So, in essence, the monies that are provided via the League of Women Voters' promise to remain 'middle ground' politically speaking, is being stolen and used in direct opposition to the LWV's own statement: "The League of Women Voters (LWV) is a nonpartisan, grassroots nonprofit dedicated to empowering everyone to fully participate in our democracy. With active Leagues in all 50 states and more than 800 Leagues across the country, we engage in advocacy, education, litigation, and organizing to protect every American’s freedom to vote."
In my opinion, and I'd find it incredibly difficult for them to refute it, Jeff's letter to the National Chapter is absolutely accurate. The Clallam County LVW is operating with a clear agenda to smear anyone who is not lockstep in line with the Democratic Party, now referred to as the DSA.

In 2018, the league’s CEO was arrested, along with hundreds of other protesters, for crowding a Senate office building to demand lawmakers reject Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, a conservative accused of sexual harassment.
Two years later, the league dissolved its chapter in Nevada after the state president penned an op-ed in July 2020 accusing the Democrats of hypocrisy for opposing gerrymandering in red states while “harassing” the league in Nevada over its activism on the issue.
And two days after the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, the league’s board of directors called then-President Donald Trump a “tyrannical despot” and blamed him for inciting the violence and for threatening democracy. The league demanded his removal from office “via any legal means.”
I thought the LWV was in charge of our recent local election 'clallam conservation district' that had the rules changed at the last minute which was supposed to be a violation which benefited the outcome of a liberal democrat.What happened to the LWV rules about being 'NON PARTISAN'.Some people with no decent morals get a real high with all the empowered hypocrisy.

Some days it’s really hard to have been awoken. As a woman, I object strenuously in their standing in the Clallam County community including our school, where there was respect at one time there is none now. They have turned so far left and and close minded I don’t trust them at all. They can’t even define what a woman is.

The LWV did not host the DOGE training by Glen Morgan in July of 2025, the Republican Women of Clallam County hosted that event at the Sequim Elks.
