Thank you, Jeff, for your articles that provided important information the public needed on the water steward issue. At last night's meeting, Tony Corrado and Craig Smith both spoke in the first public comment period in full support of the issue. (These are the men who had an op-ed in the Sequim Gazette written to showcase the "desperate need" of a local water czar). But with facts and information, more people saw that CC doesn't need another politically motivated, taxpayer-funded county department, and issue was voted down. Congratulations to all who fought so hard and stood steadfastly to their principles and succeeded in saving CC a costly, redundant, and questionable issue. Thank you, God, for Jeff and his talent and his determination to have truth and transparency in our small community!

I felt that it was important to make a completely different comment CHEERING the recent decision of the Charter Review Commission to reject the proposed "Water Steward" position~! Furthermore, "we" (the local folks) should never forget this outrageous insult of that ridiculous scheme, and we must remain "on guard" for the next scheme that will surely come from the criminals within our government~! Unfortunately, these criminals are NOT really giving up, because that is just the "illusion" of the day, they are assuredly already plotting their next attempt to steal our water to dominate and control us further~! Thank you Jeff Tozzer and ALL of the great folks who made the effort to push back on this disgusting "Water Steward" scheme of the criminals in government~! All of your hard efforts and dedication to the community, at the personal cost of your own time, are VERY appreciated~! Sincerely, Mike

Very good comment Patriot Robert James~!

The base word for "Draconian" is in fact "Draco" which really should not be any surprise to folks. Of course, not many really know much about astronomy and the different constellations, but we are talking about an American population that has been intentionally & viciously "dumbed down" for at least 100 years, which means that there are no Intelligent generations of Americans today. None! All that remains are a number of Intelligent Americans of varying levels, many in our community right here on The Watchdog, and then what most people are referring to as "The Normies" (which really means the dumbest and least Intelligent masses of Americans in unknown, yet disturbing, numbers... Ah HA~! So, you are savvy about the reptilian issue eh~? Very interesting subject. Well, with SO many "dumbed down" Americans we as a country are not well equipped or prepared to intelligently discuss much more than the "Rin & Stimpy" or "Beevis & Butt Head" TV shows, so attempting to discuss anything too complicated would be a colossal waste of time unfortunately. I have tried and learned that ugly lesson ;-) Just a couple of days ago on another web site, I was asked by someone for the proof that Obama submitted a fraudulent birth certificate and Social Security card. I did my best to guide that Individual to the research and proof, knowing that he would not believe me anyway, and he just responded like the brainwashed "useful idiot" that most Americans are. Alien life~? HA! HA! HA! HA! Most Americans are not ready to learn about the terrible corruption of America over the past 200+ years, so they sure are not capable of handling anything deeper than that~! HA~! Of course, that just means that most people are, and will continue to be, blinded to reality, while those of us who can engage in a level of Intellectual thought and discussion remain years and in many cases many decades ahead of them~! Whatareyagonnado~??? Have a great evening~! Sincerely, Mike

Call me paranoid in regards to the Water Steward effort. Like the incessant effort by our one party State to levy a State Income Tax will our Commissioners try to enact an end around to accomplish this by calling it something else? I sense that while this battle might have been won the war is far from over. While citizens go about their daily business, the Cabal is still intact. Egos have been bruised. Lines have been drawn. There are monied interests that want to gain control of the resource. I just feel that while we take a deep breath those powers are seeking to out flank the citizens by bringing this through other means. I guess its the Tim Eyeman effect. I've seen too many "end arounds" to usurp the will of the people to believe this issue is settled.

This seems like a good time to remind everyone that the average teacher in WA state makes $91,390. This is for typically 9-10 months of work.

It surprises me that some people still think that schools are for educating children. Their sole purpose is to provide as high as possible salaries with as little work as possible for adults. And then to provide lifetime retirement benefits to those that take advantage of the grift for 30 years. And yet somehow other adults still think they deserve more money.

And what does the Superintendent do that justifies $250K salary? Could that job be shared among school principals?

For context:

WA teachers average pay is $91K and in 2024 68% of 4th graders were not proficient in reading and 65% were not proficient in math.

Mississippi teachers average $52K and in 2024 67% of 4th graders were not proficient in reading and 45% were not proficient in math.

WA SAT scores averaged 1197

MS SAT scores averaged 1226

A 4 year cohort study in 2024 found:

WA: 83.6% graduated (dropout rate ~16.4%)

MS: 89.4% graduated (dropout rate ~10.6%)

Sequim students consistently perform below the WA state averages across the board.

Doesn't surprise me that this comes from the Superintendent of Public Instruction. He is the same person that believes that girls teams should welcome transgenders on the team to compete against them. Maybe the Super doesn't like sports or the participants involved in sports. Again "rich" districts will have no problem anteing up to play. So if kids want to play they will transfer into districts that have the facilities. If colleges can pay players, and players can go and play for whoever offers the best deal, well then, let's funnel this idea right down to Little League. Kids belong to the state not to the parent is Washington States Motto. (Check the activities of the last legislative meetings in Olympia.)

