Thank you Jeff for posting the salaries of the Sequim school district. Everyone needs to realize how much money we are sinking into mediocre people who would rather indoctrinate your children into Tim Wheeler's clan than make sure they know how to math.

For perspective,

As of the 2024–2025 school year, Regan Nickels serves as the Superintendent of the Sequim School District. Her base annual salary is $250,913, based on a 219-day work year, equating to a daily rate of approximately $1,146. This salary is subject to annual increases tied to the state-determined inflation factor, currently the implicit price deflator (IPD), effective each July 1st during the contract period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027.

The median salary for school superintendents in the United States for districts with enrollments between 1,000 and 2,999 students, is approximately $111,590.

TJ I agree with your assessment but before social agendas were injected into the public school bureaucracy it could not match a private education. The two might not be separate now. Most families now require two bread-winners so that home schooling can be an obstacle. I think that perhaps Tim Wheeler's clan involves fleecing the prosperous members of society to allocate resources to the unproductive members. At least Robin Hood was honest about his behavior.

I agree, as of today there are only a small handful of schools that refuse all federal and state funding as to stay independent of the bureaucracy. Almost all are religious affiliated. Because they take no funding, accreditation becomes an issue as that is how the bureaucracy exerts it's power. There are more primary schools than secondary schools but they are usually very small and funded exclusively through churches, which brings up a whole other set of issues. The most notable higher education schools I can think of are Hillsdale College and the newly minted University of Austin, Texas. Both are great schools for independent classical education.

I think the play that the Tim Wheeler and those on the peripheral of him, like some of our commissioners and charter review members, are making is to make government jobs the most lucrative jobs in society. That will have the effect of drawing in the best students and most driven people from the public at large into doing the bidding of the government. It used to be that the best students and most driven people went into private endeavors and became lawyers, doctors, business leaders. But now it's more profitable to go into government work, exactly doing as you say "fleecing the prosperous members of society to allocate resources to the unproductive members."

That is why it is so important for everyone to see the salaries of our tax funded public employees and understand that they are making more money than the part of society that is paying the bills. Unsustainable and ultimately ruinous.

Strange how every concept is inverted, subverted and perverted in this world!

Just like Orwell told us it was and would be.

I heard that Huxley and Orwell both were either insiders or had inside contacts from the ruling elite families and that's why they could 'project' the visions as they understood them.

Also a lot of LSD experimentation in that era! Lots of 'coke' and 'amphetamines' too... Look at us now!🤪

Thanks, Jeff, for ten things I’m trying to wrap my pea brain around this morning. I’ll pick the HOT WIINGS test, word salad interview with Commissioner Mark Ozias first. It becomes increasingly difficult to listen to this man speak. It seems to take him forever to stop talking and end up saying nothing. After listening to him and his fellow commissioners give lip service to the economic crisis in this county, I am amazed that he was elected. I guess it just proves how campaign money, donated from special interest groups, determines election results. I do not believe most voters really know who they are electing, just who they see advertisements for or political party affiliation. All of our county commissioners speak with “forked tongue” when claiming to listen to and interpret public desires. They follow their own agenda. Mike French is pushing for a culture tax, without a vote of his constituents, despite the increasing property tax burden already placed on citizens. Randy Johnson says safety and roads should be the county’s number one priority, while voting to cut funding for the emergency operations center by 33 1/3% and approving expenditures for Peninsula Behavioral Health and Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Pizza for addicts. Mark Ozias seems to favor a sovereign nation when prioritizing spending taxpayer money. The commissioners do not even respond to the Bureau of Indian Affairs when asked for input on the adverse effects of placing ‘Tribal’ land into ‘Trust’ land. …Going to the window!

They are 'selected' with the Appearance of election.

Yes, there are many 'party blind' voters who show up...most of them on the gov't teat somehow and as long as they are 'taken care of' will continue in that regard.

But the whole thing is manipulated by 'stakeholders' of the NWO, power and control is all that matters.

Old story...another day in a body!☺️

Teachers work 180-190 days a year. So, the highest paid teacher on that list is Mark Textor who makes 161,672. If he works 185 days/year that's $873/day. An 8 hour work day puts him at $109/hour. He is PE teacher. Amazing gig if you can get it. Making $109/hour playing games all day.

Cultural sensitivity is yet another doomed to failure narrative using discrimination to end discrimination. Culture has value, but not in public financed institutions. Cultures are lived, practiced and most importantly funded by the cultural practitioners. While I am undeniably native American, my genealogy can be traced to Danish. Is my Danish heritage also going to be a component of our school district's cultural sensitivity training ? If not, why not ? Why one culture, but not another ? To add emphasis to this cultural sensitivity value one need not have any associated or identifiable genealogy to be recognized as a "tribal" member. You can simply be anointed a tribal member by a board or chief or whatever the rules of that tribe might be. Separate and sovereign or equal citizens, but not both.

If you think Sequim School District wages are bad, you should check out the bloated salaries of the C building employees of Peninsula College on the Office of Financial Management (OFM). Another huge waste of taxpayer dollars for a job that most people off the street could do while they massively under pay their employees that physically keep the college infrastructure running.

I was at the symphony performance and listened intently to Pasternak's telling of the history of Shostakovich. It was very interesting, but I found it too generous and leaning way left. So if Tim Wheeler was not happy with that rendition he is absurd, seriously ridiculous. I suppose that makes me one of those "anti-communist repressors".

You can't have an LLC for VRBO's and multiple rental properties, but you can have an LLC with multiple rental properties for a non -profit house of cards, paying huge salaries to take over and profit from local government. Chipping in to political campaigns for your favorite Democrat.

I wish people could understand what they have done to our government and who is doing it. Its like putting florescent liquid into a car to see where all the leaks are coming from and holding a black light up so you can see the florescent liquid.

Thanks water steward committee ...Hello Craig Smith and Gates Foundation. I’m not defending what teachers make. In my opinion some are worth more and others less. I think a lot of teachers are not allowed to teach. They have to follow the woke policies of their administrators. Honestly I’d never be able to do their job. I don’t have the patience or temperament. Could we have a better “make sense” curriculum? I’m sure we could. But you can’t just wish it into existence. There is not much incentive to change. Nobody is losing their job. Competition drives change. In my opinion school choice would drive the system to better results.

Another point is there are many parents for many reasons not engaged with their kids. If the parents aren’t very involved you’ll have really mixed results.

The teachers are the front line of the NWO, they are bought and paid for, they 'form' the childrens' minds...that's why the Rockefellers' took it over and why they have become so highly compensated for their 'efforts' because they ARE doing the bidding of their masters...it's pretty simple when you look at cause and effect!🤪

And it's ONE, TWO, THREE, what-are-we fightin' for...don't ask me, I don't give a damn...next stop is COMMIE LAND!

We have arrived at the marxist/socialist/communist takeover of our entire system.

No wonder the 'teachers' go along with the woke communist agendas...I had always heard about how underpaid the poor teachers are, so thanks for the cashflow update.

All of these highly compensated agents are PAID to subvert America and they are mind-conditioned in university to carry out the plot, many not even aware as they just go-along-to-get- along.

Ironic how well cared for Tim Wheeler seems to be by the very system he wants to destroy.

He probably won't live long enough to see the horrors which will be perpetrated by the 'system' he espouses if they succeed.

We are at the brink of revolution and/or collapse...no wonder the Sheriff was so excited to get his armored vehicle on-line!

Thanks for the overview. Appreciate your dedication, even though I understand you can't help it!😊
