not petitioning, but warning the gov't what's going to happen if they don't step down.

We probably don't have enough participants to meet the criteria for 'recall' and not likely a corrupt democrat judge will 'allow' it.

Do we SEE the actual situation we are in?

We are SUBJECTS to a parasitic 'ruling class' operating under under Color of Law.

Eastern Clallam County has the worst air quality, IN THE STATE according to the state clean air people.

I do have an issue with that, as so much of our air pollution comes from 'unconscious' open burning.

There is a science to burning and it's pretty basic...contain the debris...cover it when possible...let it season (dry) so it burns hotter...only burn when conditions are right...dry enough to burn...humid enough to reduce risk...no high pressure system, so the smoke doesn't just 'settle'... and conscious awareness and courtesy of neighbors.

It's basic common sense, but that quality is lacking and we can't legislate morals... although the 'social credit score', which we ALL already have building against us, is going to, eventually, be used to legislate morals (whose morals remains to be seen).

The wildfires are another issue and affect large multi-state, province, regions.

That's another story as fire science people, who can be found on the web, are giving testimony and opinions as to the 'nature' of a lot of these fires, which are either supernatural or D.E.W. caused.

Further, all the fracking has caused MASSIVE amounts of methane and other gases to escape, uncontrolled, from the crust of the Earth AND are causing many earthquakes.

The methane escapement is likely contributing to the intensity of these fires but...even that doesn't account for entire houses being turned to ash...including the metal appliances and porcelain fixtures like sinks and toilets and granite countertops, which is impossible with 'natural' fires, all while leaving nearby trees and plastic garbage cans and other items untouched....physically impossible without D.E.W. The biggest D.E.W. demonstration and demolition was 9-11 but it has been selectively used ever since.

Truth and fiction are no longer distinguishable in many cases...but when you know...you know!

The cabal is intentionally releasing incalculable amounts of CO2 and CO and other elements through the physical destruction of forests and cities...incalculable amounts..and blaming it on us!

Can't stop ranting...too much information...not much to do about it...buckle up...learn to pray well...enjoy whatever freedoms are still available...'prepare to die!' Montoya quote!🤣

One speaker gave suggestions of how CCD could balance their books, where to cut, etc. Another asked why are you funding an agency in the red and will still be in the red according to CCD financial reports with the $5 per parcel increase? Crickets. Most taxable parcels 39,000+ will never benefit from CCD & those that need soil testing, garden help, advice about their pastures, which are all decreasing, can pay as they go like the rest of us have to do instead of a whole county supporting a $200,000 budget every year for 10 years!!! This is the perfect example of government abuse & how it misuses our tax dollars with little or no actual accountability! A really good example of how much CCD is needed by the public is the amount of donations collected…….$25 THAT IS THE AMOUNT OF DONATIONS COLLECTED……$25. Clear indication of how much the public feels the CCD is as valuable as the CCD & Commissioners think it is. Total of $25 donation all year…….pathetic