This Superintendent of Public Instruction is paid $250K/yr, and is appointed by the elected board. The Sequim School Board of Directors, comprised of five members, is elected by district voters (either at-large or by geographic director district) to serve four-year terms.

According to the district's policy, all voters elect the board, and that same board is the entity that selects the superintendent to lead day‑to‑day operations. So, maybe we can raise holy hell with the board-- who ARE answerable to us.

Well, unless "we" (the folks in this community) were criminally tricked into voting for the most recent massive local government funding bond for the money to be used in some other way that we were never informed of, the usual regular maintenance of these parks and playgrounds is already completely covered and paid for by us~! That means that the ONLY expenses that should be charged to the folks in our community to actually use these same facilities should only be the extreme minimum possible at most, if for no other reason but to encourage people to actually use these facilities~! This should be especially true for sports use because of the well-known & concerning unhealthy sedentary lifestyle of many these days. I am sickened by the entire prospect that somehow the state government of Washington has devised some sort of criminally irresponsible "rule" that prevents the good folks of our communities from pitching in to donate their time to help offset the operational costs of these kinds of properties and facilities, but I have lived in this state for several decades and I can't remember any time the state actually did anything beneficial for the residents of the state. Of course, I seem to remember that Tim Eyman made heroic efforts to reduce the vehicle licensing fees and costs many years ago because they had become obscenely high, but I think that we all know how well that turned out now~! Just like the crimes of real property reoccurring taxes on your real estate, you NEVER really own anything that the government forces you to keep paying annual "taxes and fees" on, especially if the government can steal your property if you do not pay their extortion~! Anyway, the good folks of this community need to come together to force the individuals in "government management" to either IMMEDIATELY adjust their priorities to support folks in our community OR they should be ousted from office in favor of good folks who want to support the community and the mental & physical health of everyone here. We should definitely not abide by ANY laws or rules that the sick people in the Washington state or ANY government have developed, that keep us from having the great community that we know we can have~! If ANY law, rule, or guideline is not in strict compliance with the ORIGINAL American Constitution, then it is completely null & void on its inception as if it never existed~! This specifically means that "we" (Americans) by duty can't abide by or enforce any unconstitutional acts of any government at any time. As soon as we come together to enforce our Constitution and our rights & freedoms enshrined within it, there is no limit on how great we can make our community~! The youth sports groups SHOULD not just be encouraged to use these facilities that we have already paid huge taxes for; they should be allowed to use these facilities absolutely free of cost to encourage their healthy activities. Personally, in my opinion, it would also be excellent to require our young folks to regularly pick up the trash after each period of use, so that they also help to offset any potential maintenance costs and learn to "pitch in" to help our community as part of their personal responsibilities to the community. With so many sick and twisted Individuals in our governmental management system who are Hell-bent on "trashing" our community, we just don't need any more garbage than we already have~! Let us ignore this government dictatorship of fools and start to make sure that we are doing right by our community, state, and country~! Sincerely, Mike

Can you imagine how much happier parents and tax-payers would be to not have to pay to use property that was long ago paid for 10X’s over. I’ll bet use fees end up going to higher salaries that are approved & voted in for themselves. How convenient. No one is kidding anyone that the money is being used to benefit our youth to keep the lights on. The administrators could give up a portion of their salary to pay all the fees for the year & still manage to claim higher income….the people who vote in laws to allow schools to charge for usage of school property for youth activities I think we need to know who they are. I have my suspicions but not exactly sure. The state education system is soon to become more financially strained with woe is me & reasons to need more $$$’s will be all we will be hearing, so get your popcorn & enjoy the show.

Hello Patriot "4 Reasonable Development"~!

