The Jamestown Corporation is the second-largest employer in Clallam County. Casino, clinic, hotel, excavation — the enterprise touches paychecks, patients, and guests across the peninsula. That is why who sits at the top of Jamestown HealthCARE matters. Grim Reporter’s special report, published today, says the record on Brent Simcosky should disqualify him from the job.
Simcosky is CEO of Jamestown HealthCARE, the man trusted with the health and safety of employees and patients. The report walks through Washington court records from his years as Tribal Manager and CEO of the Skokomish Indian Tribe. After a bad bet on expired Host America warrants in 2007, he did not take the loss. He launched what the filings call a harassment and defamation campaign: thousands of forum posts, automated emails to clients and journalists, demands to be paid off. Host America sued. A Thurston County judge issued a temporary restraining order. Simcosky later accepted a permanent stipulated injunction. Host dropped a claim for $250,000 in damages and $25,000 in fees. He agreed to stop.
His insulting language mainly targeted women and homosexual men. In the previously listed exhibits, he smeared Host America’s Board as “buttbuddies” and “cocksuckers”. After the injunction, he accused other posters of having secret “gay lovers” or being pedophiles. — Grim Reporter
The complaint, as Grim Reporter lays it out, is not a paperwork dispute. It compiles threats of violence, threats of sexual assault against the company’s CEO and board, and attempted blackmail and extortion — “I will not stop until the warrants are extended or I’m paid,” domains offered for sale if the checks cleared, vulgar sign-offs. Host’s CFO told the court people at the company feared he might “lash out with physical violence.”
That is not the only chapter. Earlier reporting the special report builds on says that in 2012, as health administrator of the Ketchikan Indian Clinic, Simcosky rejected a Native woman’s complaint that her supervisor, Dr. Richard McGrath, had touched her inappropriately, calling it non-intentional contact. She filed a grievance. She was fired. Simcosky then joined Jamestown as health director. McGrath was later convicted of felony sexual assault for molesting patients.
A health-care CEO with a restraining order in the file, a permanent injunction he agreed to, and a complaint he waved off that ended in a firing. He runs the clinic at the county’s second-largest employer. That is the job. That is his record.

This is no surprise, given the many years of atrocious behavior of the Jamestown tribal government and the way they have treated this community AND their own tribal members! So, is this vile criminal "Brent Simcosky" one of those "White men" who are the problems, or is he just another American Indian who hates White people? I am going to need a written script to be able to follow the sick twists and turns in this disgusting drama~! He sure won't be in charge of MY healthcare any time soon! Good grief~!