Yes, you are no doubt correct about those shady characters within our government management system from the small local level up who are obviously very sick and greedy Individuals. We have tolerated these scummy "grinning crocodiles" in government management for SO many decades now, that the average Individuals in government management actually believe that they deserve to live better than the average American. What kind of monsters constantly vote for themselves to be regular enriched by pay raises, especially without actually earning them and when most Americans are suffering through VERY difficult economic times, and do so while acting as if that is a perfectly normal and acceptable thing to do~? I LOVE your idea of these greedy ignorant thieves taking a pay cut to prove to the general public that they at least respect the community and taxpayers a little, but the truth is that I have not seen that kind of compassion and dedication in government management very often in my life. As an American Constitutionalist I am not being "political" in any way, but I really don't remember anyone in government in American history who turned their entire salary over to others except for one single Individual. I believe that President Trump is the ONLY one who has regularly done precisely that as far as I know. Those who say that he can "afford it" are very correct, but they are also fools because the average government manager, especially the President and higher office holders, "somehow" (magically) become VERY wealthy on salaries that could NEVER result in that sort of wealth that we see them enjoying after only a few years in government~! Besides, President Trump has sacrificed FAR more than his Presidential pay every year, including risking his and his families' lives, which seems to escape the small hateful minds of those who have been conditioned like Pavlovian dogs to hate him (who are in fact clearly mentally ill). Anyway, let us look at our local level of government for a great example of commitment to community... Jeff Tozzer is a very good positive example of outstanding community Spirit~! I can't speak on Jeff Tozzer's financial wealth, nor would I out or respect for his personal business, because that is strictly his business, however he is CLEARLY proving his concern for others and this community every day~! I am sure that this has been at his personal cost of not only money but also a massive amount of his personal time. I am also sure that the entire world feels the loss of Jeff Tozzer's choice to put this community's well-being ahead of his dream to become a "super model"~! Ha Ha Ha!!! :) OK, I may be being a little humorous about that, but Jeff Tozzer continues to reveal quite a glaring contrast between his generous caring and very open honest and up-front behavior VS the greedy little scumbags in our government management who only exceed their own personal greed with their own history of unbelievable constant underhanded dealings~! These creepy shady idiots have a LOT of gall to believe that when they were voted into office, honestly or otherwise, that "we" gave them a blank check to do anything that they wanted to do~! How insulting is that~? That is FAR from the truth or the way America operates Constitutionally... Americans really need to develop FAR better abilities of discernment my friend. For example... Do "we" REALLY want to do business with those who are in multi-Billion dollar "castles" like major banks, or should we be doing business with the smaller more local businesses that offer similar and sometimes even better advantages~? Do we really want to do business with the local Jamestown Indian Tribal government, that has a history of a dangerous greedy predator within our community, as opposed to the smaller local businesses who deserve to be respected for their good contributions to our community~? We need to take a very hard look at these shady "usual suspects" who constantly fleece the community coffers because of their outrageous history of reckless spending on things that "we" in the community never voted for or wanted... As long as we keep rewarding these shady characters and low-level thieves within our local government, the harder it will be to purge them from their positions of influence and underhanded control. Yes, this really is all about the children and future generations, who deserve the best and healthiest community to be raised in~! All too often "we" (adults) forget what it was like to be children struggling to survive the maze of dangers and government sanctioned abuses that our youngest face every day. We have a nasty habit to be blind to the more recent issues and difficulties that the young generation today face, that we never had to deal with~! This is all an extension of the underhanded government management Individuals who not only set the tone of our community but secretly conspire to subvert the will and common-sense of the majority of our folks here. When we tolerate just one shady underhanded criminal in our government, we not only create our own Hell, but we do a terrible disservice to the good folks in government who are really trying to do a good job on our behalf~! Then we deserve exactly what we get for our foolish choices and for tolerating those who unapologetically abuse their positions in our faces, only to continue to attack us and call us all sorts of names just for doing our duty as Americans~! Yes, our public parks and facilities have been paid for a great many times over, and "we" have allowed ourselves to become enslaved to this debt load that was created under criminal false pretenses. This can't go well in the short or long run, and try as we may to avoid it, we will be screwing our own younger generations over with the kind of criminals we have in our government today~! Keep up the good work to discuss these critical things, because only through open common-sense dialog can the real positive solutions be found, and there is no chance that these low-level thieves in our government are going to accept the demands of the majority here so out they need to be headed one way or another~! Sincerely, Mike

I am indeed honored :) Really though, "we" are already on the same awesome team, and it is really not "my team" at all, nor is it my Intention to be some sort of "leader". Ha~! In fact, I always get a kick out of the local criminals of humanity who try to insult us when they call those of us who highly value and respect Jeff Tozzer, "Jeff Tozzer's people" in a weak infantile attempt to paint us as some sort of brainless nut job fanatic members of a commune or cult~! Ha Ha Ha! Not that I don't believe that "we" could form an absolutely beautiful working community of folks all on our own, because I am absolutely sure that we could VERY successfully do just that, but we are all of course just working to save our beloved community from the insane radical lunatics who obviously do not understand the function of a limited Constitutional government that answers only to the people in our community. Anyway, it will be a LOT easier to purge the few criminals within the government's here to save our community, than it would be to build a break away community ;-) It is a real pleasure to have the honor to get to know SO many great folks here on The Watchdog and within our community my friend! I don't really know, and it would definitely be up to him and his family, but a number of us believe that Jeff Tozzer would make a great candidate for more government management positions if that is what he wanted to do. That is an extremely serious decision to make, that obviously has a number of potentially serious risks, so although I would be supportive of Jeff Tozzer if he wanted to pursue a higher level of government office, everyone contemplating that needs to be very sure of what they would be getting into and just how that would/could impact their lives... The rest of us just need to watch each other's backs, stick together to keep working on making our community better in every way possible, and to especially back those good folks who are in government positions, so they know they have our strong support~! I know how difficult it is for good folks who are doing Constitutional work in government, because "we" can see these low-level criminals who are constantly looking for what is easy (and profitable) for them as they continually duck their sworn responsibilities~! As for me, I am just proud to be able to work on the local issues more, because most of my life I have been on the front lines of the National "front lines" as A Constitutionalist ;-) This is a war against "us" (Americans) on every level, so we all need to fight back against the oppressors of humanity on every level as well~! Keep the faith my friend and it really is a pleasure to know that you are doing your part in this oldest of wars against humanity~! A LOT of Americans will forever live in great shame, when they realize that their sitting around and doing nothing was the wrong thing to do~!

Cheers~!

The bureaucrats don't think about results...as long as they are 'in process' with some agenda...that is all they care about! Common sense died a long time ago in the public sector!😎
